Claims

1. A method of automated collective decision-making in a social system based on a quantitative assessment of the impact of subjects on the social system, expressed in units of social impact assessment (hereinafter referred to as merit; synonymous designations of units of accounting and the applicability of the method regardless of the name of the said units of accounting - in accordance with the preamble of paragraph 25), implemented by an automated computer system containing data storage facilities and data processing facilities, where the subject is an individual, or a collective subject in accordance with the preamble of paragraph.25, or an autonomous software agent based on a machine learning model, including a large language model (Large Language Model, LLM), a generative model, a classification model, or another machine learning model, wherein the system contains a social capital accounting subsystem that maintains individual accounts of numerical accounting units for subjects (hereinafter referred to as merit; synonymous designations and applicability of the method regardless of the name of the said accounting units - in accordance with the preamble to paragraph 25); wherein the subject's merit account is implemented by a single entry or a set of related entries, within which the functions of merit are implemented in accordance with the preamble to paragraph25; the form of implementation and the name of the specified records do not affect the applicability of this method; this method does not create legally binding obligations for the subjects of the system and other persons with respect to the disposal of any assets, and the actual disposal of any assets as a result of the collective decision procedures of the system is carried out by subjects outside this system, including:. - maintaining an individual record in the system’s data storage facilities for each subject - an account of the subject’s merits; - implementation by the system of a collective decision procedure in which subjects contribute merits from their merit accounts to the procedure; - changing the records stored in the system’s data storage facilities in accordance with the result of the specified procedure, characterized in that: (1) the operation of using merits by a subject - including a contribution to a collective decision procedure and other use operations provided for by the rules of the system - is carried out by a subsystem of the system in such a way that the total amount of merits used by the subject within the limits of one collective decision procedure or another interval of recording of use determined by the rules of the system does not exceed the current value of the merit account of this subject at the time of the operation; in order to ensure the specified limitation, during the use operation, the system registers in the data storage means a system record of the used amount, implemented in one of the open class forms: (a) by decreasing the numerical value of the subject's merit account by the amount used; (b) by recording the amount used in a separate system record of the use operation without changing the numerical value of the account;(c) temporary binding of the used amount of merit for the period of the usage accounting interval; (d) another system operation that ensures the accounting of the used amount when determining the amount available for subsequent usage operations in the same accounting interval; the form of implementation of the specified system record and its name do not affect the applicability of this method; other operations for changing the numerical value of the subject's merit account are performed by the system subsystems in accordance with the system rules; (2) the subject of the collective decision procedure of the system is the change of records stored in the data storage means of the system about the state of the social system and / or its organizational structure, which, in particular, include: records about the distribution of the common resources of the collective entity between entities and / or other recipients; records about the substitution of elective roles and positions; records about the rules, norms and parameters of the system; records about the status of the entity in the collective entity; records about the information objects of the collective entity; other records of the system; the list of the specified items is open; (3) the change in the records stored by the system specified in item (2) of this paragraph occurs as a consequence of a collective decision procedure in which subjects contribute merits by spending from their merit accounts, and the ratio between the total volume of merits contributed to the procedure and the volume of the change recorded in the system record is not a conversion rate constant predetermined by the system, but is calculated dynamically by the system for each collective decision procedure based on its current state; the actual disposal of any assets as a result of the collective decision procedure is carried out by subjects outside this system; (4) the parameters of the collective decision procedure of the relevant evaluation circuit, including the rules for accepting deposits, the rules for determining the decision-making threshold, the rules for taking into account the weighting coefficients of deposits, and other parameters of the procedure, are established, changed, or cancelled by the collective decision procedure of the participants of the said evaluation circuit, This ensures the machine-verifiable integrity and auditability of operations for changing the records stored by the system on the state of the social system and / or its organizational structure; the impossibility of changing the numerical value of the merit score of subjects except through operations of the system's subsystems according to the system's rules; the constitutive dependence of the volume of changes recorded in the system's records on the current state of the collective decision procedure; and the sovereignty of each evaluation circuit in establishing the rules of the collective decision procedure of this circuit.

