Abstract

The horizontal feed mixer / distributor utility model relates to agricultural engineering. The star-shaped cutting edge of the device has an internal bore consisting of eight semicircular splines for mounting a flange seat, while the flange is equipped with a seat, a shoulder, and a service hole. The seat is made in the form of eight semicircular splines, preventing mutual rotation of the mating parts. The star-shaped cutting edge and flange are manufactured using additive technologies: the star-shaped cutting edge is manufactured using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) from wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-strength materials with increased hardness; the flange is manufactured using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) from ABS-based engineering thermoplastic with the addition of 15% carbon fiber (REC X-Line ForMAX), which increases their service life.The technical result is the provision of a reliable detachable connection, eliminating mutual rotation and spontaneous separation of the star-shaped cutting edge and flange during operation. 6 ill.

[0001] The utility model relates to the field of agricultural engineering and can be used as cutting elements of the working body of horizontal mixer feed distributors.

In this device, the star-shaped cutting edge has an internal hole for attaching a flange seat; the flange is equipped with a seat, a shoulder, and a service hole. The seat is 0.02 mm larger than the diameter of the internal hole of the star-shaped cutting edge, ensuring a tight fit between the two elements. The shoulder is 10-15 mm larger than the seat, preventing the star-shaped cutting edge from detaching from the flange during operation by supporting the outer surface of the star-shaped cutting edge.The main drawback of this prefabricated cutting element is the detachable connection between the star-shaped cutting edge and the cutting element flange, which is represented by a cylindrical seat. This type of connection causes the star-shaped cutting edge to rotate relative to the flange during operation of the prefabricated cutting element.

[0007] In order to achieve the stated technical result, a prefabricated cutting element of the working body of horizontal mixer-feed distributors, including a flange with a seat, a shoulder and a technological hole for fastening on the working body and a star-shaped cutting edge, wherein the star-shaped cutting edge and the flange are mated with an interference fit, in which, in accordance with the proposed technical solution, the mating surfaces of the flange and the mating hole of the star-shaped cutting edge are made in the form of eight splines with a semicircular profile, excluding during operation the mutual rotation of the mating parts, as well as spontaneous axial displacement and disconnection of the star-shaped cutting edge relative to the flange.

Process bore 4 of flange 2 corresponds to the geometric parameters of process bores on the auger working elements of horizontal feed mixers. The diameter of shoulder 5 (D2) is 10-15 mm larger than the diameter of seat 6, which prevents spontaneous axial displacement and separation of the star-shaped cutting edge relative to the flange during operation. Seat 6 of flange 2 is designed in the form of eight splines with a semicircular profile 7, which eliminates mutual rotation of the mating parts.The connection of the star-shaped cutting edge 1 and the flange 2 is carried out with tension: for this purpose, the seat of the flange 6 in the form of eight splines with a semicircular profile 7 is made 0.02 mm larger than the hole in the form of a splined connection with a semicircular profile 3 of the star-shaped cutting edge 1. The optimal thickness of the flange 5 is h2 = 2-3 mm, the thickness of the seat 6 corresponds to the thickness of the cutting element of the working bodies of horizontal mixer feed distributors.

[0020] The device operates as follows: the star-shaped cutting edge 1 is mounted, with a tension connection, mainly on the splines with a semicircular profile of the seat 6 until it stops against the collar 5 of the flange 2. Then, the prefabricated cutting element, with a rear view, is fixedly secured through the technological opening 4 onto the auger working element of the horizontal mixer-feed distributor using a bolted connection, in such a way that part of the prefabricated cutting element protrudes outward relative to the auger working element of the horizontal mixer-feed distributor, and part of the working element is pressed against it with a rear view.In case of wear of the protruding part, the working surface of the star-shaped cutting edge 1 of the prefabricated cutting element, the bolted connection is loosened and the prefabricated cutting element is turned so that the unworn part of the prefabricated cutting element protrudes outward relative to the auger working element of the horizontal mixer-feed distributor, and the worn part of the prefabricated cutting element is pressed against the auger working element of the horizontal mixer-feed distributor, then the bolted connection is tightened.

[0021] If the working surface of the star-shaped cutting edge 1 is worn out by up to 70% along the outer diameter, it is removed from the flange 2 using a drift. To do this, first remove the assembled cutting element from the auger working element of the horizontal mixer-feeder. Secure it in a vice by the flange 5. Place the drift on the outer side of the worn surface of the star-shaped cutting edge 1 to be removed and, under hammer blows, changing the installation location of the drift at different angles, starting from 0°, then 180°, 90° and 270° along the circumference of the worn surface of the star-shaped cutting edge 1, press it out from the seat 6 of the flange 2. Then, replace the worn star-shaped cutting edge 1 with a new one by means of an interference fit with the flange 2.

Increased wear resistance of the prefabricated cutting element of the horizontal feed mixer / feed dispenser is achieved by manufacturing the star-shaped cutting edge 1 using 3D prototyping with high-strength metal materials (superalloys).At the same time, the main geometric parameters of the prefabricated cutting element of the working body of horizontal mixer feed distributors, including the blade of the star-shaped cutting edge, remain unchanged, that is, they correspond to the solid cutting elements of the working bodies of horizontal mixer feed distributors and, as a result, the cutting characteristics of these elements remain unchanged.
