Description

[0001] This utility model relates to network chambers for various applications and sectors for connecting, bending, and pulling utility lines. Modular inspection chambers can be used to accommodate high-voltage connections and bends, large water valves, or any other utility enclosure.

[0002] A drainage well for waste water is known [RU 2592376, E03F 5 / 04], made for placing and for holding a tank with a sewer siphon seal and has at least one submerged wall that projects into the tank and forms with the bottom of the tank at least one opening through which waste water flows, and has a barrier through which waste water flows and which forms a supported level of waste water in the tank, with a drain box that places the overflowing waste water and directs it into the nozzle of the drain pipe, with an inspection, which contains an opening closed by a shut-off element, through which the nozzle of the drain pipe is accessible without crossing the receiving box.

[0003] The disadvantages of this well-known device include its complexity and bulkiness. Installation is carried out on-site and requires significant time and resources. The device is not very versatile and is limited to one purpose only: wastewater collection.

[0004] Also known is a communication manifold module, a main tunnel and an input chamber of the module [RU 132461, E03F 3 / 02], containing at least one line of the main tunnel with cantilever shelves for laying a cable and / or cable lines, characterized in that it additionally contains at least one input chamber connected to at least one line of the main tunnel of the manifold, made with the provision of the possibility of inputting cables and / or cable lines into the manifold, and / or turning, and / or crossing cable lines, as well as access to the process equipment installed in the module, and its maintenance, wherein the body of the main tunnel of the manifold and the input chamber is made of a polymeric material, and the body of the tunnel of the manifold consists of hermetically connected profiled hollow pipe sections, at least one of which is provided with a fireproof partition, and the cantilever shelves are fixed on the racks, mounted,at least along one inner side of the body of the tunnel pipe sections by extrusion welding.

[0005] The disadvantages of the well-known communication manifold module also include its complexity and bulkiness, the installation of which is carried out on-site and requires significant time and resources. The component parts are not sufficiently standardized for the installation of manifolds for various purposes. The manifold components are difficult to transport to the destination.

[0006] The closest technical solution to a utility model is the STAKKAbox™ ULTIMA Connect chamber system [https: / / youtu.be / lYxwuZsYaaw], which comprises double-walled fiberglass sections in 150mm deep sections, supplied in hockey stick-shaped corner pieces and straight sections that are stacked and connected with connecting pins to achieve the desired depth. Each ring section has teeth for positive engagement with the ring sections above and below.

[0007] The disadvantages of this camera system are:

[0008] 1. The corner pieces are bent like a hockey stick, making them difficult to manufacture and assembly.

[0009] 2. The uneven wall thickness of the sections also complicates assembly and increases the compactness of the packaging for transportation.

[0010] The objective of the utility model is to simplify the manufacture and assembly, as well as to increase the convenience and compactness during transportation and storage of modular inspection well blocks.

[0011] The stated problem is solved due to the fact that the modular inspection well is formed by row blocks and corner L-shaped blocks connected to each other and placed one on top of the other, which are hollow boxes consisting of external and internal walls connected to each other by inclined stiffeners and having U-shaped grooves at the ends for connecting the row blocks and corner L-shaped blocks with the help of U-shaped locks into a rectangle closed along the perimeter, and on the upper surfaces of the row blocks and corner L-shaped blocks on both sides there are grooves for fixing in them with the help of projections on the lower surfaces of the row blocks and corner L-shaped blocks when installing them on top of each other, while the external and internal walls of the row blocks and corner L-shaped blocks are made of the same thickness, the latter have a bend at a right angle without rounding, and the bending points of the outer and inner walls inside the box are connected to each other by additional stiffening ribs.

[0012] This simplifies manufacturing and assembly, and increases the convenience and compactness during transportation and storage of modular inspection manhole units.

[0013] New essential features:

[0014] 1. The outer and inner walls of the row blocks and corner L-shaped blocks are made of the same thickness.

[0015] 2. Corner L-shaped blocks have a bend at a right angle without rounding.

[0016] 3. The bending points of the outer and inner walls of the corner L-shaped blocks inside the box are connected to each other by additional stiffening ribs.

[0017] The listed new essential features, in combination with the known ones, make it possible to obtain a technical result in all cases covered by the scope of legal protection.

[0018] Technical result

[0019] The technical result simplifies the manufacture and assembly of modular inspection wells. The outer and inner walls of the standard blocks and corner L-shaped blocks are of the same thickness, and the latter are curved at a right angle without rounding. This also improves the ease and compactness of transportation and storage of modular inspection well blocks. Using modules, a well of any height, width, and length can be manufactured, offering a wide range of sizes. The modular inspection well is assembled on-site and does not require the use of heavy equipment for installation. Additional stiffeners connecting the bends of the outer and inner walls of the corner L-shaped blocks inside the box ensure structural strength.

[0020] The proposed utility model is illustrated by the following drawings:

[0028] A modular inspection well formed by interconnected and placed one on top of the other row blocks 1 and corner L-shaped blocks 2, which are hollow boxes consisting of outer 3 and inner 4 walls connected to each other by inclined stiffeners 5 and having U-shaped grooves 6 at the ends for connecting the row blocks 1 and corner L-shaped blocks 2 by means of U-shaped locks 7 into a rectangle or square closed along the perimeter, wherein grooves 8 are made on both sides on the upper surfaces of the row blocks 1 and corner L-shaped blocks 2 for fixing in them by means of projections 9 on the lower surfaces of the row blocks 1 and corner L-shaped blocks 2 installed on top of each other. The outer 3 and inner 4 walls of the row blocks 1 and corner L-shaped blocks 2 are made of the same thickness. Corner L-shaped blocks 2 are bent at a right angle without rounding. The bending points of the outer and inner walls of the corner L-shaped blocks 2 inside the box are connected to each other by additional stiffening ribs 10.

[0029] The modular inspection well is mounted as follows.

[0030] Row blocks 1 and corner L-shaped blocks 2 are stacked on top of each other until the required depth of the modular inspection well is reached and connected together using U-shaped locks 7, which are inserted into U-shaped grooves 6 located on the ends of the row blocks 1 and corner L-shaped blocks 2, forming a section in the form of a closed annular space of a rectangular or square shape. The shape of the annular closed space will depend on the length and number of row blocks 1 in one row. Each row block 1 and corner L-shaped block 2 have grooves 8 on the upper surface and protrusions 9 on the bottom for positive engagement with the annular sections above and below. The adjustability of the modular inspection well in accordance with the customer's requirements regarding size, lead time, and installation conditions makes it an optimal solution for various installations and conditions.

[0031] This utility model offers a wide range of sizes. The modular design allows for the installation of a modular inspection well of any height, width, and length. Installation is also easy. The modular inspection well is assembled on-site and does not require heavy equipment. When disassembled, the modular inspection well fits on 1-3 pallets, unlike concrete pallets, which take up significant space. When stored in a warehouse, it takes up less space than similar products.

[0032] A modular solution that allows the modular inspection well to be scaled to site specifications and requirements through a range of plug-in components and accessories, significantly reducing on-site construction costs by saving labor and time.
