Description

[0001] The utility model relates to a disposable absorbent diaper-pants.

[0002] Disposable absorbent products are known from the prior art (RU Patent No. 2568565 for invention, published on 20.11.2015).

[0003] Disposable diapers have transverse and longitudinal directions and comprise a back sheet, a top sheet and an absorbent core located between them, wherein said absorbent core comprises at least one absorbent structural element comprising a base layer and an absorbent layer containing absorbent polymer particles and, optionally, cellulose, supported and immobilized on said base layer, wherein the absorbent layer comprises at least two channels, substantially free of said absorbent polymer particles and extending in the thickness of said absorbent layer in its longitudinal direction.

[0004] The disadvantages of known products are:

[0005] - the need to make two channels in the core between the central and lateral parts of two through channels for bending;

[0006] - the absence of absorbent particles in the channels may cause liquid leakage;

[0007] - insufficient protection against side leaks during wearing and sleeping.

[0008] A disposable pull-on diaper of the panty type is known from the prior art (RU Patent No. 196610 for a utility model, published on 06.03.2020).

[0009] A pull-on disposable diaper comprises elastic members disposed in a stretched state laterally between an outer sheet and an inner sheet. The outer sheet and inner sheet are joined together by fused portions arranged discontinuously between adjacent elastic members. The skin-facing sheet, which is disposed on the skin-facing surface of the inner sheet, and the inner sheet each comprise a section bonded by a first adhesive. The first adhesive forms continuous lines that extend laterally and move back and forth longitudinally.

[0010] The disadvantages of the well-known diaper are:

[0011] - low absorbency;

[0012] - low core bending degree;

[0013] - insufficient protection against side leaks.

[0014] A diaper is known from the prior art (RU patent No. 112038 for a utility model, published on 10.01.2012).

[0015] The diaper comprises an inner layer permeable to liquids, an outer layer impermeable to liquids, and an absorbent body located between them and having an elongated shape, a front portion, a back portion and a crotch portion, wherein the back portion is provided with an elastic belt made on the front belt and fasteners located along the side surfaces, and the crotch portion has moisture-proof barriers located along the outer edges, on the inner permeable layer there is additionally installed a pocket for retaining secretions, located along the front, crotch and back portions, having moisture-proof barriers made along the pocket, wherein the pocket forms a closed internal space at 360° to prevent leakage of secretions from all sides, a wetness indicator installed in the middle of the diaper on the outer layer along the entire diaper.

[0016] The disadvantages of the well-known diaper are:

[0017] - low absorption capacity of the core;

[0018] - inconvenience in use due to the low degree of bending https: / / new.fips.ru / registers-doc-view / DeEndhttps: / / new.fips.ru / registers-doc-view / ClStart

[0019] A moisture-absorbing diaper-panties is known from the prior art (RU Patent No. 229429 for a utility model, published on October 4, 2024).

[0020] A moisture-absorbing panty diaper comprising an absorbent body and an outer layer located outside the absorbent body; the absorbent body has longitudinal and transverse dimensions; the outer layer of the diaper is provided with a front waist region, a back waist region and an absorbent region connecting the front waist region and the back waist region; the sides of the front waist region and the back waist region are respectively fixed and welded, forming a closed structure with openings for the waist and legs; the absorbent body comprises, from top to bottom, a water-permeable top layer, an absorbent middle layer and a water-resistant bottom layer; the absorbent middle layer is composed of an upper non-woven fabric, a bulk non-woven fabric and a lower non-woven fabric; the upper and lower surfaces of the bulk non-woven material are provided with polymer absorbent particles, and these particles are partially embedded in the pores of the bulk non-woven material.

[0021] The disadvantages of the well-known diaper are:

[0022] - insufficient protection against lateral liquid leaks;

[0023] - Two longitudinal grooves are required in the core to bend and guide the flow.

[0024] A urological pad is known from the prior art (RU Patent No. 2697108 for invention, published on 12.08.2019).

[0025] The urological pad comprises a fluid-permeable top sheet, a fluid-impermeable back sheet and an absorbent core, wherein the absorbent core has two side zones extending in the longitudinal direction and spaced apart in the transverse direction by at least one channel zone extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein the channel zone has a lower surface density than the side zones, the absorbent core comprises a material with ultra-high absorbency, distributed uniformly throughout the core.

