Abstract
This utility model relates to medicine, specifically traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to fix femur or tibia exoprostheses in patients who have undergone amputation. The device for endosseous fixation of the exoprosthesis includes an endosseous implant consisting of a cannulated rod connected to a percutaneous abutment. The implant is manufactured from PTN-8.VT6 titanium powder with a particle size of 10-45 μm using SLM printing and 3D modeling based on CT data. The proximal rod body has longitudinal ribs along its axis. The surface of the body is a hexagonal lattice structure. The distal portion of the rod is expanded and has the shape of a washer with a highly polished surface with a roughness parameter of Ra 0.05 μm. In the distal section, the through channel of the rod has a thread of at least 1 / 3 of the length of the rod, corresponding to the thread of the connecting screw.Above the distal portion, the through-channel of the rod is widened to form a seat for the proximal conical portion of the abutment. The abutment has a highly polished surface with a roughness parameter of Ra 0.05 µm, coated with a prolonged-action antibacterial polymer biofilm. The proximal conical and distal portions of the abutment have a through-channel corresponding to the through-channel of the rod with a thread corresponding to the thread of the connecting screw, the head of which is wider than the through-channel of the distal portion of the abutment, which serves as a platform for fixation of the modular elements of the exoprosthesis. This enables endosseous fixation of the lower limb exoprosthesis. 1 fig.
