Description

[0001] This utility model relates to support devices for medical stretchers, installed on vehicles used to evacuate the wounded from the battlefield or victims in emergency situations, and designed for rapid loading and unloading of the wounded. It can also be used to install a cargo platform.

[0002] Various designs of support devices for installing sanitary stretchers on vehicles are known.

[0003] From the patent documentation (RU 2 600 705 U1, 10 / 27 / 2016) a device is known for securing sanitary stretchers in the body of a truck, containing a horizontally located frame consisting of longitudinal beams and spacers, parallel to each other struts of the same length, located in pairs at an acute angle to the plane of the frame on both sides of the frame, and pivotally connected with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane along the longitudinal beam of the frame, the latter is connected to the floor of the truck with a quick-release shock absorber, and brackets with a clamping screw for securing on the side of the body, characterized in that it contains modules for securing the stretcher, installed on the floor of the body on box-shaped supports coaxially connected to each other by beams of rectangular cross-section with the possibility of axial displacement of the supports by the width of the body, and the ends of the outer supports are provided with side racks secured to the side of the body with a bracket and a clamping screw, installed in the groove of the pillars with the possibility of vertical displacement, at least to the height of the side of the body,

[0004] The design of this device is complex, heavy, and contains numerous components. It is intended for road transport. Furthermore, the need to secure each stretcher handle with a separate fastener increases the time it takes to secure it in the transport position and release it after transport. Currently, casualty evacuation from the battlefield or emergency zones is in high demand using universal open-platform unmanned vehicles, which allow for rapid evacuation and transportation of the wounded for further emergency medical care. This device is not suitable for open-platform vehicles, which require the stretcher to be positioned at a minimum height from the platform's working surface, lightweight, and with a simple, repairable design.

[0005] According to publicly available information posted on the website https: / / regnum.ru / news / 3882405 from an article published on April 17, 2024, a robotic vehicle for the evacuation of the wounded, presented at the Patriot Exhibition Center, features a stretcher holder consisting of four couplings attached to the robotic vehicle's frame to secure the stretcher handles. To remove the stretcher from the vehicle or secure it to it, four screws must be loosened or tightened, respectively.

[0006] A disadvantage of this design is the time required to remove and install the stretcher. Furthermore, the stretcher supports sag, resulting in deformation of the stretcher frame under the weight of the victim and due to vibrations from the robotic vehicle, especially on uneven roads. Installing the stretcher on the vehicle is a complex procedure, requiring both proper placement and secure mounting to prevent movement and injury to the victim.

[0007] The closest analog is the robotic system for evacuating the wounded, presented on the website https: / / tvzvezda.ru / news / 2026181027-sc3iR.html by Media Holding Zvezda. In this system, the stretcher holder is designed as four separate brackets attached to the body. The edges of the brackets have slots with screw fastenings for installing and securing the stretcher supports.

[0008] A drawback of this design is the lack of primary positioning elements, which requires high precision movements in high-risk and time-pressured conditions. Deviations during stretcher installation hinder the free movement of the supports in the slots. Furthermore, the need to manually secure each of the four supports separately significantly increases the time required to prepare the stretcher for transport, creating the risk of incomplete or unreliable equipment attachment.

[0009] The objective of the utility model is to develop a holder for medical stretchers for a universal unmanned vehicle used for evacuating the wounded from the battlefield or victims in emergency situations, devoid of the above-mentioned disadvantages.

[0010] The technical result of the claimed utility model is to reduce the time of loading and unloading sanitary stretchers while simultaneously increasing the reliability of their fixation.

[0011] The solution to the stated problem and the achievement of the stated technical result are ensured by the fact that the holder of the sanitary stretcher is made in the form of a welded frame with fastening holes, containing longitudinal supports with guides connected by crossbars, on each of which a locking mechanism is fixed, consisting of an eccentric lever pivotally connected to the valves through rods directed in opposite directions, wherein each of the valves is installed in a housing fixedly fastened to the crossbar, and the free end of the valve enters an opening on the inner wall of the support; and a locking mechanism for the handle of the eccentric lever. In addition, the longitudinal supports in the cross-section have a V-shape with an external bend in the upper part of the inner wall, and at the ends there are plugs, the crossbars are made of a profile pipe, the eccentric lever and the valve installed in the body are equipped with springs in the axial direction, and the lock has a hook and limiters for the extreme positions of the handle of the eccentric lever.

[0012] This design of the stretcher holder, mounted on a universal unmanned vehicle, uses guide rails and a locking mechanism to easily and quickly install the stretcher onto the frame, and with a single movement of the handle, securely lock and release the supports on both sides. This significantly reduces the time required to load and unload the stretcher while simultaneously increasing its secure hold, which is essential when evacuating the wounded from the battlefield or casualties in emergency situations.

[0013] In addition, the utility model is supplemented by specific distinctive features that, to one degree or another, contribute to the achievement of the technical result.