[0026] The urological pad provides a high degree of flexibility because the absorbent core has a channel zone that has a lower surface density, that is, less absorbent material per unit area (g / m 2 ) than the rest of the absorbent core.

[0027] One of the main drawbacks of the well-known urinary pad is its ability to absorb only a small amount of urine. The pad does not provide protection against large amounts of fluid leakage, as the absorbent core consists of only one layer, containing fluffed, ground cellulose fibers and superabsorbent particles. Large amounts of bodily fluid will cause leakage, both in the center of the core (from top to bottom) and along the sides.

[0028] The objective of the claimed utility model is to create a disposable diaper-pants with multi-barrier protection against leaks, an improved fit, increased absorbency and comfort during use.

[0029] The technical result of the claimed utility model is to prevent the leakage of body secretions in various directions and under various conditions of use: during wearing, active movements, sleep.

[0030] The technical result is achieved in that the disposable diaper-pants, having a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction and a thickness direction, contains:

[0031] front waist area with front end part;

[0032] back waist area with back end part;

[0033] perineal region, extending in the longitudinal direction between the anterior and posterior waist regions;

[0034] The face top sheet that comes into contact with the user's skin is liquid permeable;

[0035] The back bottom sheet does not contact the user's skin, liquid impermeable and air and vapor permeable;

[0036] an absorbent core located between the upper and back bottom sheets, having an elongated shape in a longitudinal direction corresponding to the front-back direction of the user, and a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction;

[0037] elastic waistband extending transversely along the end portions of the front and back waist region;

[0038] elastic barriers located on the sides of the lateral longitudinal portions of the absorbent core in the crotch area and extending in the longitudinal direction;

[0039] Elastic 3D bumpers located on the outer longitudinal edges of the perineal area, outside the elastic barriers, and extending in the longitudinal direction;

[0040] Internal barrier pocket with elastic elements, located in the back waist area next to the elastic waistband, running along the end part of the back waist area;

[0041] humidity indicator located in the central area of the outer side of the back bottom sheet, while:

[0042] the absorbent core is made in the form of a single, integral multi-layer structure consisting of a central longitudinal part and two lateral, left and right, longitudinal parts running along the entire length of the absorbent core in the longitudinal direction,

[0043] the central longitudinal portion of the absorbent core has a thickness less than the thickness of the lateral longitudinal portions of the absorbent core and is designed to be elastically compressed under lateral pressure, and the lateral longitudinal portions of the absorbent core are designed to be folded towards each other, forming a protective absorbent barrier against lateral leaks,

[0044] wherein the content of superabsorbent material in the lateral longitudinal portions of the absorbent core is greater than the content of superabsorbent material in the central longitudinal portion of the absorbent core.

[0045] The features and essence of the claimed utility model are explained in the following detailed description, illustrated by drawings.

[0079] The pant diaper (Fig. 1-5) comprises a front waist region (30) with a front end portion located on the front side of the user when worn, a back waist region (35) with a back end portion located on the back side of the user when worn, and a crotch region (41) extending in the longitudinal direction (24) between the front (30) and back (35) waist regions. The crotch (41) portion of the diaper is the portion having the smallest width in the transverse (25) direction.

[0080] The diaper has elastic barriers (29) located on the sides of the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26), sewn into the crotch (41) part, passing along the longitudinal (24) direction, ensuring a tight fit of the crotch (41) part to the legs and tightness, preventing lateral leakage of liquid, in the transverse (25) direction, along the lateral longitudinal edges of the crotch (41) area. Elastane, spandex or other materials can be used as elastic leg barriers (29) for the legs, providing the necessary elasticity, a tight fit to the legs and preventing liquid leakage.

