Description

[0001] FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

[0002] The utility model relates to the field of electrochemistry, in particular to the marking of anodes of an anode cell, more specifically to the means and methods for marking anodes of an anode cell, and more specifically to a fastening element for marking the anode of an anode cell.

[0003] STATE OF THE ART

[0004] At present, various fasteners with an identification means applied to them or with markings applied to them are widely used in various industries, including for mandatory marking of the anode of the anode cell, ensuring the possibility of identifying such anode of the anode cell using the specified marking.

[0005] However, markings applied to the surfaces of fastening elements for anode cell anodes for identifying such anode cell anodes are often difficult to distinguish from the surfaces of the fastening elements themselves to which they are applied, that is, said markings may at least partially or completely merge with said surfaces of the fastening elements of the anode cell anodes, which may complicate the task of identifying such markings on such surfaces of the fastening elements of the anode cell as a result of their scanning and, therefore, may complicate the task of identifying such anode cell anodes provided with such fastening elements, using said markings.

[0006] Furthermore, the use of anode cell anodes often results in contamination of the surfaces of the anode cell anodes themselves and, consequently, contamination of the markings applied to the surfaces of the fasteners with which such anode cell anodes are provided for marking them, as a result of which such contaminated markings may at least partially or completely merge with the contaminated surfaces of the fasteners for the anode cell anodes, which in turn may complicate the task of detecting such markings on such surfaces of the fasteners for the anode cell when scanning them and, consequently, may complicate the task of identifying such anode cell anodes provided with such fasteners using said markings.

[0007] Thus, one of the obvious disadvantages of the fastening elements for marking the anodes of the anode cell, known in the prior art, is the increased difficulty of identifying the anodes of the anode cell during the operation of such anode cell anodes when scanning the markings applied to the surfaces of the fastening elements with which such anode cell anodes are provided for their marking.

[0008] One of the illustrative examples of a fastening element for marking the anode of an anode cell is described in International Publication No. 2016097968 (hereinafter WO 2016097968) dated June 23, 2016 (IPC: C25C 3 / 06, C25C 3 / 12), published on December 10, 2007. In particular, the fastening element for marking the anode of the anode cell, disclosed in the publication WO 2016097968, is a bolt and contains a rod, made with the possibility of its connection with the anode of the anode cell and having a thread, made with the possibility of screwing a nut on it for fixing the said fastening element, and a cap connected to the rod, wherein a metal foil is fixed to the cap, on which a high-contrast marking in the form of a two-dimensional barcode is applied by laser ablation, allowing the identification of the said anode of the anode cell.

[0009] The fastening element for marking the anode of an anode cell disclosed in WO 2016097968 has the same drawback as other fastening elements for marking the anode of an anode cell known in the prior art, in particular, it provides increased difficulty in identifying the anode of an anode cell during its operation when scanning the marking applied to the surface of the fastening element with which such anode of an anode cell is provided for its marking. In particular, the foil on the cap of the fastening element, on which the marking is applied, allowing for the identification of the anode of an anode cell, which is provided with the said fastening element, can easily be deformed during the operation of such anode of an anode cell, damaging the said applied marking, which will make it difficult to identify the shape of the said marking when it is scanned using a scanning device.Furthermore, the foil on the fastener cap, which bears a marking that allows for the identification of the anode of the anode cell equipped with said fastener, hinders the identification of said marking when scanning it with a scanning device due to glare (flare) created by said foil when scanning said marking with a scanning device. In other words, in WO 2016097968, the foil on the fastener cap, which bears a marking that allows for the identification of the anode of the anode cell equipped with said fastener, hinders the visibility of the marking on said fastener.

[0010] There is thus an obvious need for further improvement of fasteners for marking anodes of anode cells, in particular for improving the visibility of markings on fasteners connected to anodes of anode cells.

[0011] Therefore, the main technical problem solved by the present utility model consists in creating a fastening element for marking the anode of an anode cell, in which the above-mentioned drawback, consisting in the poor visibility of the marking on the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell, is at least partially eliminated.

[0012] An additional technical problem solved by the present utility model is the expansion of the arsenal of fastening means for marking the anodes of anode cells.

[0013] Furthermore, other technical problems can be solved in various embodiments of the present utility model, which are described in this document and which disclose various features of the improvement / modification of the present utility model, each of which is aimed at solving at least one of the other technical problems indicated and each of which provides at least one of the additional or alternative technical results formulated in this document.

[0014] DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[0015] The objective of the present utility model is to create a fastening element for marking the anode of an anode cell, which would solve the above-mentioned main technical problem or the above-mentioned additional technical problem.

