Description

[0001] The utility model relates to containers for storing or transporting food and non-food liquids of varying degrees of viscosity, for example, made in the form of bottles, vessels, containers, as well as accessories and closures for them.

[0002] An analogue of the declared utility model is the Heineken Cube rectangular beer bottle (Netherlands) https: / / www.ecobyt.ru / article / 210814 / 1169 / [D1], made in the form of a glass cube, which can also be used not only as a vessel for a drink, but also as a material for construction after the contents have been drunk.

[0003] The disadvantage of D1 is the presence of a large notch at the location of the neck.

[0004] The second analogue of the declared utility model is the Bohemia Savona glass block in bright honey color (Czech Republic) https: / / market.yandex.ru Market article number 5684257353 [D2], made in the form of a rectangular translucent glass block. Width: 19 cm; height: 19 cm; thickness: 8 cm; weight: 2.27 kg. D2 is used together with other similar glass blocks for the construction of wall partitions or in blind ceilings.

[0005] The disadvantages of D2 are low compressive strength, as well as the impossibility of using it as a container or vessel with a neck convenient for sealing with a cork for long-term storage and transportation of food and technical liquids.

[0006] The technical result achieved by using the claimed utility model is the ability to completely pour out the liquid contained in the container of the product through the opening of the neck.

[0007] To achieve this technical result, a universal block is claimed, consisting of a product with a hermetically sealed cavity formed by joining two rectangular plates (half-blocks) that form two facade and four end walls. Standard dimensions of such mass-produced blocks are 19x19x8 cm or 24x24x8 cm.

[0008] To increase the strength of the entire product, the rectangular slabs are produced using a non-fired brick production method called hyperpressing. This method utilizes a "cold welding" process that occurs when finely ground limestone rocks are pressed under high pressure (12-35 MPa) with a small amount (up to 10%) of cement and water. The primary raw material (up to 90%) is screenings from limestone (carbonate) mining: shell rock, limestone, dolomites, travertines, marbles, etc.

[0009] To expand the operational capabilities by providing an additional option for using the product as a vessel for packaging, hermetically sealing, storing, transporting and dosing food and non-food liquids, the cavity of the product is completely covered with a polymer shell, and a shutter is equipped in one of the end walls.

[0010] The specified shutter is made in the form of a container neck, which is one piece with a round platform, which is made in the form of a bowl with a bottom and a side wall along its perimeter, while the neck has its own continuation on the lower surface of the round platform, as an option, with holes.

[0011] The outer surface of the top of the neck is equipped with a thread for screwing and unscrewing the screw cap, which is initially temporarily integrated with the tear-off strip to prevent unauthorized opening. The inner side of the screw cap also has a thread that matches the neck thread, allowing the cap to engage with the neck for screwing and unscrewing the screw cap. A soft, air-tight material (e.g., foamed polyethylene, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), silica gel, or rubber) is used as a gasket to seal the neck inside the screw cap.

[0012] The outer surface of the side wall of the round platform is threaded for screwing and unscrewing the round platform in the round opening of the tank. The side surface of the round opening of the tank is also equipped with a thread of the same standard as the thread of the round platform, allowing the round platform to interact with the round opening of the tank for screwing and unscrewing the round platform.

[0013] The outer surface of the round platform's sidewall has a protruding ring-shaped rim for sealing the platform when it is fully screwed into the container's round opening. The inner surface of the round platform's sidewall is designed as an internal hexagonal slot for engagement with a suitable male hexagonal wrench.

[0014] The screw cap, when screwed onto the neck until it stops, does not violate the dimensions of the outer surface of the end wall of the product on which the shutter is installed.

[0015] The aforementioned wall inside the container is thicker than the other walls of the container and is designed with a thickness corresponding to the length of the extension of the valve neck, thereby not interfering with the dimensions of the wall surface inside the container. This thickened section of the wall allows the liquid contained in the container to completely drain through the opening of the neck.

