Description

[0001] FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

[0002] This utility model relates to the accessories and haberdashery industry, specifically to elements for securing the free end of a belt. It can be used in clothing belts, bag straps, decorative belts, and similar accessories.

[0003] STATE OF THE ART

[0004] Various designs of belt loops and fasteners are known, including solid decorative belt loops, open and closed frames, as well as products with sliding covers and fastening elements.

[0005] The prior art discloses various designs of belt loops and fasteners for holding the free end of a belt, including removable belt loops made in the form of flexible or rigid elements secured to the belt and ensuring that its free end is held in a given position.

[0006] From source JP 2010180518 A, a removable belt loop is known, containing fastening elements on the waist portion and belt fixing elements, made with the formation of loops for placing the waist portion, ensuring the possibility of holding and fixing them.

[0007] From source US 2315161 A1, a belt loop for trousers is known, comprising a strip of flexible material and snap elements for forming a loop that is secured to clothing.

[0008] From source US 5077867 A, a belt fastener is known, containing a width-adjustable block and hinged clamping elements that ensure the fixation of the free end of the belt relative to its main part.

[0009] From source US 2007022576 A1, a removable retaining element for a belt is known in the form of a closed loop of material with fastening elements, ensuring the fixation of the free end of the belt.

[0010] From source US 3004315 A, quick-release fastening means for a belt are known, comprising a flexible strip of material with snap-on elements that form a closed loop.

[0011] From source US 2014310855 A1, an expandable, removable belt loop is known, designed with the ability to adjust to different belt sizes and be fixed on it.

[0012] From source US 5920964 A, an adjustable belt loop is known, containing a flexible strip of material and means for fastening its ends, ensuring the fixation of the free end of the belt on the main part of the belt.

[0013] From source US 5873151 A, a decorative belt loop clip is known, comprising a frame structure with a hinged element and a fastening unit for fixing on a belt.

[0014] The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is the solution according to the patent for utility model of the Russian Federation No. 186643, relating to a removable belt loop for fixing the free end of a belt, containing a curved bracket, a latch and a spring element connecting the said elements, wherein the spring element is made in the form of a curved plate made of flexible metal and ensures an elastic fixed position of the latch relative to the bracket.

[0015] This solution is adopted as a prototype.

[0016] However, none of the known solutions provide for an upper part made in the form of a forming element with an internal working space, pivotally connected to the lower part and equipped with an adjustable fixing unit, adaptable to different belt thicknesses and a variable working surface.

[0017] The proposed utility model is aimed at eliminating these shortcomings and creating a more functional, adjustable and durable design.

[0018] DISCLOSURE OF UTILITY MODEL

[0019] The objective of this utility model is to create a universal accessory for fixing the free end of a belt, ensuring reliable retention of belts of various thicknesses, ease of use, maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the belt and increasing the durability of the product.

[0020] The technical result is:

[0021] - improving the retention and stability of the end of the belt;

[0022] - the ability to adjust the force and depth of fixation for belts of different thicknesses;

[0023] - easy opening and closing of belt loop;

[0024] - preventing belt deformation;

[0025] - increasing the strength of the structure due to built-in reinforcement;

[0026] - increasing the service life of the belt loop;

[0027] - improving the appearance and giving the product aesthetic value;

[0028] - preventing belt slipping;

[0029] - aesthetic alignment of the belt;

[0030] - hidden fixation without visible mechanism.

[0031] The stated technical result is achieved through a combination of features. The accessory is designed in two parts—an upper and a lower part—joined by hinges via cylindrical elements with an axial pin. The upper part forms an internal working space for the end of the belt. The outer upper surface can be straight or have a longitudinal relief recess. The inner working surface of the upper part can also be flat or have a longitudinal deflection, providing improved belt pressure. The lower part is an elongated rectangular element with cylindrical fastening sections located on the same axis and forming seats for the axial pin.

[0032] The connection of the upper and lower parts is designed with the possibility of fixing their position by means of a snap-on or functionally equivalent fixing unit, which can be implemented in a single-level, two-level or multi-level configuration, providing adaptation to belts of different thicknesses.

[0033] The connection of the upper and lower parts is equipped with a built-in axial pin, which increases the mechanical strength of the structure without changing its appearance.

[0034] The connection of the upper and lower parts can be achieved using various technical methods. The preferred embodiment utilizes an axial pin, which ensures rotation and locking of the elements. However, the use of structural equivalents that provide the same functional effect is permitted, including spring-loaded latches, cylindrical locking elements, splined connections, or other mechanical means capable of connecting and locking the upper and lower parts without compromising the technical result.

[0035] The locking mechanism can be implemented in the form of a snap-on, locking, spring-loaded, friction or other technically equivalent unit that ensures the retention of the upper part relative to the lower part without deteriorating the declared technical result.

[0036] The upper part can be designed with the possibility of attaching decorative or functional overlay elements (including metal, jewelry or other decorations), which does not affect the design and technical features of the declared solution.

[0037] The combination of the specified design features ensures the achievement of the stated technical result.

[0038] All alternative design options for structural elements are considered to be within the scope of the declared solution, provided that the functional effect and technical result are maintained.

[0048] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DESIGN

[0049] 1. Bottom part

[0050] The lower part is an elongated rectangular plate made as a single element.(1)

[0051] At the opposite ends of the plate there are cylindrical elements located on the same axial line and designed to accommodate the axial pin. (2)

[0052] Each cylinder has a longitudinal through hole (3). This arrangement provides:

[0053] - forming a hinge joint with the upper part,

[0054] - stability and rigidity of the structure,

[0055] - precise movement of the upper part relative to the lower one.

[0056] 2. Upper part

[0057] The upper part is made in the form of a longitudinal element with two curved side walls, inside which the end of the belt is placed and includes:

[0058] - elongated plate with side walls (4);

[0059] - internal working surface (5);

[0060] - outer upper plane (6);

[0061] - fastening cylinders for articulated joint (7);

[0062] - snap locking mechanism (8).

[0063] 2.1. Design options for the outer upper plane

[0064] The upper plane can be:

[0065] - flat;

[0066] - with longitudinal deflection (9).

[0067] Both options allow you to achieve the same technical result and are equal.

[0068] 2.2. Internal work surface design options

[0069] The inner surface in contact with the belt can be:

[0070] - flat;

[0071] - with longitudinal deflection for soft pressing of the belt (10).

[0072] The option was chosen based on the design and functional solution, but does not limit the essence of the design.

[0073] 2.3. Inside the upper part there is a snap-lock mechanism, which can be single-level, two-level or multi-level.

[0074] 3. Swivel joint

[0075] The hinge is formed by cylinders at the top and bottom, aligned axially and connected by a pin. This assembly provides:

[0076] - smooth opening,

[0077] - fixing its position,

[0078] - ease of maintenance.

[0079] 4. Locking mechanism

[0080] Inside the top there is a latch mechanism which can be:

[0081] - single-level,

[0082] - two-level,

[0083] - multi-level (three or more steps).

[0084] These levels are designed to accommodate belts of varying thickness and shape. The mechanism type is not limited and may include:

[0085] - spring-loaded lock,

[0086] - elastic strap,

[0087] - stepped projection or similar structure.

[0088] The main function is to prevent the end of the belt from falling out and shifting during operation.
