Abstract
Description
[0001] The utility model relates to the field of railway infrastructure maintenance, namely to checking and adjusting the operability of the track measuring bogie sensor board using a test bench for testing the track measuring bogie level sensor, consisting of a board with a controller, a driver and a stepper motor, which sets the required slope of the lifting platform with the level sensor being tested installed for comparison with the slope specified by the board.
[0002] The following technical solutions are known from the prior art.
[0003] A known method for diagnosing angular sensor calibration (RU 2592734 C1, G01C 1 / 02, published July 27, 2016) involves calibrating the angular sensor using a sensor selected as a reference, with both sensors mounted on a common axis of rotation. The novelty of this method lies in the fact that multiple measurements are simultaneously performed on both sensors individually and their average readings are compared.
[0004] The disadvantage of the method specified in the patent under consideration is the need to use an additional set of high-precision measuring equipment and an additional sensor used as a reference, as well as the inconsistency of the units of measurement with the needs of railway transport in the field of checking the condition of the railway track.
[0005] The technical result of the claimed utility model is a change in the technology for diagnosing level sensors used on track measuring trolleys by testing them on a stand for testing the level sensor of track measuring trolleys without the need to install the entire trolley on a standard stand.
[0006] The technical result is achieved by a test bench for track measuring trolley level sensors. It consists of a controller that receives a signal from a group of control buttons located on the bench base and transmits it to a stepper motor driver. The stepper motor driver then sets the required position of the stepper motor rotor, equipped with an eccentric, corresponding to the desired inclination of the lifting platform on which the board containing the track measuring trolley level sensor being tested is located. After setting the required elevation or lowering angle of the lifting platform, with the board containing the track measuring trolley sensor located on it, the data is displayed on the screen of the standard track measuring trolley recorder.
[0007] The essence of the utility model is explained by drawings, which depict the following:
[0008] Fig. 1 - diagram of the test bench for testing the level sensor of track measuring trolleys.
[0009] The following elements are designated by positions on the drawings:
[0010] Controller 1 is an electronic device to which the control signal is sent from control button group 6. Attached to the stand base 7 with a screw connection, it serves as a receiver and processor of commands, then transmits the received signal to driver 2;
[0011] Driver 2 - The stepper motor driver is a device designed to receive an electrical signal from controller 1, amplify it to a specified level, and turn rotor 9 of stepper motor 3 on / off. It is used to transmit commands to rotor 9 with eccentric 10 of stepper motor 3 to rotate lifting platform 4, which houses the board with level sensor 8 of the track measuring trolleys, to raise and lower the platform to a specified angle. It is secured to the base of stand 7 with a screw connection.
[0012] To operate the stand when checking the level sensor installed on track measuring trolleys, a special software code has been developed and installed on the controller, ensuring precise positioning of the rotor 9 of the stepper motor 3 at the operator’s request.
[0013] Stepper motor 3 is a synchronous brushless motor with multiple windings. Current applied to one of the stator windings causes rotor 9 to lock in place. It is secured to the stand base 7 with a screw connection.
[0014] Rotor 9 is equipped with an eccentric 10, which, through any mechanical connection that converts the rotary motion of rotor 9 into a reciprocating up-and-down motion, raises and lowers lifting platform 4. At the beginning of the test, the position of eccentric 10 ensures that lifting platform 4 is positioned relative to the horizontal at a 0° inclination. This ensures precise positioning of lifting platform 4 relative to the horizontal.
[0015] Lifting platform 4 - serves to place a board with a tested level sensor 8 on it. The mount with a support for the lifting platform 4 is made on one side pivotally on the base of the stand 7, and on the other side the lifting platform 4 rests on the eccentric 10, fixed on the rotor 9 of the stepper motor 3. When the inclination increases or decreases relative to the horizontal, the tested sensor transmits the obtained result of the slope measurement to the screen of the track measuring trolley recorder 5;
[0016] Track measuring trolley recorder 5 - a standard track measuring trolley recorder designed to display information such as current track coordinates, track width, and track level, and store this information in non-volatile memory. Track measuring trolley recorder 5 is screw-mounted to the base of stand 7 and connected to the circuit board housing the level sensor 8 being tested.
[0017] control button group 6 - a group of control buttons for the stand, secured with a screw connection to the base of the stand 7, includes, in this particular case, 4 buttons for setting the required slope of the lifting platform 4: +40 mm, -40 mm, +1 mm, -1 mm;
[0018] base of the stand 7 - a horizontal plane made of a hard material, on which other elements of the claimed stand are fixed using a screw connection: controller 1, driver 2, stepper motor 3, lifting platform 4, track measuring trolley recorder 5 and a group of control buttons 6;
[0019] Board with test level sensor 8 - an electrical board that houses the test level sensor of the track measuring trolley. Board with test level sensor 8 is located on lifting platform 4 and is connected to the track measuring trolley recorder via an electrical wire;
[0020] rotor 9 - the rotating part of the stepper motor 3, serves to transmit rotational motion to the eccentric 10 fixed to it;
[0021] eccentric 10 - a cylindrical element or disk placed on rotor 9 so that the axis of rotation of rotor 9 does not coincide with the geometric center of eccentric 10.
[0022] The mobility of the lifting platform 4 is achieved by the fact that one end of it is movably fixed on a support, at the same level with the axis of rotation of the rotor 9 of the stepper motor 3. The second end of the movable platform rests on the eccentric 10 of the rotor 9 of the stepper motor 3, due to which the rotation of the rotor 9 with the eccentric 10 is converted into a reciprocating up-and-down motion of the free end of the movable platform 4. At the beginning of the test, the horizontal slope of the platform is 0°.
[0023] A test stand for testing the level sensor of track measuring trolleys, designed to test the accuracy of the tested level sensor of track measuring trolleys, consists of a stand base 7, a controller 1, receiving a signal from a group of control buttons 6 and transmitting this signal to a driver 2, which converts electrical signals into signals corresponding to different positions of the rotor 9 of the stepper motor 3, which, through a mechanical connection, converts the rotational movement of the eccentric 10 of the rotor 9 into a reciprocating up-and-down movement of the lifting platform 4, providing a different horizontal slope of the tested sensor.
[0024] To ensure high-quality inspections of the railway track and its components, regular maintenance and servicing of measuring equipment is necessary, particularly the level sensor installed on track-measuring trolleys. This test bench allows for diagnostics of the accuracy of a level sensor removed from a track-measuring trolley without the need to install the entire track-measuring trolley on a standard test bench. The track-measuring trolley measures 1600 x 500 x 800 mm and weighs 17 kg. Previously, diagnostics were performed by installing the entire track-measuring trolley on a special bench, requiring several workers.
[0025] To check the accuracy of the level sensor operation in the test stand for testing the level sensor of track measuring trolleys, a board with a level sensor 8 is installed on the lifting platform 4, a command is sent from the group of control buttons 6 to the controller 1, which transmits an electrical signal to the driver 2, which controls the corresponding specific positions of the rotor 9 of the stepper motor 3, which, through a mechanical connection, converts the rotational movement of the eccentric 10 of the rotor 9 of the stepper motor 3 into a reciprocating movement up and down the lifting platform 4, providing a different slope of the sensor being tested horizontally, then a comparison is made between the specified slope value and the one actually obtained, recorded by the sensor being tested, and the obtained result is displayed on the recorder of the track measuring trolley 5.