[0081] On the outer (side) longitudinal edges of the crotch (41) area, there are elastic 3D bumpers (28), providing a tight fit around the legs, creating an additional protective barrier to prevent lateral leakage of liquid, in the transverse (31) direction, along the side edges of the crotch area (41). The 3D bumpers (28) can be attached to the top sheet and / or the back sheet of the diaper, and are located outside in the transverse (25) direction in relation to the elastic barriers (29). Elastic 3D bumpers (28) allow you to adapt to the shape of the body and provide a comfortable fit. 3D bumpers (28) have a three-dimensional design with a relief, multi-layer or corrugated structure. The bumpers (28) stretch and compress, repeating the movements of the user, but at the same time retain their shape and do not pinch the skin. The sides (28) are made of elastic, water-repellent materials, such as polypropylene and elastane, providing comfort during use.When pressure is applied, the panels rise slightly along the inner thigh, creating a voluminous barrier. The surface of the panels (28) may have micro-relief or perforation to improve breathability.

[0082] Elastic barriers (29) sewn into the crotch (41) part promote the elasticity, fit and tightness of the 3D bumpers (28).

[0083] The barriers (29) and 3D bumpers (28) are made of breathable, liquid-impermeable, and water-repellent material. When the diaper is worn, the elastic elements (29) that form a tight cuff compress the 3D bumpers (28), thereby preventing liquid from leaking laterally.

[0084] In the back waist area (35), next to the elastic waistband (27) of the diaper, there is an internal barrier pocket (44) in the form of a soft fold / pocket made of non-woven material with elastic elements (ribbon or elastic band). The barrier pocket (44) runs along the rear end of the back waist area (35) and helps retain liquid stool and reduce the risk of liquid leaking through the upper part of the back waist area (35) onto the user's back. The barrier pocket (44) can be made of soft non-woven material and is attached by heat welding or ultrasonic welding to the inside of the back waist area (35) and adjacent layers of the product. The elastic elements allow the barrier to maintain its shape and press lightly against the body when the user lies on his back.

[0085] On the outside of the diaper, in the central longitudinal zone of the absorbent section, is a wetness indicator (40) in the form of a thermochromic / moisture-sensitive strip that changes color when wet. The wetness indicator (40) can be sewn, printed, or laminated onto the outer surface of the back (bottom) sheet of the diaper facing away from the user's skin. The wetness indicator (40) helps determine the fullness of the diaper and promptly change it to avoid irritation and overheating.

[0086] The diaper includes a front top sheet that contacts the user's skin, is permeable to liquid, a back bottom sheet that does not contact the user's skin, is impermeable to liquid and permeable to air and vapor, and an absorbent core (26) located between the top and bottom sheets, having an elongated shape in the longitudinal (24) direction corresponding to the front-back direction of the user, and a transverse (25) direction perpendicular to the longitudinal (24) direction.

[0087] The top (front) sheet and the bottom (back) sheet are joined to each other at an edge joint around the periphery of the absorbent core (26), such as by adhesive or welding.

[0088] The liquid-permeable face (top) sheet comprises a non-woven upper surface fabric (1.15) facing the wearer's skin and a non-woven fabric (2.16) for discharging hot air. The top sheet is generally located in close proximity to the surface of the core (26). The top sheet is made of a material that is easily deformed, hypoallergenic, and soft to the touch. The top sheet is produced using hot air, ensures rapid penetration and drainage of liquid, and has a perforated structure to increase the flow rate of liquid.

[0089] The density of non-woven fabric is 36g / m, which can vary from 18 to 38g / m.

[0090] The back (lower) sheet (13, 14, 22, 23), which is impermeable to liquid and permeable to vapor and air, and does not face the user's skin, includes a polyethylene "breathable" film (13, 22) and a film (14, 23) made of a composite non-woven material, and as a whole is a part of the diaper located in close proximity to the surface of the core (26) facing the clothes and prevents the contamination of underwear and bedding with body secretions absorbed and contained in the diaper. The thin breathable film allows vapor to escape from the diaper, but at the same time prevents liquid body secretions from passing out. The back sheet is soft to the touch, reducing the risk of overheating and skin irritation.

[0091] The absorbent (absorbent) core (26) has an elongated shape in the longitudinal (24) direction (front-back), corresponding to the front-back direction of the user, and has a longitudinal (24) and transverse (25) direction perpendicular to the longitudinal (24) direction.

[0092] The core (26) is a single, solid multi-layer structure consisting of a central longitudinal part and two lateral, left and right, longitudinal parts running along the entire length of the core (26) in the longitudinal (24) direction, while the thickness of the central longitudinal part is less than the thickness of the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26), which allows for better bending of the core (26) under lateral pressure, reduce the gap between the legs, improve fit and comfort.

