Description
[0001] Technical field
[0002] The utility model relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in the designs of plunger, piston, diaphragm and other pumps, as well as internal combustion engines.
[0003] Technology Level
[0004] A plunger pump is known from the prior art, comprising a housing and a crank mechanism. This technical solution utilizes a grease injection pump (RU 2640435) as an additional lubricant.
[0005] The prior art technical solution, adopted as the closest equivalent, is a plunger pump comprising a housing and a crank mechanism. In this prior art technical solution, the lubrication system involves drawing lubricant from the pump crankcase and delivering it to the working area of the crosshead (connecting rod) (RU 2204735).
[0006] Current technical solutions do not provide sufficient separating lubrication during operation of plunger pumps, which can lead to overheating, increased friction, fatigue wear, and jamming of the surfaces of parts; the use of additional equipment complicates the design.
[0007] The technical result is a simplified plunger pump design. Wear on friction surfaces is also reduced.
[0008] The technical result is achieved by a plunger pump comprising a hydraulic unit and a mechanically driven housing consisting of a crank mechanism and a crosshead connected to the plunger by a rod. The housing also contains a sump for liquid lubrication. The plunger pump contains a lubrication groove located within the pump housing, mounted on one side to the outer surface of the crankshaft, and secured on the other side to the outer surface of the crosshead housing.
[0009] An anti-friction plate is installed on the outer surface of the lubrication groove.
[0010] Brief description of drawings
[0011] The utility model is illustrated:
[0012] Fig. 1 shows a plunger pump;
[0013] Fig. 2 shows a lubrication groove with an antifriction plate,
[0014] where 1 - valve body; 2 - housing; 3 - crank mechanism; 4 - crosshead; 5 - plunger; 6 - crankcase; 7 - lubrication groove; 8 - crankshaft; 9 - bracket, 10 - mounting bolt; 11 - nut; 12 - antifriction plate; 13 - rivet; 14 - oil; 15 - connecting rod; 16 - oil supply hole.
[0015] The plunger pump includes a hydraulic unit 1 and a housing 2 with a mechanical drive, consisting of a crank mechanism 3 and a crosshead 4 connected by a rod to a plunger 5. A crankcase 6 for liquid lubrication is located in the housing 2. The plunger pump comprises a lubrication groove 7 located inside the pump housing 2, mounted on one side on the outer surface of the crankshaft 8 and secured on the other side on the outer surface of the crosshead housing 4. The lubrication groove 7 is made in the form of a bent channel and is secured with the help of a bracket 9, mounting bolts 10 and nuts 11 on the outer surface of the crosshead housing 4. An antifriction plate 12 is installed on the outer surface of the lubrication groove 7 and secured to it with the help of rivets 13. The antifriction plate 12 is designed to reduce wear of the crankshaft surfaces.
[0016] When oil 14 is splashed by connecting rod 15, oil 14 falls on crankshaft 8 and is removed by antifriction plate 12, directed through oil groove 7 into oil supply hole 16, and then falls into channels of crosshead 4. The presence of antifriction plate installed on the oil groove reduces wear of rubbing surfaces.
[0017] The antifriction plate can be made of fluoroplastic. Its high wear resistance and self-lubricating properties protect the contact surfaces from mechanical wear, extending the service life of the unit and the pump as a whole.
[0018] The antifriction plate can be made of bronze. Its high wear resistance reduces wear on the contacting elements, extending the service life of the unit and the pump as a whole. It also offers excellent lubricant retention, as the bronze structure itself helps retain the lubricant within the lubrication zone.
[0019] Thus, the use of a lubricating groove in a plunger pump, located inside the pump body and installed on one side on the outer surface of the crankshaft, and fixed on the other side on the outer surface of the crosshead body, helps to simplify the design of the plunger pump, and also reduces the wear of the rubbing surfaces.
