Description

[0001] The utility model relates to building products of small architectural forms, namely: park benches, and can be used for their manufacture during work on the improvement of urban spaces - parks, squares, streets and boulevards, as well as courtyard areas and individual garden and summer cottage plots.

[0002] A bench comprising a seat and supports is known. The seat is shaped like a shield and consists of wooden slats, between which are placed short wooden inserts, rigidly connected to the wooden slats by ties. The supports are made of a channel or pipes and are connected to the seat using connecting plates (Russian Federation Patent for Utility Model No. 10521; IPC A47C 11 / 00; published August 16, 1999).

[0003] The disadvantages of this bench are the rapid loss of appearance and destruction of wooden slats and seat inserts under the influence of precipitation and other environmental factors.

[0004] A park bench is known, comprising supports made in the form of an arch with a base, front and rear legs and a bracket that is an extension of the rear leg, and slats secured to the supports by means of threaded elements. The slats are made of a rectangular solid cross-section by pressing from a polymer-mineral composition containing, as a forming material, a binder made of thermoplastic polymers - low and high density polyethylene, and a filler made of inorganic bulk materials - sand or crushed rock screenings (Russian Federation Patent for Utility Model No. 204148; IPC A47C 11 / 00; published 11.05.2021).

[0005] The disadvantages of the bench in question are its low vandal-proof properties.

[0006] A street bench is known, comprising abutments made in the form of an arch with the formation of a base, front and rear legs and a bracket, which is a continuation of the rear leg, and slats fixed to the abutments by means of threaded elements, while the abutments on the outer surface have grooves for placing slats in them before fixing with threaded elements (Patent of the Russian Federation for Utility Model No. 215805 Application: 2022101045, 18.01.2022, IPC: A47C 11 / 00 (2006.01) - prototype).

[0007] The disadvantages are the complexity of the design and the difficulty of assembly, the outdated appearance that does not meet the requirements of modern design.

[0008] A common drawback of the designs considered is the short length of the seat itself and the need to install intermediate support supports if it needs to be increased, since the longitudinal slats will sag under the weight of the people sitting on them if there are only two supports, at both ends of the slats.

[0009] The presence of six, eight, or ten or more support points—two primary and the remaining supporting—leads to a deterioration in the bench's appearance. Furthermore, with six, eight, or ten or more support points on the bench frame, it is difficult or impossible to ensure that the corresponding points in the ground are aligned in the same plane. This initially leads to misalignment of the bench's structural elements, the development of internal stresses, and gradual failure under alternating loads or the development of swaying in the support area. Subsequently, during operation, shifting of the support surfaces is possible due to varying soil properties, leading to misalignment of the entire bench structure.

[0010] The objective of this technical solution is to increase the service life of the bench by improving its design and ensuring optimal load distribution.

[0011] The solution to the said problem and the technical result are achieved by the fact that, in the proposed bench, containing side supports, intermediate supporting elements and sheathing lamellas fixed to them, according to the invention, in the central part of the side supports of the bench, a longitudinal power element is installed, connecting the said supports to each other, with the possibility of its installation and dismantling, wherein the intermediate supporting elements interact with the said power element with their corresponding parts, and the outer profile of the intermediate supporting elements, facing the sheathing lamellas, corresponds to a similar outer profile of the side supports.

[0012] In the basic embodiment, the size of the major axis of the cross-section of the longitudinal force element exceeds the size of the minor axis of its cross-section by at least 1.5 times, while the major axis of the cross-section of said force element is located in the vertical plane.

[0013] In the basic version, the power element is made hollow.

[0014] In the basic version, the power element is made in the form of a flat oval tube

[0015] In the basic version, the side supports are made of aluminum.

[0016] In the basic version, the power element is made of steel.

[0017] In the basic embodiment, at least one side support, preferably both, is made in the form of conjugated rings of circles of different radii, wherein the lower part of the support with legs is made in the form of half a ring of a circle, while the upper part of the support is made in the form of parts of a circle that are a continuation of the contour of the legs of the lower part, wherein the said parts of the circle are connected to each other in the upper part of the support by an element, preferably curvilinear, in which holes are made for installing the lamellas of the sheathing, and in the central part of the support there are elements for installing and fastening the power element.

[0018] In the basic version, the structural elements of the side support contain flanges located along the contour of their boundaries.

[0019] The essence of the technical solution is illustrated by the drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a bench, a top view, in axonometric view, Fig. 2 is a side view of the bench, Fig. 3 is a top view of the bench, Fig. 4 is a front view of the bench, Fig. 5 is a bottom view of the bench, Fig. 6 is a cross-section of the power element, Fig. 7 shows an end view of the longitudinal power element with places for installing fasteners, Fig. 8 shows a side view of the intermediate supporting element, Fig. 9 shows a top view of the intermediate supporting element, Fig. 10 shows the intermediate supporting element in axonometric view. The upper figure shows an axonometric view of the element from below, the lower figure shows an axonometric view of the element from above.

[0020] The proposed bench comprises side supports 1, intermediate supporting elements 2, and paneling slats 3 secured thereto. A longitudinal load-bearing element 4 is installed in the central portion of the side supports 1 of the bench, connecting said supports together, preferably in a removable manner. The longitudinal load-bearing element 4 has a cross-section in the form of a geometric figure whose height exceeds its width and is secured to the side supports in a removable manner using fasteners located along its vertical axis at the ends on each side, to prevent rotation. The fasteners are shown, but not indicated.

[0021] The intermediate support elements 2 interact with the specified load-bearing element via their corresponding parts 5. The outer profile of the intermediate support elements, facing the slats 3 of the sheathing, corresponds to a similar outer profile of the side supports. The intermediate support elements 2 contain protruding fasteners for securing the slats to the outer profile, and their corresponding part 5 contains a groove for installation and fastening to the longitudinal load-bearing element 4, which also allows for its additional fixation due to its flat oval shape.

[0022] The height of the power element 4 exceeds its width by at least 1.5 times,

[0023] In the basic version, the power element 4 is made hollow.

[0024] In the basic version, the power element 4 is made in the form of a flat oval tube

[0025] In the basic version, the side supports 1 are made of aluminum.

[0026] In the basic version, the power element 4 is made of steel.

[0027] The side supports are made of aluminum, and the central power element is in the form of a flat oval steel tube, which allows for a reduction in the weight of the bench while maintaining its load-bearing capacity.

[0028] At least one side support 1, preferably both, is made in the form of conjugate rings of circles of different radii.

[0029] The structural elements of the side support 1 contain flanges 6 located along the contour of their boundaries.

[0030] The proposed bench can be used as follows.

[0031] The side supports 1 of the bench are connected using a longitudinal load-bearing member 4, forming the bench frame with a central load-bearing member. Next, the intermediate support elements 2 are installed with their corresponding parts 5 on the longitudinal load-bearing member 4. The upholstery slats 3 are installed on top. The bench is then installed in the pre-prepared locations and used as intended. On-site assembly is possible.

[0032] The advantages of the proposed bench over existing designs are that instead of six, eight, or ten or more support points—two primary and the remaining supporting—which do not ensure optimal ground load distribution, two pairs of supports—four support points—are used. With six, eight, or ten or more ground support points for the bench frame, it is difficult or impossible to ensure that the corresponding ground support points are aligned in the same plane. This initially leads to misalignment of the bench frame elements, the development of internal stresses, and gradual failure under alternating loads or the development of swaying in the support area. Subsequently, during operation, the bench's support pads may shift due to varying soil properties, leading to misalignment of the entire load-bearing structure.

[0033] Using the proposed technical solution will simplify the design of the bench and its assembly and ensure optimal load distribution.
