Abstract
Description
[0001] Technical field
[0002] The utility model relates to devices for towing light vehicles using the partial loading method.
[0003] Technology Level
[0004] A car trailer for towing using a partial loading method (patent RU 114656) is known. It comprises a basic support structure made in the form of a rectangular beam, to the ends of which are attached brackets housing the wheel hubs. A drawback of this technical solution is the inability to load a damaged vehicle without outside assistance.
[0005] A known dolly for towing a car using the partial loading method (RU patent 174781) has a monowheel chassis, with the running gear located within the turntable and loading platform. A disadvantage of this utility model is its instability. Furthermore, if the car has a faulty front suspension and is unable to move, rolling it onto the dolly is quite difficult.
[0006] The closest to the proposed technical solution, taken as a prototype, is a rolling trolley for evacuating faulty vehicles (patent RU 206414), containing a frame with a drawbar for attachment to a towing vehicle.
[0007] The disadvantages of the prototype are the complexity of the design, the lack of versatility of the towing vehicle, the lack of an alternative to installing the damaged vehicle on a dolly, and the mandatory operation of the pneumatic system in the towing vehicle.
[0008] The technical result is to ensure a compact arrangement of ramps in the transport position for towing semi-loaded passenger vehicles.
[0009] The stated technical result is achieved by the device being designed as a single-axle trailer, including a rectangular frame longitudinal beam with transverse reinforcements and a coupling triangle mounted at the front end. A mounting platform with openings is provided on the coupling triangle, to which a manual drum-type towing winch is bolted. The ramps are removable and made of a metal profile and equipped with mounting eyes. In the transport position, the ramps are secured to the coupling triangle using pins installed in coaxial holes in the ramp eyes and the coupling triangle brackets. In the operating position, the ramps are installed on the rear of the frame in support sockets made on the crossbar of the frame, forming inclined guides for rolling the wheels of the towed vehicle. The wheel axle is secured to the longitudinal beam using brackets.
[0010] Implementation of a utility model
[0011] The frame's longitudinal beam is made of rectangular metal section. The coupling triangle is welded to the front end of the beam. A manual drum winch with a cable is installed on the coupling triangle mounting platform. The ramps are secured with pins to the coupling triangle brackets during transport. For loading, the ramps are installed in the support sockets of the rear cross beam, after which the towed vehicle is pulled in with the winch.
[0012] Fig. 1 shows a device for towing a semi-loaded passenger vehicle.
[0013] The device for towing a semi-loaded passenger vehicle consists of a frame 4 (Fig. 1), a device for fixing a damaged vehicle 1 (Fig. 1), lockers 2 (Fig. 1), all-terrain wheels 3 (Fig. 1), boxes for storing fixing elements 5 (Fig. 1), ramps 6 (Fig. 1), a manual traction winch 7 (Fig. 1), and a towing hitch 8 (Fig. 1).
Claims
A device for towing a semi-load of light vehicles, made in the form of a single-axle trailer, including a longitudinal frame beam, a coupling triangle, wheels, ramps and a manual traction winch, characterized in that a mounting platform is made on the coupling triangle, to which a manual drum winch is attached by bolted connections, the ramps are made removable and provided with eyes, while in the transport position the ramps are secured to the coupling triangle by means of pins, and in the working position they are installed in support sockets of the rear part of the frame.
