Abstract

This utility model relates to the footwear industry and can be used to create footwear for walking on off-road surfaces, puddles, swampy marshy terrain, etc. The swamp footwear is designed as a straight cover extending the entire length and width of the sole, above the knee, and connected to the outsole. The upper and outsole are molded from a fully molded high-density polyethylene material. The outsole has an elongated cross-section. The lower outer part of the outsole is equipped with bristles distributed over the entire surface of this lower outer part. The inner part of the outsole, in turn, is equipped with fastening elements for the main shoe. The upper also has fastening elements for accessories and drawstrings.The proposed technical solution will enable the creation of wading footwear that prevents mud from sticking to the foot, reduces energy expenditure during walking, reduces foot penetration, and allows for the convenience of quickly changing from wading footwear, which is an item of clothing that comes into direct contact with the ground, to regular footwear and back again, depending on the soil substrate. 2 fig.

Description

[0001] The utility model relates to the footwear industry and can be used in the creation of footwear for walking on off-road surfaces, puddles, swampy marshy areas, etc.

[0002] When walking in ordinary shoes on off-road terrain, a person's shod foot sinks into the ground and becomes stuck, which means that when continuing to move, pulling the foot out of the ground requires significant effort. In addition, depending on the consistency of the mud, the shoes become covered with sticky soil, which causes discomfort when walking and makes further movement on off-road terrain difficult.

[0003] A shoe cover is known from the existing level of technology (RU Patent for Utility Model No. 219437, 07 / 17 / 2023, A43B 1 / 10 (2006.01)) consisting of an upper and lower part, wherein the upper part is made in the form of a legging, and the lower part is in the form of an elastic galosh that holds its shape.

[0004] The disadvantage of this shoe cover is that its use does not prevent the foot from sinking deep into sticky soil and does not reduce the effort when removing the foot from sticky soil when suction is applied, and also does not sufficiently prevent dirt from sticking, especially black soil.

[0005] A shoe is known (RU Patent for Invention No. 2726819, July 15, 2020, IPC A43B 13 / 20 (2006.01)), comprising an upper and a sole fastened together, while channels are located on it connecting the cavity under the sole of the shoe with the surrounding atmosphere.

[0006] The disadvantage of this type of footwear is that it only reduces the effort required to remove the foot from sticky soil, and is quite complex to manufacture and use. With each step, it is necessary to pump air into the sole with a rubber bulb to loosen the sole from the sticky mud. The footwear also does not prevent mud from sticking, which makes it difficult to walk for long periods on waterlogged, highly sticky black soil.

[0007] The objective of the claimed technical solution is to eliminate the above-mentioned shortcomings and create swamp footwear that can be worn as shoe covers over the main footwear for comfortable walking on off-road terrain, puddles, swampy marshy terrain, including waterlogged black soil with increased viscosity, and removed in dry areas with a hard surface, during walking routes through terrain alternating swampy and dry areas of land.

[0008] The technical result of using the claimed technical solution is:

[0009] 1) preventing dirt from sticking to the main footwear and wading shoes;

[0010] 2) reduction of energy costs when walking on viscous soil with mud, silty surface due to a reduction in the suction effect of the sole of swamp shoes when immersed in a viscous mud substrate;

[0011] 3) reducing the depth of immersion and sinking of the foot when walking on sticky mud soil, silty surfaces, etc.;

[0012] 4) the convenience of quickly changing swamp shoes, as a wardrobe item that is in direct contact with the ground, to main shoes and back, depending on the soil substrate.

[0013] The essence of the utility model is illustrated by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a section of wading shoes, side view, Fig. 2 shows a section of wading shoes, front view.

[0014] The claimed technical result is achieved in that the proposed swamp footwear contains an upper 1, a sole 2, bristles 3, fixing elements for the main footwear 4, fixing elements for the accessory 5 and drawstrings 6.

[0015] The upper 1 is made in the form of a straight cover along the entire length and width of the sole 2, above the knee height, connected to the sole 2. The shape of the upper 1, which does not provide a recess in the instep, being a straight cover, eliminates the possibility of dirt sticking to it.

[0016] The upper 1 and sole 2 are made of fully molded material, characterized by a high degree of hydrophobicity and sufficient resistance to stretching, punctures and tears, made of high-pressure polyethylene.

[0017] The upper 1 is equipped with fastening elements for accessory 5, which secure the wading shoes to the accessory and / or to clothing, for example, in the form of ears with holes.

[0018] The top 1 is also equipped with drawstrings 6, through which a string is threaded to tighten the top of the shaft of the wading boot, thereby preventing water and dirt from getting inside.

[0019] Sole 2 has an oblong cross-section shape.

[0020] The outer part of the sole 2 that comes into contact with the ground is equipped with bristles 3, which are distributed over the entire surface of this outer part of the sole 2. The bristles 3 have a certain length, thickness, cross-sectional shape and inclination angle, which prevent the foot from sinking into the sticky ground relative to the main shoe and make it easier to pull the foot out of the ground due to the reduction in the effect of the foot sticking to the mud surface.

[0021] The inner part of the sole 2 is equipped with fastening elements for the main shoe 4, securing the wading boot to the main shoe. These elements are designed as a vamp covering the upper surface of the foot and a strap with fasteners, such as Velcro or a buckle fastener, passing over the instep and around the ankle of the foot when wearing the main shoe. These fastening elements for the main shoe 4, together with the upper 1 being designed as a straight cover over the entire length and width of the sole 2, ensure easy and quick transition from wading boot to the main shoe and back.

[0022] Using the proposed technical solution will make it possible to create wading footwear that prevents mud from sticking to the foot, helps reduce energy expenditure when walking, reduces the depth of immersion and the foot sinking when walking, and also makes it easy to quickly change wading footwear, as an element of clothing that directly contacts the ground, to regular footwear and vice versa, depending on the soil substrate.