[0093] The central and lateral parts of the core (26) are parallel and rectilinear to each other along the longitudinal (24) direction of the core (26).

[0094] The width of the central longitudinal part of the core (26) in the transverse (25) direction may be equal to the width of the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) or less than the width of the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26).

[0095] Each of the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) contains two, upper (33) and lower (34), groups of absorbent elements (layers), located one above the other, and the central longitudinal part of the core (26) contains one group (36) of absorbent elements (layers).

[0096] The central longitudinal part of the core (26) (Fig. 1) consists of the following layers sequentially laid from top to bottom: a non-woven layer - spunlace (17), a layer (18) of superabsorbent polymer (SAP), a layer (19) of fluffy fibers, a layer (20) of superabsorbent polymer (SAP), a layer (21) of non-woven material - spunbond.

[0097] Each upper (33) group of lateral longitudinal parts of the absorbent core (26) (Fig. 1) consists of the following layers sequentially laid from top to bottom: a non-woven spunlace layer (3), a layer (4) of superabsorbent polymer (SAP), a layer (5) of fluffy fibers, a layer (6) of superabsorbent polymer (SAP), a layer (7) of non-woven material - spunbond.

[0098] Each lower (34) group of lateral longitudinal parts of the absorbent core (26) consists of the following layers sequentially laid from top to bottom: non-woven layer (8) - spunbond, layer (9) of superabsorbent polymer (SAP), layer (10) of fluffy fibers, layer (11) of superabsorbent polymer (SAP), layer (12) of non-woven material - spunlace.

[0099] The central longitudinal part of the core (26) contains two layers of SAP (18,20), and the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) contain four layers of SAP (4, 6, 9, 11).

[0100] The presence of several absorbent layers in the core (26) allows for increased capacity for absorption and storage of body secretions, reducing the risk of leaks.

[0101] The density of each upper (33) and lower (34) structure of the side longitudinal parts of the core (26) is 410 g / m, can vary in the range from 330 to 500 g / m.

[0102] The upper (33) and lower (34) groups of the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) have the same length and width along the longitudinal (24) direction of the core (26). The use of two groups in the lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) increases the liquid storage capacity.

[0103] The central longitudinal portion of the core (26) has a thickness smaller than the thickness of the lateral longitudinal portions of the core (26), has a smaller amount of superabsorbent polymer compared to the lateral longitudinal portions of the core (26), and is designed to be compressed or deformed under lateral pressure, which reduces the space occupied by the crotch of the diaper between the legs. When the central longitudinal portion of the core (26) is compressed, the lateral longitudinal portions of the core (26) are brought closer together, bending towards each other, forming an increased absorption capacity and forming a protective barrier to prevent lateral leakage of liquid, both during sleep and during wearing.

[0104] The central longitudinal part of the core (26), due to its smaller thickness, forms a channel for the longitudinal flow of liquid with low resistance in the longitudinal (24) direction of the product, which accelerates its distribution and absorption.

[0105] After liquid enters, it flows primarily along the central region before diffusing and being absorbed into both the central and the left and right lateral longitudinal sections of the core (26). Liquid absorption will occur over a larger area (volume) of the core (26): both the central longitudinal section of the core (26) and the lateral longitudinal sections of the core (26) simultaneously, reducing the risk of liquid leakage along the center and sides of the core (26).

[0106] The central longitudinal core (26) is thinner and more easily compresses (bends) and deforms with leg movements, reducing the feeling of stretching in the crotch area (41) and pressure on the inner thighs, improving fit and comfort. The flexible central core reduces the amount of structural padding between the legs, improving the fit when the legs are naturally brought together, and improving freedom of movement.

[0107] The density of the material of the central longitudinal part of the absorbent core (26) is 410 g / m, can vary in the range from 330 to 500 g / m.

[0108] Between the upper, liquid-permeable sheet (1, 15) and the core (26), a non-woven fabric (2, 16) with a fleecy layer (ADL layer) is located. This layer (ADL) is designed to remove hot air. This layer evenly and directionally distributes incoming liquid along the entire length of the diaper core (26), preventing it from accumulating in one place in a lump, reducing localized liquid accumulation. The ADL layer reduces liquid backflow and has a high porosity. The density of the non-woven fabric is 12 g / m, which can vary in the range of 8 to 14 g / m.

