Abstract

This utility model relates to pipeline fittings, specifically devices for regulating the flow of gases or liquids in flexible hoses, and can be used in medical equipment, chemical engineering, irrigation systems, aeration, and aquaristics. The technical result consists of a simplified design. The faucet clip comprises a bottom cover (cradle) and an upper cover with a stem secured thereto. The lower cover is externally knurled and has a coaxially located cylinder with external threads. The cylinder has a through longitudinal hole forming a hose bed, and a longitudinal slit in the cylinder wall allows for transverse placement of the hose within the bed without cutting it. The width of the slit is smaller than the diameter of the opening. The upper cover also has external knurling and an internal thread that interacts with the threads of the cylinder. A stem, the free end of which is spherical, is coaxially attached to the upper cover.When the top cap is screwed onto the cylinder, the rod acts on the hose, squeezing its lumen, and the outer edges of the caps are flush.

[0002] The utility model relates to pipeline fittings, namely to devices for regulating the flow rate of gases or liquids flowing through pipes with elastic walls, and can be used in medical equipment, chemical engineering, pneumatic systems, irrigation systems, aeration and in aquarium keeping.

[0003] STATE OF THE ART

[0004] Various types of devices for regulating flow in flexible hoses are known in the art. In particular, valves installed in a hose cut onto fittings are widely used. The disadvantage of such devices is the need to cut the hose, which compromises its integrity and creates a risk of leaks at the connection, especially when using aggressive media. Furthermore, installation and removal of such valves is difficult and requires special tools.

[0005] Also known are adjustable clamps (such as roller or slot clamps), which do not require cutting the hose and operate by localized compression. For example, a roller clamp for infusion systems is known, where the degree of compression of the tubing is adjusted by the position of the roller. A disadvantage of such devices is the difficulty in accurately fixing the position of the adjusting element, as well as the possibility of spontaneous loosening or displacement.

[0006] A prior art invention describes a hose tap (patent RU 2655893C2) comprising a housing with an elastic hose located inside and pressure elements in the form of two rollers. The rollers are mounted on eccentric shafts and are located on opposite sides of the hose.

[0007] The rotation mechanism is a system of gears and shafts, driven by a rotary handle. When the handle is turned, the rollers move in an arc, clamping the pipe. The clamping position can be changed by turning the handle.

[0008] The disadvantages of this device are the complexity and bulkiness of the design, due to the presence of gears, shafts and eccentrics, as well as the impossibility of installing it on an existing pipeline system without dismantling it, since the branch pipe must be placed inside the housing.

[0009] A prior art soft-walled tube clamp (RU Patent No. 237776111) is known, comprising a housing and a channel for passing the soft-walled tube. Two snap-lock latches are provided on the end faces of the housing, along the side. [0013] DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[0014] The objective of the utility model is to create a simple, reliable and sealed device for regulating the flow in an elastic hose, ensuring easy installation without damaging the integrity of the hose, the ability to precisely adjust with one hand and increasing the service life of the hose due to the gentle effect on it.

[0016] This technical result is achieved by a hose clip comprising a bottom cover (cradle) and an upper cover with a fixed stem, each formed as a single piece. The bottom cover is ribbed on the outside. A cylinder is coaxially positioned within the bottom cover, with a threaded outer surface. The cylinder has a through-hole forming a hose cradle. A longitudinal slit (gap) is made in the cylinder wall, extending from the top of the cylinder to the opening. This slit provides lateral access to the opening, allowing the hose to be placed in the cradle by inserting it transversely through the slit, without the need to thread the hose through the end or cut it. The slit is narrower than the opening diameter, requiring gentle finger pressure on the hose during installation and ensuring its retention in the cradle after installation.

[0022] IMPLEMENTATION OF A UTILITY MODEL

[0024] The hose clip tap consists of a lower cover (1) (Fig. 1) and an upper cover (2) (Fig. 2), made integral with the rod 3. Both main parts are manufactured as single-piece parts by casting or 3D printing from a hard material, such as plastic, metal, composite, etc.

With further screwing, the upper cover is lowered, and the rod (3) moves progressively toward the hose. The free end (11) of the rod acts on the hose (12), deforming it and pinching the clearance. When fully screwed on, the outer edges of both covers are flush.

Claims

1. A hose clip tap comprising a support and an upper cover, characterized in that it consists of a lower cover, inside which a cylinder is coaxially located, provided with a longitudinal opening for placing a hose and a longitudinal slot for laying it, while a thread is made on the outer surface of the cylinder, and the upper cover has an internal thread interacting with the thread of the cylinder, while the rod is secured to the upper cover coaxially, and its free end is made with the possibility of acting on a hose laid in a longitudinal channel of the support, to change the area of ​​its flow cross-section.

2. A hose clamp tap according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the outer surfaces of the lower cover and the upper cover are provided with knurling.