[0016] The execution of the declared block is shown in the following drawings:

[0017] Fig. 1 – side view of the universal block tank shutter;

[0018] Fig. 2 – top view of the universal block tank shutter;

[0019] Fig. 3 – front view of the universal block, in the section of the upper right part of which a side view of its shutter is shown;

[0020] Fig. 4 – top view of the universal block and its valve, equipped in one of the end walls of the tank.

[0021] This utility model considers a universal unit, as shown in all figures. This product includes the following elements and is illustrated by a specific example discussed below.

[0022] A universal block, representing a product with a hermetically sealed cavity formed by joining two rectangular plates (half-blocks) that form two facade and four end walls 1 and 2. Standard sizes of such serially produced blocks: 19×19×8 cm or 24×24×8 cm.

[0023] To increase the strength of the entire product, the rectangular slabs are produced using a non-fired brick production method called hyperpressing. This process involves "cold welding" and involves pressing finely ground limestone rocks with a small amount (up to 10%) of cement and water under high pressure (12-35 MPa). The primary raw material (up to 90%) is screenings from limestone (carbonate) mining: shell rock, limestone, dolomite, travertine, marble, etc.

[0024] To expand the operational capabilities by providing an additional option for using the product as a vessel for packaging, hermetically sealing, storing, transporting and dosing food and non-food liquids, the cavity of the product is completely covered with a polymer shell, and a shutter is equipped in one of the end walls 2 (Figs. 1 and 2).

[0025] The specified shutter is made in the form of a neck 3 of a container, which is one piece with a round platform 4, which is made in the form of a bowl with a bottom and a side wall along its perimeter, while the neck 3 has its continuation 5 on the lower surface of the round platform 4, as an option, with openings 6.

[0026] The outer surface of the upper part of the neck 3 is equipped with a thread for screwing and unscrewing the screw cap 7, which is initially temporarily integral with the tear-off tape to prevent unauthorized opening. The inner side surface of the screw cap 7 is also equipped with a thread of the same standard as the thread of the neck 3, allowing the lid 7 to interact with the neck 3 for screwing and unscrewing the screw cap 7. A soft, hermetic material (e.g., foamed polyethylene, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), silica gel, or rubber) is used as a gasket to seal the neck 3 inside the screw cap 7.

[0027] On the outer surface of the side wall of the round platform 4, a thread 8 is made for screwing and unscrewing the round platform 4 in the round opening 9 of the container. On the side surface of the round opening 9 of the container, a thread 10 of a single standard with the thread 8 of the round platform 4 is also provided - for the interaction of the round platform 4 with the round opening 9 of the container for screwing and unscrewing the round platform 4 (Figs. 1 and 3).

[0028] On the outer surface of the side wall of the round platform 4 there is a protruding annular flange 11 for sealing the round platform 4 when it is screwed into the round opening 9 of the container until it stops. The inner surface of the side wall of the round platform 4 is made in the form of an internal multi-faceted slot 12 - for interaction with a suitable end-cap multi-faceted wrench (Figs. 2 and 4).

[0029] Screw cap 7, when it is screwed onto neck 3 until it stops, does not violate the dimensions of the outer surface of end wall 2 of the container on which the shutter is equipped.

[0030] In this case, the specified wall 2 inside the container is thicker compared to the other walls of the container and is made with a thickness corresponding to the length of the extension of the valve neck and thus does not interfere with the dimensions of the wall surface inside the container. The thickened section 13 of wall 2 allows for the complete pouring of the liquid contained in the container through the opening of neck 3 (Figs. 1 and 3).

[0031] The device operates as follows.

[0032] The enterprises mass-produce the declared blocks, into the containers of which food, perfume, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or other liquid products are subsequently bottled at the same or other enterprises, depending on the purpose of the enterprises and the batches of finished products.

[0033] During serial production on a conveyor, the liquid product is poured into the containers of the specified units through open round openings 9, and the valves of the specified device are screwed into the round openings 9 of the containers until they stop. For security, the screwed-in valves can be secured with an adhesive that is safe for the contents of the containers and people. This screwing and gluing is ensured by the interaction between the thread 8 of the round platform 4 and the thread 10 of the round opening 9 of the container.

