[0001] The utility model relates to metalworking, in particular to devices for installing, fixing and assembling conical mandrels with replaceable cutting tools outside metalworking machines, as well as for performing operations of tightening and loosening the fastening of the cutting tool in the mandrel without loading the machine spindle.
[0002] The prior art discloses auxiliary devices for servicing metalworking machines, primarily machines with numerical control, intended for preparing cutting tools outside the machine.

Furthermore, the design allows only 45° rotation of the mounting assembly and mandrel, making it difficult to insert working components into the mandrel from its reverse side, such as the internal coolant supply tube and the pulley.

[0014] The solution to the stated technical problem and the achievement of the stated technical result in a device for installing a mandrel for changing a tool outside a machine tool, containing a base with a support post connected to a housing having a mounting hole with positioning support elements for the mandrel and a device for fixing the mandrel, is ensured by the fact that the connection of the support post and the housing is made detachable, while on the housing and the support post there are elements interacting with each other, ensuring the fixation of the housing on the support post when the housing is rotated by a given angle.

A device for installing a mandrel for changing a tool outside a machine tool, comprising a base with a support post and a housing connected to it, having a mounting hole and positioning support elements for placing the mandrel, as well as a device for fixing the mandrel, characterized in that the connection of the support post and the housing is made detachable with the possibility of rotating the housing relative to the support post, while on the housing and the support post there are elements interacting with each other, ensuring the fixation of the housing on the support post when the housing is rotated by a given angle.
2. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the elements interacting with each other on the body and the support post are made in the form of protruding elements and corresponding mating holes.
3. The device according to paragraph 2, characterized in that two protruding elements are made on the body, and four corresponding openings are made on the support post.
4. The device according to paragraph 3, characterized in that four mating holes are located in pairs symmetrically on the horizontal and vertical axes of the end of the support post.
5. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the body is connected to the support post with the possibility of rotation and fixation relative to it at an angle in 90° increments.
6. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the mandrel fixing device is made in the form of a spring-loaded locking pin installed at an angle to the surface of the housing.
