Claims

1. A centrifugal inertial-traction propeller comprising: - base body, - at least two pendulums with weights, pivotally mounted on the base body with the possibility of oscillatory movement, - at least one transmission kinematically connecting the pendulums with a movable element located with the possibility of reciprocating movement along the axis of rotation of the base body, - engine and mechanism for transmitting rotation to the base body, characterized in that: a) the kinematic connection is implemented to ensure the ratio Ω = 2ω, where Ω is the rotation frequency of the base body, ω is the oscillation frequency of the pendulums, to implement the parametric resonance mode; b) the pendulums and their drive are designed with the ability to organize such a mutually compensating movement, in which the total moment of forces acting on the base body in planes perpendicular to the axis of its rotation is equal to zero or is reduced to a minimum, and the resulting force is directed along the axis of rotation, for example, the pendulums in each pair oscillate in antiphase with a phase shift of 180° relative to each other; c) the movable element is designed with the possibility of being set into reciprocating motion by any mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electromagnetic or other means, including a cam mechanism, a crank mechanism, an eccentric mechanism, regardless of the location of the drive axis relative to the axis of rotation of the base housing; d) the propeller additionally contains a rotating device secured to the base body or its fixed frame, with the ability to change the orientation of the axis of rotation of the base body in space to control the vector of the resultant centrifugal inertial forces.

2. The mover according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the pendulums are made in the form of angular or U-shaped levers with weights concentrated at the ends of the arms.

3. The mover according to paragraph 2, characterized in that the angle between the arms of the pendulum is in the range from 60° to 120°.

4. The mover according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the angular range or amplitude of oscillation of the pendulums relative to the vertical position of the arm with the load must be at least 80°, i.e. the minimum deviation is + / - 40° in each direction.

5. The mover according to paragraph 1, characterized in that each pendulum is equipped with an elastic element, for example a torsion bar or a torsion spring, installed in such a way that when the pendulum is in a vertical position at an angle of 90° relative to the plane of the horizontal arm, the elastic element is in a relaxed state, and when the pendulum deviates from the vertical in any direction, it creates a counteracting moment that increases with an increase in the angle of deviation, with the possibility of accumulating potential energy during deviation and releasing it upon returning to the vertical position.

6. The mover according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the number of pendulums is selected from the series: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or any other number that ensures dynamic balance of the system, and are located symmetrically or asymmetrically relative to the axis of rotation of the base body.

7. The propeller according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the mechanism for transmitting rotation from the engine to the base housing and to the drive of the movable element is made with a fixed gear ratio, ensuring the ratio Ω = 2ω, and is at least one of: a differential, including one with a lateral drive wheel, a gearbox with two output shafts, a chain drive, a belt drive, two synchronized motors or another device that kinematically or electronically ensures the specified frequency ratio, while any other fixed gear ratio, different from Ω = 2ω, leads to a significant reduction in the resultant centrifugal forces of inertia and does not ensure the declared technical result.

8. The mover according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the rotating device is made in the form of a two-joint manipulator, a gimbal suspension or a rotating platform.

9. The propeller according to paragraph 1, characterized in that at least two rotary devices, oriented orthogonally relative to each other, are installed on the base body to control the vector of the resultant centrifugal inertial forces in three-dimensional space.

10. The mover according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the resulting vector of the resultant centrifugal forces of inertia is formed as the geometric sum of the force vectors created by all the pendulums, and its direction is changed by rotating the base body using a rotating device.

11. The mover according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the transfer of the resulting force to the carrier object is carried out through mechanical connections: hinges, bearing units, differential frame, rotating device, ensuring the reaction of the supports to the centrifugal forces of inertia acting on the weights of the pendulums.

12. The propulsion device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it is equipped with a protective aerodynamic fairing, covering at least the base body and the pendulums, designed with the possibility of reducing aerodynamic drag when operating in the atmosphere, removing heat from heating units and holding fragments of the structure in the event of their destruction.

13. A method for creating a resultant centrifugal force of inertia using a propeller according to any of paragraphs 1-12, which consists in the fact that: the base body is set into rotation with a frequency Ω, simultaneously set the pendulums into oscillatory motion with a frequency ω, maintaining the ratio Ω = 2ω to implement parametric resonance, provide mutual compensation of lateral forces due to the counter-directional and / or phase-shifted movement of the pendulums, transform the centrifugal forces of inertia of the pendulums into a resulting force directed along the axis of rotation of the base body, change the direction of the resulting force by rotating the base body relative to the carrier object.

14. The method according to paragraph 13, characterized in that the propulsion device is installed on a vehicle, aircraft, spacecraft, surface or underwater vessel, land vehicle, lifting platform, drone, quadcopter or other object as a primary or auxiliary source of thrust, maneuvering, steering or stabilizing device.

15. The method according to paragraph 13, characterized in that the mover is used as an active vibration protection or vibration damping system by adjusting the frequency Ω and the phase of the pendulum oscillations to suppress external periodic disturbances.

16. The method according to paragraph 13, characterized in that the reciprocating movement of the movable element is synchronized with the rotation frequency of the base body by means of a mechanical, electrical or software connection.
