Claims
1. A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline, characterized in that it includes a frame, a hose reel, a hose feed unit, a high-pressure pumping unit, a hydraulic hose, a self-propelled cleaning nozzle, and a control system; said hose reel, hose feed unit, and high-pressure pumping unit are connected to the control system and are controlled by the control system; said hydraulic hose is wound on the hose reel, wherein the winding of the hydraulic hose is carried out due to rotation of the hose reel; said hose feed unit is located on one side of the hose reel, is coupled with the hose reel, and is designed to clamp and push the hydraulic hose into the mine degassing pipeline; one end of the said hydraulic hose is connected to a high-pressure pumping unit, and the other end to a self-propelled cleaning nozzle, wherein the high-pressure pumping unit supplies high-pressure water to the self-propelled cleaning nozzle, after which the self-propelled cleaning nozzle cleans the mine degassing pipeline by means of a jet flow.

A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to paragraph 1, characterized in that said hose reel includes a base, a drum, and a hose reeling motor; said base is fixedly mounted on a frame, said drum is mounted on the base with the possibility of rotation, and said hydraulic hose is wound on said drum in a spiral; said drum is kinematically connected to the hose reeling motor and rotates under the action of the hose reeling motor.

Device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to paragraph.2, characterized in that a pendulum guide mechanism is provided between said hose reel and hose feed unit; said pendulum guide mechanism includes pendulum guide rollers, a slider, and a pendulum bracket; said pendulum bracket is mounted on a base and is located between the hose reel and the hose feed unit; said pendulum bracket is provided with a guide located along a rotating shaft of the hose reel, wherein the slider is mounted on said guide with the possibility of sliding; said pendulum guide rollers are arranged vertically and mounted on said slider with the possibility of rotation, wherein the hydraulic hose passes between the pendulum guide rollers, and the slider moves depending on the position of the hydraulic hose on the hose reel, providing guidance and support for the hydraulic hose.

A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to claim 1, characterized in that said hose feed unit includes a feed bracket, an upper plate, a lower plate, a hose feed motor and a clamping cylinder; said lower plate is fixedly mounted on the feed bracket; said upper plate is mounted on the feed bracket with the ability to slide and is located above the lower plate; a drive roller is mounted on said lower plate with the ability to rotate, wherein said drive roller is kinematically connected to the hose feed motor via a gearbox; a driven roller is mounted on said upper plate with the ability to rotate, wherein said clamping cylinder is fixedly mounted on the feed bracket and is connected to the upper plate for driving the upper plate;a driven roller is located opposite the driving roller, and when the upper plate moves downward under the action of the clamping cylinder, the driven roller and the driving roller clamp the hydraulic hose, and the hose feed motor causes the driving roller to rotate, ensuring the forward or backward movement of the hydraulic hose; a positioning bracket is fixedly mounted on one side of said feed bracket, and a positioning hole is provided in said positioning bracket, the hydraulic hose passes through the positioning hole and is limited by said positioning hole.

A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to claim 1, characterized in that said self-propelled cleaning nozzle includes a housing, a rotating sprayer and a tail section; said rotating sprayer is mounted on the front end of the housing with the possibility of rotation, said tail section is fixedly mounted on the rear end of the housing, and an interface for connection with a hydraulic hose is provided on said tail section; in said tail section a first water flow channel is provided, located along the axis and communicating with said interface, as well as a second water flow channel and a third water flow channel, located in the radial direction and communicating with said first water flow channel;on the said rotating sprayer, a front nozzle and a rotating nozzle are provided, communicating with the first water flow channel, at the end of the second water flow channel, a rear nozzle is provided, the opening of which is directed toward the rear side of the tail part; at the end of the said third water flow channel, a side nozzle is provided, the opening of which is directed toward the side surface of the housing; the said rotating sprayer rotates under the action of a jet flow from the rotating nozzle, and the tail part, under the action of a jet flow from the rear nozzle, moves the housing forward.

A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to claim 5, characterized in that said rotating sprayer includes a rotating head and a rotating shaft; said rotating head is fixedly mounted on one end of the rotating shaft, the other end of the rotating shaft extends inside the housing and is put on the first water flow channel; a spiral groove is provided on said tail part, said spiral groove is located between the rotating shaft and the first water flow channel, forming a spiral water flow channel; one end of said spiral water flow channel is connected to the first water flow channel, and the other end is connected to a third water flow channel; said front nozzle is located in the central part of the rotating head, said rotating nozzle is mounted to the side of the front nozzle, wherein the direction of the opening is inclined along the circumference of the rotating head;said rotating nozzle is made in the form of one or more nozzles distributed around the circumference; said side nozzle and rear nozzle are made in quantity of several pieces and distributed around the circumference.

A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to paragraph 6, characterized in that at one end of said rotating shaft, remote from the rotating head, a concave step is provided, between said concave step and said tail part a buffer cavity is formed; said buffer cavity is located between the third water flow channel and the spiral water flow channel, and is connected to said third water flow channel and said spiral water flow channel.
8. A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to paragraph 6, characterized in that said rotating shaft is mounted inside the housing with the possibility of rotation by means of a combined needle bearing; a limiting projection is provided on said rotating shaft, said combined needle bearing contacts said limiting projection, limiting its position by means of the limiting projection, and a dynamic seal is provided between said rotating shaft and the housing by means of a Glide ring.

A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it also includes a protective casing, said protective casing is fixedly mounted on a frame, said hose reel, hose feed unit, and high-pressure pump unit are located inside the protective casing; said protective casing is provided with an inspection window, and said protective casing is also provided with a lifting ring for lifting and moving.

A device for cleaning a mine degassing pipeline according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a rotating support wheel and a non-rotating support wheel are provided in the lower part of said frame, wherein a braking mechanism is provided on the non-rotating support wheel; a push-pull rod is also provided on said frame for movement by pulling and pushing; a brake handle is provided on the push-pull rod, the brake handle is connected to the braking mechanism and is intended to control braking.
