Abstract

This utility model pertains to lifting and transport engineering and relates to devices for packaging cargo, with or without a special outer coating, loading and unloading it into vehicles using lifting equipment, and subsequent transportation. The objective of the utility model is to create a device that allows for reliable packaging of cargo while improving the ease of slinging. The technical result consists of enabling the slinging of cargo with a sling both in its pre-assembled (pre-reeved) form and in its disassembled form, with the sling reeved during placement onto the load.The technical result is achieved by the claimed self-tightening textile sling, which comprises an open bundling strap forming two lifting legs with lifting loops at both ends. The bundling strap is formed by two sewn textile straps, with the end of the first textile strap sewn to the middle portion of the second textile strap, forming an additional third free end of the second strap, on which a buckle is located. When using the claimed sling, one free end with a bundling loop provides only one reeving in the buckle at the second free end of the sling, while the third free end with a second lifting loop ensures balancing and tight bundling of the load during lifting. 2 ill.

[0001] The utility model relates to lifting and transport engineering to devices for packaging cargo with or without a special outer coating, their loading and unloading using lifting machines into vehicles and further transportation.

[0002] A ROUND-STRAIN CARGO SLING WITH A DAMPING COVER (RU 214276 U1, published 01.09.2022) is known, comprising a strength core, which is a bundle of polyester strands, placed in a textile cover containing a damping zone, including an elastic flexible elongated element fixed in a stretched state to the cover along the entire length of the damping zone of the cover. In a particular case of implementing the utility model, the sling is a two-loop sling. The technical result of the known sling is to protect the cover of the sling when the sling is stretched under load by ensuring uniform distribution of the cover along the entire length of the sling. A disadvantage of the known sling is the impossibility of its use for large-sized, unstuffed cargo.

[0003] The closest in technical essence is the PACKAGING LOOP TEXTILE SLING (RU 205029 U1, published on June 24, 2021), comprising an open textile tape forming two branches of a lifting loop with loops at both ends, passing into a packaging loop consisting of turns of the open textile tape with the possibility of tightening the open textile tape and fixing it when lifting the load by the loops at the ends of the two branches of the lifting loop. Each of the two branches of the lifting loop is located between the turns of the packaging loop. Moreover, an unpacking loop is made on one turn of the packaging loop. The technical result of the claimed utility model consists in packaging the load during its lifting and maintaining the shape of the load package after its lowering without the use of fixing devices.The disadvantage of the known sling is the impossibility of its use for large-sized, non-stacked loads, and also due to the fact that the known sling contains turns of open textile tape, there is a possibility of part or all of the load falling out between the turns during packaging, and subsequently during movement and loading / unloading of the load.