2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the following are adopted as rules of the corresponding evaluation circuit, established by the collective decision procedure in accordance with feature (4) of paragraph 1: rules for accepting contributions to the procedure; rules for determining the decision-making threshold; rules for periodically replenishing the merit registers; rules for taking into account the weighting coefficients of contributions; rules for inter-level conversion; rules for the operation of the evaluation subsystem, if such is used in the specified evaluation circuit; other rules; the list of the specified rules is open.

3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that during the operation of spending merits by a subject in the collective decision procedure, the write-off source - a specific merit account register from among the registers maintained by the system - is selected in a cascade manner depending on the type of operation, the sign and direction of the contribution and the role of the subject in the procedure, in accordance with a predetermined rule for the order of write-off.

4. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1 is the distribution of a resource between entities - a general fund, a bonus fund, a cooperative program fund, accumulated donations, property assets, shares, options, stakes in a project, grants, access to tangible and intangible resources, discounts, or another distributed resource - in which the priority or order of access of an applicant to a resource is determined by the amount of merits expended by him in the procedure relative to the amounts expended by other applicants; the resource fund may be replenished, including by an entity external to the group in which the procedure is being carried out; wherein the ratio between the total volume of merits entered into the procedure and the total volume of the distributed resource recorded in the record is not a constant predetermined by the system, but is calculated by the system based on the current state of the procedure;the actual disposal of the said resource is carried out by entities outside the present system, and the present method only ensures the recording in the system of the distribution record as a result of the collective decision procedure.

5. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the procedure of the collective decision according to paragraph 1 is the replacement of an elective role or position in a collective entity, in which the outcome is determined by the expenditure of merits by the participants in favor of the candidates, and the change in the records stored by the system is the assignment of an elective role or position to one of the candidates.

6. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1 is the adoption, modification, or cancellation of a rule, norm, or system parameter, including a parameter of the evaluation subsystem (if one is used in the system), a parameter of the collective decision procedure, a system classifier, or another system parameter; the result of the procedure is a change in the records stored by the system about the corresponding rule, norm, or parameter.

7. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the procedure of the collective decision according to paragraph 1 is the acceptance, change or cancellation of the status of a subject in a collective subject, including admission to a collective subject, exclusion from a collective subject, appointment or removal of a subject role, or other change in the status of a subject; the result of the procedure is a change in the records stored by the system about the corresponding status.

8. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the procedure of the collective decision according to paragraph 1 is the acceptance, modification, or cancellation of an information object of a collective subject - a document, policy, project, or other composite digital object - while the operation of changing the information object is implemented according to the method of paragraph 86.

9. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that in the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1, for each of the proposed decision options, an individual record is maintained - a decision option account - to which, when the subjects submit contributions to the procedure, the values ​​calculated as functions of the merit values ​​spent by the subjects or the values ​​of the non-expendable historical register P1 applied by them as a weight are credited; the outcome of the procedure is determined by the account values ​​of the decision options in accordance with the rules of the procedure, including: the winner is the option with the highest account value; the distribution of the resource between several accepted options occurs proportionally to the values ​​of their accounts; other rules stipulated by the parameters of the procedure.

10. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that in the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1, the strength of the contribution of a subject may be determined by the value of the non-expendable historical register P1 of this subject, applied as the contribution weight, while the value of P1 is not changed by the said operation; if necessary, the subject selects the share of the value of P1, applied as the contribution weight in a specific procedure, from a range from zero to the full value of P1 of the subject at the time of submitting the contribution.

11. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that in the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1, for a specific subject participating in the procedure, a weighting coefficient of its contribution may be applied, determined by a function of the volume of the resource contributed by this subject to the subsystem for accounting of information on the resources of the collective subject in accordance with paragraph 53 and associated with the subject of the said collective decision procedure; the rule of the said dependence is adopted by the collective decision procedure of the participants of the collective subject or is adopted by a subject authorized by the collective subject, acting within the parameters established by the collective decision procedure; in this case, the numerical value of the merit score of the said subject is not changed by the application of the said weighting coefficient.

12. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a parametric distribution contract is registered for the object of assessment, which contract simultaneously contains static grounds for distribution - including a pre-agreed share of the founding entity of the object and an agreed contribution - and a dynamic component determined by the merits awarded to entities for impact events associated with the given object; the parameters of the static grounds are fixed at the time of registration of the object, and the final distribution is calculated by the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1 as a function of the static grounds and the dynamic component, wherein the registration of the parametric contract and the distribution operations under it are carried out, among other things, by means of a smart contract executed in a distributed ledger.

13. The method according to paragraph 12, characterized in that the dynamic component of the distribution is recorded by a snapshot at the moment of the occurrence of a predetermined event in the life cycle of the object - the completion of the assessment procedure or the closure of the object - taking into account the merits awarded for impact events associated with the object at the specified moment, and the composition of the shares determined by such a snapshot is not recalculated during subsequent operations on the object.

14. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that in the case where a participant in the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1 is a collective subject, the formation of the expression of will of the collective subject in the said procedure is carried out in one of the following modes: delegation mode; distributed decision mode; hybrid mode, including a procedure for a collective decision of the participants of this subject and a subsequent act of approval or execution by an authorized subject; any configuration including one or more of the said modes in their combination; the list of the said modes is open.

15. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the application of the rules of the collective decision subsystem of the system may be carried out by a software agent implemented in the form of a software module for automated data processing, included in the system or interacting with it, operating within the parameters established by the collective decision procedure of the participants of the collective entity or accepted by the participants upon joining the collective entity; the parameters for the application of the software agent may be revised by the collective decision procedure of the participants of the collective entity.

16. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that with respect to the merits spent by the subjects in the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1 in favor of the rejected or losing option, applicant or candidate, one of the rules of the open class system is applied, which, in particular, include: the spent merits remain written off from the accounts of those who spent them and are not returned to the system; the spent merits are transferred to the account of the merits of the subjects listed as a party to the accepted option or the winner of the procedure; the spent merits are returned to the accounts of the subjects who spent them in full or in part in accordance with the rule of the system; a combination of the specified rules or another rule specified by the parameters of the system.

17. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the assets registered in the subsystem for accounting for information on the resources of a collective entity in accordance with paragraph 53 may be taken into account in the rules of the collective decision procedure according to paragraph 1 only in such forms and to such an extent that the outcome of the said procedure is not determined by the said assets in the absence or with a negligible value of the contributions of the merits of the entities to the said procedure; specific rules for accounting for the said assets in the procedures of the system are adopted by the procedure of the collective decision of the participants of the collective entity or are adopted by the participants upon joining the collective entity and are applied only to the extent established by the said procedure.

18. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the emission of merits on the account of the subject’s merits for subsequent use in collective decision procedures according to the present method is carried out by the emission subsystem of the system from open-class sources: - (a) aggregation of the evaluative responses of other subjects in relation to impact events in which the given subject is an actor, in accordance with criteria (2)-(3) of paragraph 25; - (b) automatic assessment of the subject’s actions by the rules of the system, including the rules of a computer game, the rules of a social platform (including social networks, instant messengers, forums, marketplaces, media platforms), the rules of an organization, the rules of an educational platform; - (c) evaluation of the verifier, including the expert verifier, the artificial intelligence agent verifier, the software module verifier; - (d) accrual by an authorized entity, including the administration of a collective entity, an expert, a committee, based on the results of a collective decision of the participants in the assessment circuit in accordance with this method; - (d) the system takes into account the results of the impact assessment of the subject from external sources, which, in particular, include: internationally recognized indicators of social and environmental impact, including units under the Kyoto Protocol and its subsequent revisions, ESG rating indicators; decisions of other collective subjects of any level - public organizations, professional associations, government agencies; data from integrated external systems; - (e) another emission source adopted by the collective decision procedure of the participants in the assessment circuit; The applicability of the method according to paragraph 1 does not depend on which source from the specified open class or combination of sources issued the credits to the subject's account; the essential requirement is the presence of credits in the subject's account at the time of the use operation in the collective decision procedure according to this method.

19. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the class of grounds for operations to increase the numerical value of the subject's merit account is limited to grounds that include, in particular: the issue of merits based on the results of the reduction of assessment responses in accordance with feature (2) of paragraph 25; the transfer of merits under operations to use merits by other subjects directed at the given subject or at the assessment object associated with it; the accrual of merits based on the results of the procedure for a collective decision of the participants in the assessment circuit; other grounds established by the procedure for a collective decision of the participants in the assessment circuit, and does not include as an independent ground the receipt of monetary funds, property rights, tangible or intangible assets from any subject; the form of implementation and the name of the functional class of accounting units within which the said restriction is implemented do not affect the applicability of this invariant.

20. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the subject of the collective decision procedure is one or more attributes of a machine learning model, including a large language model (LLM), a generative model, a classification model, or another machine learning model, which, in particular, include: the composition and principles of training data selection; training goals and metrics; rules and values ​​of model behavior; constraints on the model's output data; a normative document (constitution) specifying the rules of model behavior; a set of behavior instructions (system prompt); a request interpretation policy; parameters of training, retraining, and fine-tuning procedures; other attributes of the model that determine its behavior; the list of said attributes is open; a change in said attributes by the automated system is performed based on the results of the said collective decision procedure;Moreover, the collective entity carrying out the said procedure may be an association of persons of any scope and composition from the open list of types of collective entity according to the preamble of paragraph 1 - including a broad public association; a narrow expert or professional community; a corporation, organization, government agency, educational institution, non-profit association; other formal or informal association of persons.

21. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the social system is a collective entity from among: an organization, corporation, state body or institution, political party, public association, or other formal or informal association of persons; the subject of the collective decision procedure is, in particular: distribution of a common fund - bonus, premium, grant; substitution of elective roles and positions; adoption of normative documents, regulations and policies; adoption of rules, norms and parameters of the system; adoption, change or cancellation of the status of a subject in a collective entity; other subjects in accordance with feature (2) of paragraph 1; the list of types of the specified social systems and subjects of the collective decision procedure is open.

22. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the social system is an educational institution or an educational platform uniting students, teachers, and other participants; the number of collective decision procedures and operations for using merits includes, in particular: distribution of access to courses, equipment, and other educational resources in accordance with the clause dependent on paragraph 77; assessment of students' work by collapsing the evaluative responses of other participants in accordance with paragraph 25; formation of ratings, recommendations, and certifications as a consequence of the collective decision procedure; distribution of bonuses, scholarships, and grants; the number of sources of issuing merits to the participant's account includes, in particular, automatic assessment of the participant's actions by the rules of the educational platform in accordance with the clause on the open class of emission sources dependent on paragraph 1; the list of the specified procedures and emission sources is open.

23. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the social system is a startup or other project uniting founders, participants, co-executors, contributors; the subject of the collective decision procedure is the distribution of shares in the project, stocks, options, rights to the project result, financing funds between the said entities; the distribution of the said shares is carried out in the manner established by the parametric distribution contract, which may include, in an open combination: static distribution bases - a pre-agreed share of the founder and / or an agreed contribution; and / or a dynamic component determined by the merits awarded to entities for impact events associated with the project; in a particular case, the distribution of shares is determined by the dynamic component in accordance with this method; a snapshot of the composition of shares is recorded at the time of the occurrence of a pre-specified event in the project life cycle.

24. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the social system is a non-profit association, charitable foundation, social movement, initiative group or other association of persons carrying out socially significant activities; the subject of the collective decision procedure is, in particular: distribution of donations and other attracted resources between beneficiaries, projects, programs; making decisions on supporting the initiatives of participants; formation and updating of the policy of the collective entity’s activities; the number of sources of emission of merits on the participant’s account includes, in particular, taking into account the results of the impact assessment of the entity from external sources - internationally recognized indicators of social and environmental impact, including units under the Kyoto Protocol and its subsequent revisions, ESG ratings indicators; decisions of other collective entities; data from integrated external systems - in accordance with the clause on the open class of emission sources dependent on paragraph 1.

