Description
[0001] The utility model relates to seating furniture and can be used both at home and in catering facilities and offices.
[0002] A device is known, namely a chair, the design of which is described in the patent for utility model RU No. 230714 (date of publication: 12 / 18 / 2024).
[0003] The disadvantages of the known device are the comparative complexity of the design and, as a consequence, low manufacturability, due to the high labor costs of manufacturing and assembling the manufactured products.
[0004] It should be noted that the main stages of designing the structure and developing the technology for manufacturing samples of furniture products are associated with reducing the cost of such products through the use of assembly units and parts manufactured using universal technological equipment without the use of special tooling.
[0005] The main trend in the design of furniture for seating, both at home and in catering facilities and offices, is a simplified design without the use of additional elements in the appearance.
[0006] The so-called “loft” style is currently becoming widespread.
[0007] The closest one, accepted as a prototype, is a chair, the design of which is described in the patent for utility model RU No. 236097 (date of publication: 07 / 28 / 2025).
[0008] A chair comprising four L-shaped legs, a backrest support element, a backrest, a seat, and threaded fasteners, with the backrest support elements and legs being attached crosswise under the seat.
[0009] The disadvantages of the known device are:
[0010] - firstly, the insufficient technological efficiency of drilling operations, which consists in the fact that when drilling holes for fasteners in a round pipe, difficulties arise in positioning, and also special technological equipment is required;
[0011] - secondly, the L-shaped backrest support elements increase the labor costs of assembly work due to the difficulty of positioning when performing technological operations.
[0012] The utility model is aimed at creating a collapsible chair structure with sufficient strength indicators and at the same time ensuring the following indicators, namely:
[0013] 1. Improved technological performance in the manufacture of support legs and the backrest support element, consisting of the use of a rectangular section profile pipe for their manufacture.
[0014] 2. Increased assembly and installation technological parameters, consisting of the use of support legs and a backrest support element made of a rectangular section profile pipe.
[0015] The technical solution is achieved through the proposed chair design, which comprises four L-shaped legs, a backrest, an arched backrest support element, a seat, and threaded fasteners. The backrest support element, a single structural element, and the legs are attached crosswise under the seat. The legs and backrest support element are made of rectangular profile tubing.
[0016] Making the backrest support element in an arc-shaped form allows for a reduction in labor costs when drilling holes for fasteners in a profile pipe, as well as labor costs for assembly work, since this arc-shaped form increases the convenience and accuracy of the positioning process when performing the above-mentioned technological operations.
[0017] The proposed utility model allows for the creation of a collapsible chair structure with improved technological performance.
[0018] Moreover, the production of legs and the supporting element of the back from a rectangular section profile pipe does not affect the strength indicators of the proposed chair design described in the application for a utility model.
[0019] The connection of structural elements to each other is carried out using threaded fasteners.
[0020] Fig. 1 shows the external appearance of a chair. The chair comprises four L-shaped legs 1, a backrest support element 2, a backrest 3, and a seat 4.
[0021] Fig. 2 shows the external appearance of the back 3 and the supporting element of the back 2, which shows the arrangement of the structural elements relative to each other, as well as a fastening diagram using threaded fasteners 5.

[0023] The supporting parts of the legs 1 are attached to the seat 4 with screws 5, and the positioning of the supporting elements of the legs is carried out in accordance with the technological marks 6 on the back of the seat 4.
[0024] The cross-shaped arrangement of the supporting parts of the legs under the seat will increase strength, due to which the supporting elements will be distributed over the entire area of the lower plane of the seat, which will also allow for an even distribution of the load on the supporting element of the backrest.

[0026] The backrest prepared for assembly is fastened with screws 5 on the lower part of the seat 4 parallel to the rear support elements of the legs 1, and the positioning of the support elements is carried out in accordance with the technological marks 6 on the back of the seat 4 (Fig. 3).
[0027] This chair is disassembled for transport and storage. The backrest, seat, legs, and threaded fasteners are assembled separately.

Claims
A chair comprising four L-shaped legs, a backrest, a support element, a seat, and threaded fasteners, characterized in that the backrest support element is made from a single arc-shaped structural element, wherein the support legs and the backrest support element are made from a rectangular section profile pipe.