[0014] V-shaped longitudinal supports, which ensure the smooth installation of stretcher supports and prevent them from shifting, as well as an external bend at the top of the internal wall of the support, which serves as a positioning and stiffening rib, reduce the loading and unloading time of stretchers and improve their secure fit by facilitating the installation of the supports into the support, increasing overall structural strength and eliminating the risk of edge deformation during intensive use. End caps on the support ends ensure the supports remain in place when loading the stretchers by one person. The installation algorithm, adapted for single-person operation, significantly reduces loading time.

[0015] The crossbars, made of a profile pipe, are lightweight and have sufficient rigidity, allowing them to securely hold the horizontally positioned locking mechanism, which consists of a number of moving elements, which contributes to its trouble-free operation and thereby increases the reliability of fixing the sanitary stretcher.

[0016] The hook lock, eccentric lever handle end position limiters, and a spring mounted on the eccentric lever axle allow for smooth, instantaneous engagement and disengagement of the eccentric lever handle. This ensures the simultaneous movement of the latches on both sides, facilitating quick and secure locking of the supports and, consequently, reducing the loading and unloading time of the stretchers.

[0017] The valve's axial return spring automatically returns it to the locked position, further reducing the loading and unloading time of stretchers. Furthermore, the use of return springs in combination with the eccentric drive ensures stable operation while maintaining ease of maintenance and repairability. This design feature eliminates the risk of jamming or incomplete locking, which is critical in emergency medical evacuation situations, where every second counts.

[0018] The essence of the utility model is explained by drawings:

[0019] Fig. 1 - sanitary stretcher holder with sanitary stretcher, general axonometric view;

[0020] Fig. 2 - view A of Fig. 1.

[0021] A holder for sanitary stretchers, characterized in that it is made in the form of a welded frame 1 with fastening holes 2, containing longitudinal supports 3 with guides 4, connected by crossbars 5, on each of which a locking mechanism is fixed, consisting of an eccentric lever 6, pivotally connected to the valves 7 through rods 8 directed in opposite directions, wherein each of the valves 7 is installed in a housing 9, fixedly fixed on the crossbar 5, and the free end of the valve 7 enters an opening 10 on the inner wall 11 of the support 3; and a lock 12 of the handle 13 of the eccentric lever 6.

[0022] In addition, the longitudinal supports 3 in the cross-section have a V-shape with an external bend 14 in the upper part of the inner wall 11, the longitudinal supports 3 have plugs 15 at the ends, the crossbars 5 are made of a profile pipe, the eccentric lever 6 is provided with a spring 16 in the axial direction, the valve 7, installed in the housing 9, is provided with a spring 17 in the axial direction, and the lock 12 has a hook 18 and limiters 19 of the extreme positions of the handle 13 of the eccentric lever 6.

[0023] The proposed sanitary stretcher holder functions as follows.

[0024] First, the sanitary stretcher holder is mounted on the universal unmanned vehicle (not shown in the figure). For this purpose, it is secured to the platform by means of a bolted connection through the holes 2. Then, the handle 13 of the eccentric lever 6 is turned towards the hook 18 formed on the lock 12, and it is inserted into the hook 18. As a result, the rods are shifted toward the center, the return springs 17 installed in the housings 9 of the latches 7 are compressed, and the free ends of the latches 7 entering the supports 3 are moved toward their inner wall 11, thereby freeing up space for the unimpeded installation of the supports 20 of the sanitary stretcher into the supports 3.After the supports 20 of the sanitary stretcher have been placed in their seats, the handle 13 of the eccentric lever 6 is released from the hook 18, and under the action of the return springs 17, the lever 6 returns to its original position, resting with the handle 13 against the limiter 19; in this case, the return springs 17 installed in the housings 9 of the latches 7 are weakened, and the free ends of the latches 7 enter the supports 3, thereby fixing the supports 20 of the sanitary stretcher.

[0025] When loading or unloading a medical stretcher with a victim, they are taken by the handles 21 on both sides and placed on the frame 1. In this case, the supports 20, sliding along the outer bends 14 provided in the upper part of the inner walls 11 of the supports 3, and the guides 4, without interference stand in the seats of the supports 3, namely in the places where the free ends of the valves 7 come out of their inner walls 11.

[0026] To load the sanitary stretcher by one person, the universal unmanned vehicle is rolled up to the end of the sanitary stretcher lying on the ground surface. Then the sanitary stretcher is lifted on one side and its supports 20 are placed on the edges of the supports 3. In this case, the plugs 15 do not allow the supports 20 of the sanitary stretcher installed at an angle to move off the supports 3. After this, the sanitary stretcher is lifted on the other side, pushed forward along the supports 3 until the supports 20 stop in the guides 4 on the opposite side and lowered onto the frame 1. Then the handle 13 of the eccentric lever 6 is released from the hook 18; in this case, the free ends of the latches 7 enter the supports 3, thereby fixing the supports 20 of the sanitary stretcher.

[0027] Tests of the prototype stretcher holder have shown that, thanks to this design, installing or removing a stretcher takes no more than 4 seconds, and the reliability of the locking mechanism is at least 1000 unlocking-locking cycles.

[0028] A search of patent and other scientific and technical literature revealed no comparable invention matching the claimed technical solution across all essential features. Therefore, the claimed technical solution meets the requirement of "novelty."
