Description

[0001] The utility model relates to the production of burial complexes intended for the design of graves, and can be used as a base for the installation of burial structures.

[0002] A prior art design for a foundation for installing grave structures [patent DE 20309670, IPC E04H 13 / 00, published September 4, 2003] is known. The foundation comprises a base frame for supporting a grave fence, a grave slab, and / or a gravestone with at least one supporting element. The supporting elements have fastening devices that prevent parts of the fence or stone from moving relative to the base frame. The base frame is mounted on two supports dug into the ground.

[0003] The main disadvantage of this technical solution is the complexity of installation and low reliability.

[0004] Also known from the prior art is a foundation for burial structures [patent RU 232468, IPC E04H 13 / 00, published 11.03.2025 Bulletin No. 8], which includes a metal frame, an external frame cladding, fixed to the frame and covering the external part of the frame, wherein the frame is made of a steel profile pipe, the upper and side tiles of the external cladding are fixed to the metal frame and butt-joined to each other using polyurethane adhesive sealant, the edges of the upper plates of the external cladding tightly cover the upper end surfaces of the side tiles of the external cladding of the device using polyurethane adhesive sealant, the height of the frame with the upper cladding is no more than 15 cm.

[0005] This technical solution is selected as a prototype for the claimed utility model.

[0006] The disadvantages of this technical solution are that assembly of the device consists of two key stages: welding the frame and (if necessary) gluing the side surfaces with cladding material. Although the structure is designed for ease of assembly and operation, the process requires specialized equipment and resources at the burial site.

[0007] In addition, factory production requires transportation and labor-intensive installation on site.

[0008] The task that the claimed technical solution is aimed at solving is the creation of a device that allows for expanding the range of foundations intended for the construction of tombstones, installation and installation of burial elements.

[0009] The technical result consists in simplifying the process of assembly and maintenance of the structure, delivery, installation and dismantling under operating conditions directly at the burial site.

[0010] The stated problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the foundation for the installation of burial structures includes a metal frame, an external frame cladding fixed to the frame and covering the upper and end outer parts of the frame, while the frame is made sectional in the form of rigid frames welded from profile pipes, each section of the frame is made in the form of an upper frame and a lower frame, rigidly connected to each other by corner vertical posts and connecting elements equipped with holes.

[0011] The upper frame is made of pipes measuring 20mm by 40mm.

[0012] The lower frame is made of pipes measuring 20mm by 40mm.

[0013] The corner vertical posts are made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0014] The connecting elements are made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0015] The upper and lower frames of the frame section are reinforced with horizontal and vertical profiles in places of additional external loads.

[0016] The horizontal profiles are made of 20mm x 40mm pipes, and the vertical profiles are made of 20mm x 40mm pipes.

[0017] The external cladding of the frame is made of aluminum-composite panels.

[0018] The essence of the claimed utility model is explained by graphic material:

[0019] Fig. 1 - base for installation of burial structures (General product, disassembled);

[0020] Fig. 2 - base for installation of burial structures (assembled base frame).

[0021] The base for the installation of burial structures includes a metal frame (1), an external frame cladding (2), fixed to the frame (1) and covering the upper (not indicated in the figures) and end external (not indicated in the figures) parts of the frame (1).

[0022] The frame (1) is made of sections / modules (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) in the form of rigid frames welded from profile pipes (rectangular or square section).

[0023] Each section (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) of the frame is made in the form of an upper (1.1.1) frame and a lower (1.1.2) frame, rigidly connected to each other by corner vertical posts (1.1.3) and connecting elements (1.1.4) equipped with holes (not indicated in the figures).

[0024] Connecting elements (1.1.4) with holes are designed for installing bolts and nuts and allow sections (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) to be connected to each other into a single frame (1).

[0025] The upper frame (1.1.1) is made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0026] The lower frame (1.1.2) is made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0027] Corner vertical posts (1.1.3) are made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0028] Connecting elements (1.1.4) are made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0029] The upper (1.1.1) and lower (1.1.2) frames of the section (for example, 1.3) of the frame in places of additional external loads (for example, in the section intended for the installation of a monument) are reinforced with horizontal and vertical profiles (not indicated in the figures).

[0030] The horizontal profiles are made of 20mm x 40mm pipes, and the vertical profiles are made of 20mm x 40mm pipes.

[0031] The external cladding (2) of each frame section is made of aluminum composite panels.

[0032] An example of the implementation of the claimed utility model.

[0033] The frame (1) of the device is manufactured using ready-made rolled steel (e.g., 20x40 mm steel pipes), which are cut to length into the assembly elements of the structure. Other cross-sections of profile pipes, such as 30x40 mm, etc., can also be used.

[0034] A base for installing burial structures, comprising a metal frame (1), an external frame cladding (2), fixed to the frame (1) and covering the upper and end external parts of the frame.

[0035] The frame (1) is made of sections (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) in the form of rigid frames welded from profile steel pipes measuring 20×40 mm.

[0036] The sections (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) of the frame are identical and each of them, for example section (1.1), is made in the form of an upper (1.1.1) and lower (1.1.2) frame, connected (by welding operations) to each other by corner vertical posts (1.1.3) and connecting elements (1.1.4) with holes.

[0037] Equipping sections (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) with connecting elements (1.1.4) with holes allows the said sections to be connected to each other using bolts and nuts into a single supporting frame (1).

[0038] The upper frame (1.1.1) is made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0039] The lower frame (1.1.2) is made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0040] Corner vertical posts (1.1.3) are made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0041] Connecting elements (1.1.4) are made of pipes measuring 20 mm by 40 mm.

[0042] Section (1.3.) of the frame is designed for the installation of monument 3; to give it reliability and increase the load-bearing capacity, it is additionally reinforced with horizontal and vertical profiles made of a profile steel pipe measuring 20×40 mm.

[0043] The external cladding (2) of each frame section is made in the form of a set of aluminum-composite panels (ACP), fixed to the outer parts of the frames using riveting equipment and rivets made of steel or aluminum, or by means of hardware (e.g. self-tapping screws).

[0044] Installation of the foundation for the installation of a grave structure is carried out on a pre-prepared (concreted) site or on virgin soil.

[0045] The base assembled from sections (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) is secured using anchor fasteners through holes in the mounting strips (not shown in the figures), or using long structural screws, or 50-100 cm long reinforcement hook pins.

[0046] Each section (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) is clad with external cladding (2) prior to installation. The external cladding panels made of ACP are rigidly attached to the frame using riveting equipment and steel or aluminum rivets.

[0047] The developed frame design allows for its transportation to the installation site without the use of heavy vehicles on the burial site, carrying it over significant distances, and installation without the need for specialized equipment or specialists. Furthermore, the device, manufactured from uniformly sized profile pipes, allows for the use of a single welding mode during frame assembly, eliminating the need to reconfigure the welding equipment.

[0048] The production of the claimed utility model from finished rolled steel metal, cut to length into assembly elements, allows for the assembly of the frame in a production facility or directly at the burial site, simplifies the assembly and maintenance process.

[0049] Compared to similar designs, this device is lightweight and compact, while maintaining strength, including bending strength, rigidity, and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, this design allows for the quick replacement of worn-out cladding elements, as well as the installation of gravestones of various designs and sizes.
