Abstract

The utility model relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to test bench designs, and can be used for load-testing and rolling-in of various screw pairs, including rolling pairs. A test bench for rolling-in a ball screw pair includes a frame (1) on which supports (2) are mounted, in which a screw (3) is rotatably mounted, on which a nut (4) with balls (4.1) is mounted. The rolling-in of the screw (3) to the nut (4) with balls (4.1) is carried out due to the use of a stepper motor (5) in the test bench, the rotation from which is transmitted via a belt drive to a sleeve (6), which is mounted in bearings (7) of the support (2), and then through the sleeve (6) is transmitted to the nut (4) with balls (4.1), mounted on the screw (3). The technical result of the claimed utility model is to improve the accuracy of the running-in (running-in) of a ball screw pair, which eliminates the possibility of jamming of the nut balls. 4 ref. cl., 3 fig.
