Abstract
Description
[0001] The utility model relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to grain cleaning machines, and can be used to clean grain from impurities along different lengths.
[0002] A cylindrical trier is known [Ukrainian Patent for Utility Model No. 72587, IPC B07B 1 / 08, Bulletin No. 16, 2012], which includes a cylinder with cells, the working surfaces of which are made in the form of brachistochrones, a chute with a screw and drives.
[0003] A disadvantage of the well-known cylindrical indenter is that long fractions of seeds, falling out of the cells, fall into the general mass of the grain mixture, mix with it and prevent small seeds from getting into the cells, which reduces the productivity of the indenter and the quality of cleaning the grain mixture.
[0004] The closest analogue to the claimed cylindrical trireme, selected as a prototype, is the cylindrical trireme [RU Author's Certificate Patent No. 233723, IPC class B07B 13 / 02, 2025], which includes a cylinder, a trough with a screw, cells on the inner surface of the cylinder, the working surfaces of which are made in the form of a brachistochrone, at the base of the cells of the cylinder there is a spherical depression with a diameter corresponding to the maximum equivalent diameter of short particles, smoothly turning into a brachistochrone.
[0005] The disadvantage of the prototype is low performance.
[0006] One of the reasons for the low productivity of an indented cylinder is the low utilization rate of the cellular surface, as not all the cells are filled with the removed fractions of the waste. To reach a cell, a particle of the impurity to be removed must sift through the thickness of the waste to the cellular surface of the indented cylinder and then enter a cell. The probability of this depends, among other things, on the density of the waste and the mobility of its particles. It is known that when the cylinder rotates, the waste is partially entrained in rotation by a relatively slow-moving core. The presence of such a core reduces the rate of sifting of the waste components through the waste layer to the cellular surface. Some cells remain unfilled, which leads to a decrease in the utilization rate of the cellular surface and reduces the productivity of the indented cylinder.
[0007] The technical result of the utility model is increased productivity.
[0008] The technical result is achieved due to the fact that inside the cylinder there is a shaft with flat blades radially installed along a helical line, located at a distance below the axis of symmetry of the cylinder and at a distance away from the axis of symmetry of the cylinder opposite to the direction of rotation, and the working surface of the blades is parallel to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the cylinder.
[0009] The specified set of essential features ensures the emergence of new properties in the claimed cylindrical trireme that are different from the prototype.
[0010] Thus, the claimed features of the utility model meet the criterion of “novelty”.
[0011] The utility model is illustrated by drawings.
[0012] Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the trier, cross-section; Fig. 2 shows a diagram of the placement and fallout of particles from the cells.
[0013] A cylindrical trier comprising a cylinder 1, a trough 2 with a screw 3, cells 4 on the inner surface of the cylinder, the working surfaces of which are made in the form of a brachistochrone 5, at the base of the cells of the cylinder there is a spherical depression 6 with a diameter corresponding to the maximum equivalent diameter of short particles, smoothly turning into a brachistochrone, and inside the cylinder 1 there is a shaft 7 with flat blades 8 radially installed along a helical line, located at a distance below the axis of symmetry of the cylinder 1 and at a distance to the side from the axis of symmetry of the cylinder opposite to the direction of rotation. Distances a and b are taken such that blades 8 capture the heap from core 9, loosen it and partially throw it onto the cellular surface of the cylinder in zone 10, and the minimum distance between the trajectory of rotation of the ends of the blades and the cellular surface of the cylinder is two maximum equivalent diameters of long particles.
[0014] The trier described above works as follows.
[0015] When the indenter is started, the cellular separating surface of cylinder 1, auger 4, and shaft 7 with blades 8 are set in rotational motion. The feed grain mixture is fed to the inner surface of the cellular separating surface of cylinder 1. Under the influence of the rotational motion of the cellular separating surface, the layer of grain mixture is mixed, short particles 11 move from the depth of the layer to the cellular surface of cylinder 1 and are more likely to fall into the recess 6 of the spherical cells 4, since their equivalent diameter is less than or equal to the diameter of the spherical recess. Then short particles 11 rise to a certain height, fall into chute 2 and are unloaded from the indenter by screw 3. Long particles 12, when cylinder 1 rotates, turn in cells 4 and, sliding along brachistochronic surface 5, are removed from the cells more quickly and with the least resistance at a smaller angle of their ascent by the indenter, which ensures intensification and increases the probability of their separation from the cells.
[0016] The following relationship exists between the set of essential distinctive features and the technical result of the utility model.
[0017] A shaft 7 located inside the cylinder 1 with flat blades 8 radially mounted along a helical line, located at a distance below the axis of symmetry of the cylinder 1 and at a distance away from the axis of symmetry of the cylinder opposite to the direction of rotation, ensures that, during rotation, the heap is captured from the core 9, loosens the heap in the core and partially throws the heap onto the cellular surface of the cylinder 1 in zone 10. The minimum distance between the trajectory of rotation of the ends of the blades and the cellular surface of the cylinder, which is two maximum equivalent diameters of long particles, helps prevent damage to the particles of the heap. Taken together, the distinctive features of the utility model provide better conditions for sifting short particles 1 through a layer of heap to the cellular surface of the indented cylinder 1, which reduces the number of unfilled cells 4, increases the utilization rate of the cellular surface and improves productivity.
[0018] Thus, the stated technical result is achieved.
