Description

[0001] The utility model relates to devices for certification of aerial reconnaissance complexes and systems.

[0002] A prior art test object for determining the linear resolution of optical-electronic systems is known, according to invention patent RU 2845333 C1. It comprises a 360° rotating platform and a line target with adjustable tilt angle mounted on it. The line target is made of a dark, non-stretchable rubberized fabric with white lines applied to it and contains a set of square line groups.

[0003] The disadvantage of the known solution is the limited ability to change the spatial position of the line target directly at the test site.

[0004] The technical problem is to create a test object for the certification of aerial reconnaissance systems and complexes, which ensures movement to the selected test location, installation of a target target and the formation of its specified spatial orientation in terms of height, rotation angle in the horizontal plane and tilt angle relative to the horizon with fixation of the established position.

[0005] The technical result consists in ensuring a reproducible installation and fixation of the line target in a given spatial position at a selected point on the terrain.

[0006] The stated technical result is achieved by a test object for certifying aerial reconnaissance systems and complexes comprising a robotic ground transport platform and a target plate, made in the form of a sheet of flexible material. The robotic ground transport platform includes a circular base capable of 360° rotation and locking a selected angular position. The base consists of lower, middle, and upper sections. A hydraulic lifting mechanism connecting these sections is located between the lower and middle sections. A mechanism for changing the angular position of the upper section relative to the middle section is located between the middle and upper sections, capable of locking the selected angular position of the upper section. The middle and lower sections are equipped with a mechanism for leveling the base relative to the horizon. The diameter of the upper section exceeds the diagonal of the target plate. On the upper section, along its edges, there are fasteners for fixing the line target at equal distances from each other, and the corners of the line target are equipped with carabiners with swivels that connect to the specified fasteners.

[0007] The robotic ground transport platform can be implemented using known design solutions for ground robotic vehicles. A hydraulic lifting mechanism is located between the lower and middle sections and adjusts the height of the middle and upper sections relative to the lower section. The hydraulic mechanism lifts the upper part of the base with the target plate and supports the load while setting the desired position.

[0008] The circular base is designed to rotate 360°. After rotation, the base is locked in the selected angular position, corresponding to the desired direction of the target relative to the aircraft's flight path.

[0009] The angle adjustment mechanism is located between the middle and upper sections. When activated, the upper section changes its angle relative to the middle section. Once the set angle is reached, the upper section locks into place.

[0010] The leveling mechanism, equipped with the middle and lower sections, is used to align the base relative to the horizon. This leveling creates a reference position relative to which the rotation and tilt angle of the upper section are set, thereby improving the reproducibility of the spatial positioning of the line chart.

[0011] The line chart is a flexible black material containing sets of horizontal and vertical groups of white lines of varying sizes on a black background. The diameter of the upper section is chosen to be larger than the diagonal of the line chart, allowing the chart to be contained within the upper section.

[0012] The top section has fastenings spaced evenly along its edges. The corners of the line target are equipped with snap hooks and swivels. When installing the line target, the snap hooks connect to the fastenings on the top section, securing the corners of the line target to the base.

[0013] Certification is conducted for optoelectronic systems installed on manned and unmanned aerial vehicles. The test object can be used during flights at various altitudes and speeds, in various directions, under various meteorological conditions, and at various times of day and year.

[0014] Before testing, the robotic ground transport platform is moved to a selected location. The base is leveled relative to the horizon using the leveling mechanism. The hydraulic lifting mechanism sets the elevation of the upper section. Rotating the circular base sets the horizontal direction of the target and locks the selected position. The angle adjustment mechanism sets the tilt angle of the upper section relative to the middle section and locks the position.

[0015] After the test object has achieved the desired spatial orientation, certification flights are conducted. The optoelectronic system acquires digital images of the line target. The images are used to determine the line group recognition quality and the linear resolution on the ground by determining the minimum distance between adjacent white lines of a recognized group, each of which is observed separately.

[0016] After certification is completed, the robotic ground transport platform moves to the designated storage or maintenance location.

[0017] The set of design features ensures the movement of the test object, the installation of the line target on the upper section, the change of its position in height, rotation angle and tilt angle, alignment relative to the horizon and fixation of the formed spatial position.