25. A method for automated measurement (confirmation) of the impact (Proof-of-Impact, hereinafter referred to as PoI) of a subject on a social system, implemented by an automated computer system containing data storage facilities and data processing facilities, where the subject is an individual or a collective subject - an association of persons regardless of the status of a legal entity, the form of organizational and legal consolidation and formalization, including an organization, community, cooperative, association, corporation, foundation, public association, professional network, initiative group, movement, other formal or informal association of persons, - or an autonomous software agent based on a machine learning model, including a large language model (Large Language Model, LLM), a generative model, a classification model, or another machine learning model;wherein the system maintains for each subject an individual record - the subject's merit account - storing the numerical values ​​of the units of social impact assessment (hereinafter referred to as merit; also synonymous with: merit, points, tokens, credits, units of recognition or otherwise; in English texts merit, points, tokens, credits; Latin meritum), representing a quantitative expression of the subject's right to participate in a collective decision in the system; and also maintains for impact events - objects of assessment - individual records - accounts of objects of assessment; this method does not create legally binding obligations for subjects of the system and other persons with respect to the disposal of any tangible assets, property rights or intangible assets, and the actual disposal of any assets based on the results of the system's procedures is carried out by subjects outside this system; the applicability of this method is retained regardless of the name of the specified accounting units;the merit account of a subject is implemented by a single entry or a set of related entries, which implement the functions of merit, including: the function of making a contribution to the procedure of a collective decision by spending from the account; the function of submitting evaluative responses to impact events of other subjects; the form of implementation of these functions (a single entry with rules for distinguishing operations; a set of related entries with the distribution of functions between them; separate account registers; marking of accounting units; separate entry fields; another form) and the name of the entries do not affect the applicability of this method; including: - registration in the system of data on actions performed by subjects in the form of records of impact events, for each of which the system records one or more subjects listed as actors of this impact event, and the subject registering the event may not coincide with the actor; - the reception and storage in the system of evaluative responses from subjects to registered impact events, whereby the number of subjects submitting responses includes subjects other than the actors of the impact event, and each evaluative response is characterized simultaneously by a sign - positive, negative, or neutral - and a numerical value established by the subject submitting the response at the time of submitting the response; the submission of a response is accompanied by the operation of using merits from the account of the subject submitting the response in an amount equal to the established numerical value of the response; - execution by the evaluation subsystem of operations to change the numerical value of the merit accounts of subjects based on the specified evaluation responses; - the expenditure by the subject of merits from his merit account when performing system operations, including expenditure as a contribution to the collective decision procedure, as well as the expenditure of other types provided for by the rules of the system, characterized in that: (1) the operation of using merits by a subject - including a contribution to a collective decision procedure, the submission of an assessment response, spending on the promotion of the object of assessment, spending as gratuitous recognition and other use operations stipulated by the rules of the system - is carried out by a subsystem of the system in such a way that the total amount of merits used by the subject within the limits of one collective decision procedure or another interval for recording the use determined by the rules of the system does not exceed the current value of the merit account of this subject at the time of the operation; in order to ensure the specified limitation, during the use operation, the system registers in the data storage means a system record of the amount used, implemented in one of the open class forms: - (a) by reducing the numerical value of the subject’s merit score by the amount used; - (b) recording the amount used in a separate system record of the use transaction without changing the numerical value of the account; - (c) temporary binding of the used amount of merit for the period of the interval of accounting for use; - (d) another operation of the system that ensures that the amount used is taken into account when determining the amount available for subsequent use operations in the same accounting interval; the form of implementation of the specified system record and its name do not affect the applicability of this method; other operations for changing the numerical value of the subject's merit account are performed by the subsystems of the system, including the evaluation subsystem in accordance with feature (2) of this paragraph, operations for transferring merits for the expenditure of merits by other subjects, directed at this subject or at the assessment object associated with it, and other operations provided for by the rules of the system; (2) the system measures the impact of an impact event by means of an evaluation subsystem that calculates the estimated value of the impact as the value of the sign function of the convolution of the evaluation responses, the arguments of which include the evaluation responses of subjects other than the actors of the impact event, taking into account both the signs and the numerical values ​​of these responses; the calculated value is a function of the values ​​and numerical values ​​of the responses and may be positive, negative, or zero; the calculated value is recorded in the system as the result of measuring the impact of the impact event and is attributed to the subjects listed as actors of this impact event; in the particular case of a positive calculated value, this operation represents the emission of merits - the emergence of new merits in the system; (3) a change in the records of the system state and / or its organizational structure stored in the system’s data storage facilities occurs as a consequence of a collective decision procedure in which subjects contribute merits by spending from their merit accounts, This ensures the machine-verifiable integrity and auditability of the numerical merit accounts of subjects; the impossibility of changing the numerical value of the account except through operations of the system's subsystems according to the prescribed rules; a constitutive dependence of the calculated assessment value on the aggregation of the assessment responses of subjects; protection against falsification of the assessment value record by including in the arguments of the aggregation the assessment responses of subjects other than the actors; linking the weight of each response in the aggregation to the actual operation of using the merits from the account of the subject submitting the response as a quantitative measure of the evaluator's involvement in forming the assessment; dependence of changes in stored records of the state of the system on the procedure of collective decision-making involving merits.

