Claims

1. A method for the programmable selection and dosed introduction of small portions of liquid reagents and / or suspensions into a sealed process facility, including the selection of a reagent, the formation of a dose and its delivery to the process facility, characterized in that the reagent is selected from a selected source using an actuator, a dose is formed in an intermediate sealed volume, said dose is isolated from the source of the reagent, the pressure in the intermediate volume is adjusted to the pressure level in the process facility and the dose is introduced into the process facility under the action of a pressure drop without depressurizing it, wherein after the introduction the reagent movement path is flushed with a flushing liquid with selective direction of its discharge to an external receiver or to the process facility, and the operations are performed automatically in a given sequence.

2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the dose is formed in a volume limited by shut-off elements.

3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the intermediate volume is made in the form of a calibrated section of a pipeline or the volume of a multi-port valve.

4. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the pressure is regulated by supplying an inert gas and / or process liquid.

5. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the reagent is selected using a dosing needle with positioning.

6. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that several sources of reagents are used.

7. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that when working with suspensions, their homogeneity is maintained.

8. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the rinsing is performed between successive dosing operations.

9. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the operations are repeated cyclically.
