Claims

1. An automated device for the programmable selection and metered introduction of small portions of liquid reagents and / or suspensions into a sealed process facility, comprising a reagent selection means, a metering means, and a hydraulic path connected to the process facility, characterized in that the hydraulic path is designed to form an intermediate isolated volume connected with the possibility of alternate communication with the reagent selection means and with the process facility and equipped with pressure control means, wherein the device additionally comprises: a positioning mechanism configured to move the sampling means between a plurality of reagent sources; an executive element of selection in the form of a metering needle, hydraulically connected to the metering means; a valve system designed with the ability to switch modes of filling the specified intermediate volume, isolating it, dispensing a dose, and flushing the hydraulic tract; a flushing system equipped with a flow direction selector designed to select the discharge of flushing liquid into an external receiver or into a process facility; a control subsystem designed with the capability of programming the sequence of reagent selection from a selected source, the formation of a dose in an intermediate sealed volume, the isolation of the specified dose, the regulation of the pressure in the intermediate volume to the pressure level of the process facility, the delivery of a dose to the process facility under the influence of a pressure differential without its depressurization and subsequent flushing of the hydraulic tract, wherein the device is designed with the ability to automatically perform the specified sequence of operations.

1. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the intermediate isolated volume is made in the form of a sealed cavity, limited by shut-off elements.

2. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the intermediate isolated volume is made in the form of a calibrated section of a pipeline or a multi-port injection valve.

3. The device according to item 1, characterized in that the pressure control means are designed with the possibility of supplying an inert gas and / or process liquid.

4. The device according to item 1, characterized in that the dosing means is made in the form of a piston dispenser.

5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flushing system is designed with the possibility of supplying flushing liquid from a built-in tank and / or an external source.

6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flow direction selector is designed with the possibility of switching between an external receiver and a process object.

7. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the device additionally contains means for maintaining the homogeneity of the suspension.

8. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the device is designed with the possibility of selecting reagents from several sources placed on carriers.

9. The device according to item 1, characterized in that the positioning mechanism is multi-coordinate.

10. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the executive element of the selection is made in the form of a metering needle.

11. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the device is designed with the possibility of cyclically repeating the operations of selection, input and washing.

12. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flushing system is designed with the possibility of performing flushing between dosing cycles.