26. The method according to paragraph 25, characterized in that the system maintains an individual record for the impact event - the account of the object of assessment - and the amount of emission calculated by the assessment subsystem in accordance with criterion (2) is first credited to the account of the object of assessment linked to the given impact event, after which it is fully or partially transferred from the account of the object of assessment to the accounts of the merits of the entities listed as actors of this impact event, according to a predetermined rule of the system; the account of the object of assessment serves as a registered node of the emission audit, recording the calculated amount before it is transferred to the accounts of the actors.

27. The method according to paragraph 26, characterized in that for an impact event having a structure that includes a set of separately registered elements - parts, blocks or other descriptive units of recording about the impact event - the account of the assessment object is maintained for the impact event as a whole and / or for its individual elements, and for different elements separate accounts of the assessment object may be maintained, to each of which the system credits the value calculated in accordance with feature (2) of paragraph 25 according to the rules specified by the parameters of the system.

28. The method according to paragraph 25, characterized in that the functional delineation of the functions of merit according to the preamble of paragraph 25 is implemented in the form of a multitude of separate registers of merits of different semantics, maintained by the system for each subject, including: - a non-expendable historical register of a subject (P1), accumulating the merits of a subject and forming the accumulative (reputational) component of the social capital of a subject, and the value of P1 is not reduced by either the operation of spending merits or any other operation of the system and changes only in the direction of increase - simultaneously with the accrual of merits to a subject in accordance with feature (2) of paragraph 25; - the subject’s expenditure account (P2), corresponding to the subject’s merit account according to paragraph 25 and decreasing upon spending, whereby the subject’s spending of merits reduces only P2 and does not affect the value of P1; - a periodic non-cumulative register of a subject - a quota (P3), replenished by the system automatically up to the maximum value with the onset of each new period, and the unspent balance of the quota of the previous period is reset to zero and is not carried over to the new period, and the basis for calculating the quota is the registered fact of membership of the subject or his belonging to a group; - the register of the valuation object (P4), which is the account of the valuation object according to clause 26 and contains a pair of values ​​- the current indicator and the cumulative accumulated indicator of the object; - register of a collective entity (P5) - an account of merits maintained for a collective entity.

29. The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that the evaluation and emission subsystem is configured to issue merits to the account of the subject's merits from open-class sources, which in particular include: aggregation of evaluation responses from other subjects according to the method according to paragraph 25; automatic evaluation of the subject's actions by the system rules; verifier evaluation; accrual by an authorized subject based on the results of a collective decision; accounting for the results of the subject's impact assessment from external sources, which include internationally recognized indicators of social and environmental impact, decisions of other collective subjects, data from integrated external systems; another source of emission adopted by the procedure of a collective decision of the participants in the evaluation circuit; the applicability of the system does not depend on the source from which the emission of merits was made.

