Abstract

This utility model relates to devices for the chemical industry, specifically to devices for producing oil-water reverse emulsions used as a primary component or intermediate raw material in the production of industrial explosives. A disperser for producing oil-water reverse emulsions comprises a housing with an inlet at the bottom and an outlet manifold at the top, a bell housing with an electric motor attached to it, a shaft connected to the electric motor, located within the housing and equipped with impellers mounted thereon at intervals, and turbine-type impellers equipped with vertical, multidirectional blades. A propeller-type discharge wheel is mounted on the shaft in the upper portion of the housing. The invention relates to the production of stable oil-water reverse emulsions with a given viscosity.