[0109] The non-woven spunlace fabric (3, 12, 17) of the central and lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) is made of woven fiber (no glue) and is designed to evenly distribute liquid, has good absorbency, is highly durable, and ensures directed liquid flow. It increases the structural stability of the core (26).

[0110] Super-absorbent polymer (SAP) (4, 6, 9, 11, 18, 20) in the central and lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) quickly absorbs incoming liquid, turning it into a gel and preventing backflow (release) of liquid, ensuring a dry appearance. It has a high liquid absorption rate (up to 100 times its own weight) and high retention capacity.

[0111] The fluffy fiber (5, 10, 19) in the central and lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) ensures rapid passage and absorption of incoming liquid. Its highly porous structure prevents SAP from clumping.

[0112] Non-woven microporous polymer material (spunbond) (7, 8, 21) of the central and lateral longitudinal parts of the core (26) has high strength. Ensures the preservation of the superabsorbent and fibers, preventing their delamination. Maintains the integrity of the core (26).

[0113] The lower liquid-impermeable sheet, which does not face the user's skin, is composed of two films (13, 22 and 14, 23).

[0114] The lower breathable film (13, 22) is made of polyethylene and has a microporous structure. The film acts as a protective barrier for liquids, preventing leakage (it is waterproof). The film converts liquid into vapor and releases it to the outside. The film's density is 16 g / m2, but can vary from 14 to 18 g / m2.

[0115] The bottom film (14.23) has a composite structure consisting of polyethylene film and non-woven fabric. It has increased wear resistance and strength. The material density is 18 g / m2, which can vary from 16 to 22 g / m2.

[0116] The diaper has an elastic band (27) running across the upper (end) portion of the front (30) and back (35) waist area of the diaper for a comfortable fit and to seal the diaper in the waist area. The elastic band (27) is located in the area between the top sheet of the diaper, which is in contact with the skin, and the bottom sheet of the diaper, which is not in contact with the user's skin. The elastic band (27) allows the waist areas (30, 35) to be stretched or tightened laterally, facilitating the placement of the diaper around the user's waist, ensuring a tight fit and good sealing during use. The elastic band (27) also helps prevent leakage. Various elastic materials can be used as the elastic waistband (27) of the diaper, such as synthetic rubber, latex, spandex (elastane), or polypropylene combined with elastane. The waistband (27) can be made of an elastic band.

[0117] The front (30) and back (35) waist regions of the diaper are connected to each other in the fastening zones (37, 38) by connecting the side edge sections (42, 43) of the front and back waist regions (30, 35) to each other by welding or using fasteners.

[0118] The front (30) and back (35) waist regions can be connected to each other, for example, by means of fastening elements in the form of tongues (petals) located on each side edge section (42) of the back waist region (35), for detachable and relockable fastening of the diaper around the waist of the user. The fastening elements can be made in the form of an adhesive or hook tape, secured to the side edge sections (43) of the front (30) waist region.

[0119] All components of the diaper can be connected to each other by conventional means such as adhesive, heat bonding or ultrasonic welding.

[0120] The back sheet can be attached to the top sheet, absorbent core or any other element of the diaper by any fastening methods, such as adhesive.

[0121] The fastening of the diaper parts can be done in any part of the waist opening circumference (such as the sides, the front waist part and other areas).

[0122] Adjacent layers and components of the product can be bonded to each other using conventional bonding methods, such as adhesive.

[0123] A pair of side seals, a waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed by connecting both side edge portions (42,43) of the outer cover extending along the longitudinal (24) direction in each of the front (30) region and the back (35) region.

[0124] The pant diaper can be put on the user by threading the user's legs through the leg openings and then pulling them up to the desired position around the waist.

[0125] The stated diaper pants can be made manually or industrially on a high-speed production line.

[0126] The analysis of the state of the art has allowed us to establish that there are no analogues with a set of essential features identical to the essential features of the claimed diaper, which indicates that the claimed product meets the patentability requirement of “novelty”.
