Abstract

This utility model relates to furniture manufacturing and is intended for lightweight, compact, concealed use of the front portion of a furniture structure. A removable front with a flexible slatted structure comprises decorative strips attached to a base. The base is flexible and consists of a fabric sheet to which decorative strips are attached, oriented vertically and arranged parallel to one another. Magnets are located in the decorative strips along the perimeter of the front, capable of being attached to counter-magnets located on the surface of the product to which the front is attached. The technical result consists of multiple tool-free assembly and disassembly while maintaining secure fastening. 3 cl., 4 fig.

Description

[0001] The utility model relates to the field of furniture production and is intended for lightweight and small-sized hidden use of the front part of a furniture structure.

[0002] A cabinet with a removable tambour door (US 5803563 A, published September 8, 1998) is known from the prior art. It is constructed from a series of narrow longitudinal slats connected by a flexible element, allowing it to bend and move along the cabinet's guide channels. When opened, the slats move sequentially along the guides and can be folded or retracted into the cabinet's body, clearing the opening.

[0003] Rolling shutters (US 2803297 A, published August 20, 1957) are known, describing a flexible roller shutter structure consisting of a series of interconnected narrow longitudinal elements, forming a flexible web that can bend and move along the structure's guide channels. When opened, the slats move sequentially along the guides and can be rolled up or folded into the frame.

[0004] A common drawback of the analogous patents under consideration is the lack of magnetic fixation of the façade element, which leads to an unstable position and spontaneous opening of the product.

[0005] The problem that the claimed utility model is aimed at solving is the creation of a removable facade with a flexible lamellar structure, which ensures the possibility of its installation and removal without the use of tools while simultaneously ensuring reliable fastening.

[0006] The technical result achieved through the use of the utility model is the creation of a removable facade with a flexible lamellar structure, which ensures the possibility of repeated quick installation and dismantling without the use of tools while maintaining the reliability of fastening.

[0007] The specified technical result is achieved in that the removable facade with a flexible lamella structure contains a flexible fabric base, onto which decorative strips are attached, located parallel to each other, while magnets are placed in the decorative strips, and counter magnets are placed on the surface of the product to which the facade is attached.

[0008] The essence of the utility model is explained by drawings:

[0009] Fig. 1 - general view of the structure;

[0010] Fig. 2 - side view in section;

[0011] Fig. 3 - sectional top view;

[0012] Fig. 4 - top view in section with the façade folded back,

[0013] where 1 is a table top; 2 is the upper base of the table base; 3 is a fabric base; 4 is decorative slats; 5 is magnets; 6 is the lower base of the table base.

[0014] The removable facade is a flexible rectangular curtain-type cladding structure and includes a fabric base 3 onto which decorative slats 4 are attached. Square, round, oval, diamond-shaped, and trapezoidal removable facade shapes are also available. Decorative slats 4 are primarily vertically oriented and positioned parallel to each other and can be made of wood, concrete, plaster, stone, glass, or plastic. Decorative slats 4 are attached to the fabric base 3 using adhesives.

[0015] Fabric base 3 provides flexibility to the entire structure, allowing the front to conform to the shape of the product's surface, including flat, cylindrical, conical, and polygonal shapes. Fabric base 3 is made of flexible yet durable materials such as calico, cotton, spunbond, leather, and faux leather.

[0016] To ensure removable fastening of the facade, the design includes magnets 5, housed in decorative strips 4. Magnets 5 are located at the top and bottom of decorative strips 4 along the perimeter of the facade. The number of magnets, as well as the distance between them, are determined by the design and dimensions of the product. Magnets are installed by forming recesses in the decorative strips to a depth equal to the thickness of the magnets using adhesive, so that they are flush with the surface.

[0017] The counter magnets are installed on the surface of the product to which the front panel is attached. In the example shown in the figures, the removable front panel is mounted on a table-shaped product comprising a tabletop 1 and a base comprising an upper base 2 and a lower base 6, which house counter magnets 5 designed to interact with magnets installed in decorative strips 4.

[0018] When interacting with the counter magnets, the facade is securely fixed and can be removed and reinstalled multiple times without using tools.

[0019] The removable front panel is opened by the user applying enough force to overcome the magnetic hold and separate the magnets. When opened, the removable front panel rolls up using a flexible fabric base, which is secured with independent slats that allow the panel to flex as it rolls up. The removable front panel closes using magnetic interaction between the locking elements, which attracts and holds the removable front panel closed.

[0020] Thus, the declared removable facade with a flexible lamella design ensures quick and convenient installation and dismantling without the use of tools while maintaining its secure fixation on the product.

Claims

1. A removable facade with a flexible lamel design, containing decorative slats secured to a base, characterized in that the base is flexible and is a fabric sheet on which decorative slats are secured, oriented vertically and arranged parallel to each other, while magnets are placed in the decorative slats along the perimeter of the facade, designed with the possibility of being attached to counter magnets placed on the surface of the product to which the facade is secured.

2. A removable facade according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it is made in a rectangular, square, round, oval, diamond-shaped, or trapezoidal shape.

3. A removable facade according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the decorative slats are made of wood, concrete, plaster, stone, glass, or plastic.

4. A removable facade according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the decorative strips are secured to the fabric base with an adhesive composition.
