Abstract
Description
[0001] The utility model relates to greenhouses intended for year-round cultivation of agricultural products.
[0002] A greenhouse is known (patent RU 185545), made in the form of a structure completely buried in the ground.
[0003] Disadvantages of this greenhouse:
[0004] The flat roof is covered with snow in winter, and is flooded with rain and covered with dust in summer, which leads to an increase in operating costs for cleaning;
[0005] The source of radioactive radiation used for heating creates an increased danger during operation;
[0006] Full burial in the ground complicates ventilation.
[0007] The proposed utility model is free from the above-mentioned disadvantages.
[0008] The technical result of the utility model consists of:
[0009] in maximizing the duration of natural light;
[0010] using natural light to provide additional heating to the crop growing area;
[0011] to provide the possibility of heating the translucent roof.
[0012] The technical result is achieved by the following solutions.
[0013] The greenhouse consists of a front wall, side walls, all made of double polycarbonate, with the possibility of deepening into the ground and insulated from the outside to the depth of soil freezing, a rear wall, made with the possibility of deepening and fully insulated, a translucent roof laid on trusses, on the side of the front wall and an opaque insulated roof on the rear side.
[0014] Polycarbonate sheets are attached to the lower part of the trusses, forming a cavity with the translucent roof.
[0015] Under the insulated roof, windows are installed on the front side, with the option of opening the lower section inward. Reflectors are installed behind the windows so that sunlight hitting the reflectors is reflected into the growing areas.
[0016] The windows on the front wall are installed vertically, the upper parts of the windows can be opened outward.
[0017] The openings above these windows and the openings inside the cavity are provided with plugs and are intended for ventilation of the greenhouse in the spring and autumn periods and removal of snow from the translucent roof in the winter.
[0018] There are 2 pipes installed on the roof, designed to remove air during ventilation.
[0019] Entrance to the greenhouse is through entrance vestibules.
[0020] Inside the greenhouse there are: crop growing zones, a heating unit, a cold storage chamber for crop storage, a room for preparing seedlings, and a bathroom.
[0021] The main heating of the greenhouse is carried out from the heating unit, through warm floors.
[0022] The cavity formed between the translucent roof and the polycarbonate sheets fixed to the bottom of the trusses provides additional thermal insulation.
[0023] The technical result of the utility model in terms of using natural lighting to increase the duration of natural lighting and additional heating of the crop growing area consists in the fact that reflectors are installed behind the windows so that they direct reflected sunlight into the crop growing areas, thereby increasing the duration of natural illumination of plants and creating additional heating of the crop growing area.
[0024] The technical result of the utility model in terms of providing the possibility of heating a translucent roof consists in the fact that warm air is pumped through openings in the cavity formed between the translucent roof and polycarbonate sheets fixed to the lower part of the trusses to remove snow from the translucent roof in the winter.
[0025] The utility model is explained in Fig. 1 and 2.
[0026] In Fig. 1: front wall 1, side walls 3, translucent roof 4, opaque insulated roof 5, trusses 6, polycarbonate sheets on the underside of the trusses 7, windows on the roof 8, reflectors 9, windows on the front wall 10, the upper part of the windows 11, openings for ventilation of the greenhouse in the spring and autumn periods 12, openings for supplying warm air to the translucent roof 13 and 14, entrance vestibules 15 made under the common roof 5 with the greenhouse.
[0027] Deepening into the ground and insulation are shown in pos. 2.
[0028] Fig. 2 shows the internal structure of the greenhouse: crop growing zones 16, heating unit 17, passages 18, refrigeration chamber 19, room for preparing seedlings 20, toilet 21.
[0029] Literature
[0030] 1. Patent for utility model RU 185545.
Claims
1. Greenhouse consisting of front wall (1), side walls (3), all made of double polycarbonate, designed to be buried in the ground and insulated from the outside to the depth of soil freezing; a rear wall designed to be buried in the ground and fully insulated; translucent roof (4), laid on trusses (6) from the side of the front wall (1); opaque insulated roof (5), from the rear wall; windows (10), installed vertically on the front wall, with the possibility of opening outward; windows (8), installed vertically under the insulated roof (5), facing the front wall (1), with the possibility of opening them by shifting the lower part inside the greenhouse.
2. A greenhouse according to claim 1, characterized in that the reflectors (9) are installed behind the windows (8) so that they direct sunlight into the crop growing areas, which increases the duration of natural illumination of the plants.
3. A greenhouse according to paragraphs 1 and 2, characterized in that sunlight directed by reflectors (9) into crop growing zones creates additional heating of the crop growing zone.
4. A greenhouse according to paragraph 1, characterized in that polycarbonate sheets (7) are fixed in the lower part of the trusses (6), forming a cavity with the translucent roof, into which warm air is pumped through openings (13 and 14) to remove snow on the translucent roof in the winter.
