Description

[0001] The utility model relates to the field of construction and can be used in the design and manufacture of window and other frame structures where it is advisable to install sensors for external environmental conditions.

[0002] A bracket is known for installing a pressure sensor on a window frame, which is made in the form of a clamp (JP 2000113337).

[0003] The closest technical solution, selected by the applicant as a prototype, is a bracket for attaching a roof sensor for DEVIreg 850 to the wall of a building, which includes a holder pipe in the form of a hollow rod with an internal space for laying the sensor cable, consisting of a part built into the wall, and an external part with an upwardly curved end, to which a support in the form of a plate with holes for fastening and installing the sensor is attached. In the upper curved part of the holder pipe, a threaded elbow with a gland is made; on the holder pipe, in the transition area from its inner to the outer part, a stop is installed with a central hole and fastening holes located at the corners of the support platform for attaching the holder pipe to the wall (Patent for Invention of the Russian Federation No. 2784083, published on November 23, 2022).

[0004] The disadvantage of this design is that its use in window structures is not practical, since it requires additional adjustment of the structure itself and the window structure, and its use is impossible on windows on which protective mosquito nets or anti-cat nets are installed, since the horizontal position of the device is impossible if there is a protective net on the window,

[0005] The technical task of the claimed utility model is to ensure the functioning of a mount for a sensor of external environmental conditions installed on windows with protective nets.

[0006] The technical task is achieved in that the fastening for the environmental conditions sensor contains a bracket made in the form of a rod with a lock for the sensor, a stop, characterized in that the stop and the bracket are made detachable, a holder is formed on the stop, and a shank is made on the end of the bracket at an angle to its axis, while in the assembled form the shank of the bracket is inserted into the holder.

[0007] The retainer can be designed as a support with longitudinal opposing projections inside to secure the sensor when it is installed. The retainer can also be designed as a fork.

[0008] The stop can be made single-legged.

[0009] The holder can be made with a through hole or can be with a blind hole, for example in the form of a socket.

[0010] The holder can be pre-drilled for mounting to the window frame. The holder's mounting hole can be square or round.

[0011] The bracket can have a U-shaped cross-section. The bracket can have a semicircular or round cross-section.

[0012] The shank is preferably installed at an angle of 90° (perpendicular) to the bracket axis.

[0013] The claimed device is explained by examples of specific implementation, but is not limited to them.

[0014] Fig. 1 shows the claimed device with a horizontal position of the bracket and a square cross-section of the mounting hole of the holder, Fig. 2 shows the claimed device with a vertical position of the bracket and a square cross-section of the mounting hole of the holder, and an installed mosquito net, Fig. 3 shows the device with a round mounting hole of the holder, the arrow shows the rotation of the bracket in the vertical plane, Fig. 4 shows the device with a round mounting hole of the holder, the arrow shows the rotation of the bracket in the horizontal plane, Fig. 5 shows the device, where the holder and the shank are mounted pivotally, Fig. 6 shows a bracket of a semicircular cross-section with a fork lock, Fig. 7 shows a section of a U-shaped bracket with a sensor installed in the cradle, Fig. 8 shows a bottom view of the mount installed on the window with a sensor installed in the bracket cradle, Fig.9 shows a meteorological device with a cable and a temperature sensor mounted on a window handle.

[0015] The mount for the environmental sensor comprises a stop 1 with a holder 2, for example, with a square through mounting hole (Fig. 1) or a blind mounting hole in the form of a socket (Fig. 3, Fig. 4). For fastening the stop 1 to the window by means of a self-tapping screw, there is a hole 3 in the stop 1, wherein the stop 1 can be made with one leg, as shown in Fig. 1. The bracket 4 can be made in the form of a rod, at the end of which a shank 5 is made. In Fig. 1, the shank 5 also has a square cross-section. The bracket 4 in the form of a rod along its length can have a U-shaped cross-section for laying in it a cable 6 with a sensor 7 (Fig. 3, Fig. 7) or, for example, a semicircular cross-section (Fig. 6) or a round cross-section. In order to fix the sensor 7 in the bracket 4 in the end part of the bracket 4 opposite the tail 5, in the internal U-shaped space of the bracket 4 there are longitudinal opposite projections 8, 9 (Fig.7) for snapping the sensor 7 into place when it is installed in the interior of the bracket 4. The sensor can be inserted into the fork-type retainer shown in (Fig. 6).

[0016] The device operates as follows.

[0017] The mount is installed on the window frame as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 8. For this purpose, first, the stop 1 is installed on the window frame using a self-tapping screw and hole 3, while it is envisaged that a meteorological device with a cable 6 and a sensor 7 is installed on the window handle (Fig. 9). The stop 1 can be attached to the frame, for example, with double-sided adhesive tape (not shown in the figure). Then, the tail 5 of the bracket 4 is inserted into the holder 2 (square section) in such a way that the bracket 4 takes a horizontal position (Fig. 1), in which the cable is placed in the U-shaped groove of the bracket 4, and the sensor 7, by means of the opposite projections 8, 9 in the U-shaped groove of the bracket 4, is fixed in the bracket 4 by snapping. (Fig. 7, Fig. 8). In the case where a protective mesh is installed on the window, it is necessary to remove the tail 5 from the holder 2, turn the bracket 4 to a vertical position, and insert the tail 5 in this position of the rod into the holder 2.As a result, bracket 4 is positioned parallel to the protective mesh, which ensures the window's operation and the operation of the environmental sensor in the installed mount (Fig. 2). Holder 2, made with a square cross-section for tailpiece 5, which, in turn, is also made of a square cross-section, allows the bracket 4, in the form of a rod with the attached sensor, to be rotated to a position that does not interfere with the installation of the protective mesh on the window, as shown, for example, in Fig. 2.

[0018] Thus, the claimed utility model enables the installation of an external environmental sensor mount on windows with protective screens, ensuring the full functionality of the environmental sensor. The environmental sensor is electrically connected to a meteorological instrument mounted on the inner surface of the window sash and does not contact the window sash or the protective screen. Consequently, it enables reliable determination of ambient temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, the readings of which are displayed on the meteorological instrument's display on the inner side of the window sash. The mount itself does not interfere with the normal operation of the window sash or protective screen.
