Abstract

This utility model relates to industrial automation equipment, specifically to robotic sorters. The robotic sorter comprises two longitudinal beams connected at the front by a rigid crossbar. The longitudinal beams are equipped with guides, on top of which a crossbar is mounted. The crossbar has horizontal through-threaded holes at its edges and vertical through-threaded holes spaced equally apart from each other and from the sides of the longitudinal beams. Studs mounted in bearing assemblies located at the edges of the longitudinal beams pass through the horizontal through-threaded holes. The studs are driven by electric motors. A shaft mounted in bearing assemblies passes through each vertical through-threaded hole and is rotated by a servo motor located on top of the crossbar. The free end of each shaft is equipped with a cross-shaped connector, with mechanical arms mounted at its free ends. Each mechanical arm consists of a base, one side of which is attached to the free end of the cross-shaped connector, and a first arm body rigidly attached to the other side, to which a second arm body is connected via a hinge. A third arm body is attached to the free end of the second arm body via a hinge, and clamping pliers are attached to its free end via a flange connection. The rigid crossbar is equipped with vision units, each consisting of a bracket, one end of which is attached to the underside of the rigid crossbar, and a cross-shaped connector, with cameras mounted at its free ends, is attached to the other free end of the bracket. This improves productivity. 3 ill.
