Claims
1. An aerosol generating device, characterized in that it contains: a housing provided with a loading opening, and wherein the loading opening is configured to load an aerosol-generating article; a lid mounted on the body and provided with a through hole corresponding to the loading hole; a protective unit located between the body and the cover, wherein the protective unit comprises a protective element, and the protective element is designed with the possibility of movement relative to the body and the cover under the influence of an external force; and a restriction unit comprising a restriction element and a coupling element, wherein one of the restriction element and the coupling element is located on the protection unit, the other of the restriction element and the coupling element is located on the body or cover, and the restriction element and the coupling element overlap along the height direction of the aerosol generating device; wherein, in the state when the protective element is in the first position, closing the loading opening, the limiting element engages with the mating element to limit the protective element to stay in the first position; and in the state when the protective element is in the second position, opening the loading opening, the limiting element engages with the mating element to limit the protective element to stay in the second position.
2. An aerosol generating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective unit additionally comprises a switching element, wherein the switching element at least partially projects beyond the side wall of the housing, and the switching element is configured to cause, under the action of an external force, the protective element to rotate, translate, or rotate and translate relative to the housing and the cover.
3. An aerosol generating device according to claim 2, characterized in that the switching element is cylindrical and rotatably connected to the cover and / or housing, and the protective element is located at one end of the switching element along the height direction.
4. An aerosol generating device according to claim 3, characterized in that the coupling element is located on the side wall of the switching element, and the limiting element is located on the housing or cover.
5. An aerosol generating device according to claim 2, characterized in that the restrictive element and the coupling element interact through contact with the restriction of the protective element being in the first position or the second position.
6. An aerosol generating device according to claim 5, characterized in that the limiting element has a telescopic design, the limiting element comprises a protruding limiting portion, the limiting unit comprises two coupling elements, these two coupling elements are grooves in the side wall of the switching element, wherein the limiting portion is engaged with one of the grooves for limiting the protective element to stay in the first position, and the limiting portion is engaged with the other groove for limiting the protective element to stay in the second position.
7. An aerosol generating device according to paragraph 6, characterized in that the restrictive element additionally comprises: mounting part; and an elastic part mounted on the mounting part, wherein one end of the elastic part is connected to the mounting part, the other end of the elastic part is connected to the limiting part, and when the elastic part is in its natural state, the limiting part protrudes in the direction of the mating element relative to the mounting part.
8. An aerosol generating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the restrictive element and the coupling element are located at a distance from each other and interact magnetically to restrict the protective element to remain in the first position or the second position.
9. The aerosol generating device according to claim 8, characterized in that the restrictive element is a first magnetic element, the coupling element is a second magnetic element, the first magnetic element repels the second magnetic element, the first position and the second position are on two opposite sides of the first magnetic element, and when the protective element is in an intermediate position between the first position and the second position, the first magnetic element faces the second magnetic element.
10. An aerosol generating device according to claim 8, characterized in that the restricting unit comprises two restricting elements, wherein the restricting elements are first magnetic elements, the coupling element is a second magnetic element, when the protective element is in the first position, one of the first magnetic elements attracts the second magnetic element, and when the protective element is in the second position, the other first magnetic element attracts the second magnetic element.
