[0001] The utility model relates to the field of storage and transportation of ammunition, in particular to polystyrene containers for stacking.
[0002] A device for storing and transporting ammunition and missiles is known (patent RU No. 199714 U1, F42B 39 / 22), consisting of cases for placing ammunition and missiles in them, connected by a collapsible frame of two multi-cell frames and two ties, the cases have lids on opposite sides and insertable lodgements consisting of elements that ensure the fixation of ammunition and missiles in the case.
[0003] The disadvantage of this device is the placement and fixation of shots and anti-tank guided missiles of a certain size for self-propelled artillery and armored vehicles, naval artillery installations, thus, the placement of engineering ammunition in the specified device is impossible.
[0004] The prototype of the proposed utility model is a reusable container for storing and transporting ammunition (RU Patent No. 2596381, F42B 39 / 22), comprising a lid, a base, a locking element, and a carrying handle. The base and lid consist of two separate, semi-cylindrical compartments rigidly connected in a horizontal plane by rectangular rims with stacking elements. To separately accommodate the projectile and charge within the container, two separate cavities are formed within the first semi-cylindrical compartment, and a single cavity is formed within the second semi-cylindrical compartment.

[0018] The container for stacking ammunition consists of a base 1 (Fig. 1) and a cover 2, represented by polystyrene inserts, in which there are compartments made to the dimensions of certain types of ammunition, to accommodate the required number of items and prevent their movement inside the container.

A wire is pulled through the hole in the pin, and the container is sealed.When placing containers in a stack, each subsequent container is placed with stacking elements into the grooves of the previous container.