116. The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that it contains a subsystem for the use of merits, designed with the ability to cascade the selection of a write-off source register from among registers P1-P5 depending on the type of use operation, the sign and direction of the contribution and the role of the subject; and a subsystem for the inter-level conversion of expendable merits between the levels of the organization of subjects while maintaining the balance invariant for the bilateral acceptance of the participating levels and with the sovereignty of the parameters of each level.

The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that the expenditure subsystem is designed with the capability of simultaneously receiving from a subject in one collective decision procedure contributions of two types: a contribution written off from the periodic non-cumulative quota register P3, and a contribution written off from the expenditure account P2; the rules for accounting for the said contributions in the procedure are established by the parameters of the collective decision procedure of the corresponding evaluation circuit.

118. The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that the same operation of spending merits by a subject is taken into account by the evaluation-emission subsystem as the subject’s evaluation response to an impact event in accordance with the method according to paragraph 25 and, at the same time, by the collective decision subsystem as the contribution of said subject to the collective decision procedure in accordance with the method according to paragraph 1; the rules for said double accounting are established by the parameters of the corresponding evaluation circuit.

119. The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that it contains a parametric contract subsystem, configured with the ability to combine static distribution bases - a pre-agreed share of the founder of the object of assessment and an agreed contribution - and a dynamic component determined by the merits awarded to subjects for impact events associated with the said object; the said subsystem is configured with the ability to record the parameters and results of distribution in a system record by means of a smart contract executed in a distributed registry; the actual disposal of assets based on the results of the said recording is carried out by subjects outside the present system.

120. The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that the evaluation-emission subsystem weights the evaluation response with a weight calculated as a functional convolution of at least three semantically heterogeneous components, including: a component of the formal status of the subject in the collective subject, a component of the accumulated evaluation capital of the subject, and a component of the conformity of the area of ​​the evaluated impact event with the subject’s specialized area.

121. The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that the evaluation and emission subsystem is designed with the ability to cancel a previously produced emission of merits (reversal of the emission) upon cancellation of a previously registered impact event; upon reversal, the amount previously credited for this event is written off from the accounts of the subject actors and from the account of the object of evaluation within the limits of the amount actually credited previously.

122. The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that it contains a subsystem for the inter-level conversion of expendable merits between the levels of the organization of entities; said subsystem is designed with the ability to preserve the balance invariant during conversion - the value does not arise or disappear during the transition between levels - and the emergence or change of the share of participation of a lower-level collective entity at a higher level occurs in the presence of a bilateral act: an act of a lower-level collective entity on the expenditure or binding of merits on account of participation, and a counter act of a higher level on the acceptance of said participation.

The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that it is designed with the ability to implement a collective decision procedure, the subject of which is one or more attributes of a machine learning model - including a large language model (Large Language Model, LLM), a generative model, a classification model, another machine learning model - which, in particular, include: a regulatory document of the model, a set of behavior instructions, rules for interpreting queries, rules for selecting training data, and other attributes that determine the behavior of the model; the list of said attributes is open; the collective entity conducting the said procedure may be an association of persons of any scope and composition in accordance with the preamble of paragraph 111.

The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that the account maintenance subsystem contains an audit component that records each change in the numerical value of the subject's merit account, indicating the subsystem that is the source of the change and the basis for the operation; and does not provide an interface for directly recording the numerical value of the account other than through operations of the system's subsystems according to the rules of the system.

The system according to paragraph 111, characterized in that the class of grounds for operations to increase the numerical value of the merit account of a subject is limited to grounds that include, in particular: the issue of merits based on the results of the reduction of assessment responses in accordance with feature (2) of paragraph 25; the transfer of merits under operations to use merits by other subjects directed at the given subject or at the assessment object associated with it; the accrual of merits based on the results of the procedure of a collective decision of the participants in the assessment circuit; other grounds established by the procedure of a collective decision of the participants in the assessment circuit, - and does not include as an independent ground the receipt of monetary funds, property rights, tangible or intangible assets from any subject; the form of implementation and the name of the functional class of accounting units within which the said restriction is implemented do not affect the applicability of this invariant.