[0034] It should be noted that if the containers of the declared block are of standard sizes of similar mass-produced blocks: 19×19×8 cm or 24×24×8 cm, the volume of such containers will allow them to hold 2.8 and 4.6 liters, respectively, which may be of interest to consumers accustomed to buying significant volumes of one or another liquid product.

[0035] The filled and hermetically sealed declared blocks are distributed to various retail outlets, depending on the type of liquid product filled into the containers. For example, declared containers containing food products are distributed to grocery stores, from kiosks and minimarkets to hypermarkets and small wholesale outlets.

[0036] The price of liquid products packaged in the specified units may be slightly higher than for similar products packaged in currently used non-universal containers. However, consumers may choose the specified containers for the liquid product they are interested in for several important reasons:

[0037] 1) The possibility of using the declared blocks not only as reusable containers for liquids, but also as a suitable building material for construction or decoration of real estate objects after their liquid contents have been used.

[0038] 2) The possibility of handing over used declared containers for sale at collection points or special machines (panomat or reverse vending machines), both as containers for secondary bottling of liquid products, and as a sought-after material for construction or finishing.

[0039] 3) The opportunity to participate in various environmental and charitable programs, following the example of the events of the brewing company Heineken (Netherlands), which at one time organized the purchase of used rectangular beer bottles Heineken World or WOBO from the population with the aim of their subsequent donation for the construction of residential buildings in some developing countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.

[0040] Once the declared container filled with any liquid reaches the consumer, it can be used daily and repeatedly for the measured dispensing of the liquid contained in the unit’s container.

[0041] To access the liquid when first opening the container of the declared unit, the screw cap 7 is disconnected by turning from the tear-off tape, which previously protected the cap 7 from unauthorized opening, and then completely unscrewed and removed from the neck 3 of the shutter, freeing its opening.

[0042] After a portion of liquid has been poured from the container through the opening of the neck 3, the screw cap 7 is again screwed all the way onto the neck 3 of the container for further storage of the remainder of the liquid in this container.

[0043] Screwing and unscrewing of screw cap 7 is ensured by the interaction between the thread of neck 3 and the thread of screw cap 7.

[0044] If it is necessary to thoroughly wash the inner walls of the container and its shutter (separately from the container), for example, when changing the liquid, it is possible to unscrew and remove the shutter of the declared device from the container, thereby opening access to the inside of the container through its round opening 9, which is wider than the opening of the neck 3. After washing and drying the shutter (separately from the container) and the inner walls of the container, the shutter of the declared device is screwed back into the round opening 9 of the container.

[0045] Such unscrewing and screwing of the shutter of the claimed device is conveniently carried out using an end cap wrench, as an option, a hexagonal L-shaped one, due to its interaction with the internal multi-faceted slot 12 formed on the inner surface of the side wall of the round platform 4.

[0046] After all the liquid product has been used and poured out of the container, the empty and cleaned unit with the cap screwed tightly closed can be used as a construction or finishing block. For example, for the construction of non-load-bearing external and internal walls, fences, barriers, and partitions.

[0047] If the device is required as a building block for the construction of load-bearing external and internal walls, then to enhance its strength, concrete mortar, for example, is poured through the round opening 9 of the container so that after pouring it completely fills the internal volume of the container used as a building block. For preparing this concrete mortar, it is convenient to use a ready-made cement-sand mixture, which already contains cement and aggregate in the required proportions.

[0048] The claimed utility model is industrially applicable and can be widely used both in everyday life and the social sphere, as well as in industry, agriculture, healthcare and other sectors of the economy as:

[0049] Containers for packaging, hermetically sealing, storage, transportation and dosed bottling of food, perfume, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other liquid products;

[0050] building block for finishing or construction, after all liquid products have been used and poured out of the container, and the container itself has been washed and sealed with a shutter in an empty state or after pouring into the container and completely hardening in it, for example, concrete mortar.

[0051] It should be noted that the waste-free use of the declared device has significant environmental benefits.
