Abstract
Description
[0001] Purpose
[0002] The utility model relates to hair clips.
[0003] Technology Level
[0004] A hair clip is known from the prior art, comprising two sashes that are provided with teeth located at the front of the clip and are mounted with the possibility of rotation relative to each other around two hinges of the sashes connected to the sashes and located along the same axial direction at the rear of the clip, from a closed position, in which the teeth are brought together or even intersect, in order to clamp the hair captured by the teeth, to an open position, in which the teeth are spread apart to overcome the force caused by the deformation of an elastic return means, which tends to return the sashes to the closed position, and comprises a support plate, which is intended to accommodate, for example, a piece of jewelry, and two tabs that support the support plate above the two sashes in the closed position, wherein the two tabs are connected to the two sashes in front of the axial direction in the closed position,to cause the lifting of the support plate relative to the axial direction when moving backwards when the two sashes are rotated from the closed position to the open position (RU 2405397 C2, published 10.12.2010).,
[0005] The closest analogue of the claimed utility model is a hair clip containing parts of a hinge mechanism connected on one side by a hinge joint, flaps including a flaps lever and a toothed comb connected to the outer side of the hinge mechanism, a connecting rubber band designed with the possibility of being placed in grooves made in the hinge mechanism.
[0006] The disadvantages of known solutions include the lack of adjustable grip, making it difficult to hold hair of varying thicknesses. In the closest alternative, the elastic band is positioned in a fixed position, resulting in it being too tight on thick hair and not holding well on thinner hair. This drawback makes it uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, as it either pulls too tightly or slips off, requiring re-pinning.
[0007] The essence of the utility model
[0008] The technical problem that the claimed utility model is aimed at solving is the creation of a hair clip that is convenient for pinning on hair of different thicknesses or for capturing different volumes of hair.
[0009] The technical result is the fastening of hair of different thickness and volume due to the possibility of regulating the tightening force of the clip flaps and (or) changing the distance between the elastic band and the toothed comb, by rearranging the elastic band in the grooves made in pairs in the clip flaps.
[0010] The technical result is achieved by the fact that the hair clip contains:
[0011] - a hinge mechanism consisting of two parts connected on one side by a hinge joint,
[0012] - sashes, including a sash lever and a toothed comb, fixed on the outer sides of the hinge mechanism parts,
[0013] - a connecting rubber band, designed with the possibility of placement in grooves made in the parts of the hinge mechanism, while
[0014] - the groove in each part of the hinge mechanism is made at the bottom from the edge opposite the hinge joint and has a T-shape in cross section,
[0015] - the connecting rubber band has a central part and two tips,
[0016] - the central part of the elastic is attached with its ends perpendicular to the flat sides of the tips, with an offset to one of the sides along the axis.
[0017] The hinge mechanism and the flaps of the hair clip can be made of thermoplastic material.
[0018] Stops are provided at the top of the hinge mechanism on the hinge side.
[0019] The hair clip flaps can be made removable or as a single piece with the hinge mechanism parts.
[0020] The hair clip comprises a hinge mechanism connected at one end by a pivot joint. The hinge mechanism is equipped with outer panels, including a panel lever and a toothed comb. Each component of the hinge mechanism has a groove with a T-shape cross-section at the bottom edge opposite the hinge joint. The panels are connected by a connecting elastic band. The connecting elastic band has a central section and two ends, with the ends of the central section attached perpendicular to the flat sides of the ends, offset axially to one side.
[0021] The ends of the connecting rubber band are fixed in the grooves made in the parts of the hinge mechanism.
[0022] The inclusion of grooves in the hinge mechanism allows for adjustment of the hair grip by the clip's flaps by adjusting the elastic band within the grooves. Thus, essential features for achieving the stated technical result include the inclusion of grooves in the lower edge of each hinge mechanism component, each with a T-shaped cross-section, and the connection of the central portion of the elastic band perpendicular to the flat sides of the tips, offset toward one side along the axis.
[0023] The essence of the utility model is explained in images 1-9, which show:

[0033] In Fig. 1, positions 1-7 indicate:
[0034] 1 - sash,
[0035] 2 - hinge mechanism,
[0036] 3 - sash lever,
[0037] 4 - sash toothed comb,
[0038] 5 - articulated joint,
[0039] 6 - stop,
[0040] 7 - connecting rubber band.
[0041] Implementation of a utility model
[0042] When both levers of sash 3 are pressed simultaneously in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the pin, the toothed combs of sashes 4 open. When the force on levers of sashes 3 is released, sashes 1 return to their original closed position under the action of connecting rubber band 7, fixed in the grooves of hinge mechanism 2. Sashes 1 move relative to the axis of hinge connection 5. The maximum opening of sashes 1 occurs when the levers of sashes 3 touch each other. In the closed position, the parts of hinge mechanism 2 touch stops 6, located in the upper part of the hinge mechanism, which prevents further displacement of sashes 1 relative to the axis of hinge connection 5.
[0043] The shape of the ends (tips) of the connecting rubber band 7 must match the shape of the grooves made in the parts of the hinge mechanism 2. The ends of the connecting rubber band are provided with tips. The connecting rubber band is inserted into the grooves from below, in the direction of arrow A (see Fig. 3). In the first position, the connecting rubber band inserted into the grooves (its stretchable central part) will be located at the bottom of the grooves, at the ends of the parts of the hinge mechanism.
[0044] The tension of the elastic band and the compression of the pinned hair can be adjusted by changing the position of the elastic band in the slots. To do this, remove the elastic band from the slots, flip it 180°, and reinsert it. In this second position, the elastic band (its stretchable central portion) will be positioned at the top of the slots, closer to the middle of the hinge mechanism.
[0045] Connecting rubber band (See Fig. 5-9).
[0046] The connecting elastic band has a central part and two tips, while the central part of the elastic band is attached with its ends perpendicular to the flat sides of the tips, with an offset to one of the sides along the axis.
[0047] The connecting rubber band can be made of solid rubber (see Figs. 5-7) or composite, with tips made of another material (see Figs. 8, 9). The tips can be made of wire, metal plate, or plastic.