[0016] The stated problem is solved in the present utility model due to the fact that in the proposed fastening element for marking the anode of the anode cell, in which the body of the fastening element is made with the possibility of connection with the anode of the anode cell, in the body of the fastening element a recess is made, the shape of which is made to correspond to a graphic mark, allowing to identify the said anode of the anode cell, and which is filled with a curable contrast agent with the formation of a marking, corresponding in shape to the said recess, on the fastening element.

[0017] The fastening element for marking the anode of the anode cell according to the present utility model provides the main technical result, which consists in improving the visibility of the marking made on the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell, which in turn simplifies identification and helps to increase the accuracy of identification of the anode of the anode cell using the marking made on the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell.In particular, the improved visibility of the marking made on the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell for marking this anode of the anode cell is due to the fact that the recess of the fastening element is made directly in the body of the fastening element and has a shape made in accordance with the graphic mark that allows for the identification of the said anode of the anode cell, and the curable contrast agent filling the recess of the fastening element to form a marking corresponding in shape to the said recess on the fastening element makes the said shape of the recess more noticeable or distinguishable (i.e. stands out in brightness and / or color) against the background of the area of the surface of the body of the fastening element (i.e.against the surrounding background) surrounding the said recess of the body of the fastening element, which in turn makes the said marking of the fastening element, formed as a result of filling the recess of the body of the fastening element with a contrast agent, more noticeable or distinguishable.

[0018] The fastening element for marking the anode of an anode cell according to the present utility model provides an additional technical result, which consists in creating a fastening element for marking the anode of an anode cell, which is an alternative to known fastening elements for marking the anode of an anode cell.

[0019] The fastening element for marking the anode of the anode cell according to the present utility model provides another additional technical result, which consists in increasing the probability of detecting the marking formed from a hardening contrast agent filling a recess on the surface of the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell.In particular, the increased probability of detecting a marking formed from a curable contrast agent filling a recess on the surface of the body of a fastening element connected to the anode of an anode cell is due to the fact that the curable contrast agent filling the recess of the body of the fastening element creates a difference in contrast between the said recess and the surrounding surface of the body of the fastening element, which is clearly distinguishable when scanning the said fastening element to detect the marking, which increases the accuracy of detecting the shape of the said recess, which is made immediately corresponding to the graphic mark, allowing the identification of the said anode of the anode cell.

[0020] The fastening element for marking the anode of the anode cell according to the present utility model provides another additional technical result, which consists in simplifying the identification of the anode of the anode cell using markings applied to the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell.In particular, the simplified identification of the anode of the anode cell using the marking applied to the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell is due to the fact that the shape of the recess made in the body of the fastening element is made immediately corresponding to the graphic mark, which allows for the identification of the said anode of the anode cell, so that when scanning this fastening element, the detection of the shape of such a single recess made in the body of the fastening element already allows for the identification of the anode of the anode cell itself, while the curable contrast agent, filling the recess of the body of the fastening element with the formation of a marking corresponding in shape to the said recess, on the fastening element, makes the said shape of the recess more noticeable or distinguishable (i.e.stands out by brightness and / or color) against the background of the areas of the surface of the body of the fastening element surrounding the specified recess, which in turn makes the specified marking of the fastening element, formed as a result of filling the recess of the body of the fastening element with a contrast agent, more noticeable or distinguishable.

[0021] According to one embodiment of the present utility model, a curable contrast agent filling a recess in the body of a fastening element connected to the anode of an anode cell forms a bulge on the body of the fastening element that corresponds in shape to the said recess.

[0022] The formation of a convexity on the body of the fastening element, which corresponds in shape to a recess in the body of the fastening element, from a curable contrast agent filling said recess with the formation of a marking, corresponding in shape to said recess, on the fastening element, makes said marking convex, that is, gives said marking a rounded-outwardly curved shape, which also makes its contribution to the above-formulated main technical result, which consists in improving the visibility of the marking applied to the body of the fastening element, connected to the anode of the anode cell, which in turn also helps to simplify identification and helps to increase the accuracy of identification of the anode of the anode cell with the help of such marking. In particular, the curable contrast agent in the recess formed in the body of the fastener and the bulge on the body of the fastener formed by said curable contrast agent, in combination with one another, improve the visibility (noticeability) of the marking formed from said curable contrast agent on the body of the fastener when said marking is scanned by a scanning device. It should be noted that the improved visibility (noticeability) of such marking on the body of the fastener, in which a recess is formed filled with a curable contrast agent with the formation of a bulge of this curable contrast agent on the body of the fastener, is due to the fact that the curable contrast agent itself makes such marking more noticeable or distinguishable (i.e.distinguishes it by brightness and / or color) from the surrounding background, that is, from the background of the area of the surface of the body of the fastening element surrounding the said recess, including in the event of contamination of the body of the fastening element during the operation of the fastening element in interaction with the anode of the anode cell, while the convexity formed from the said curable contrast agent reduces the likelihood of accumulation of contaminants on its outer curved surface from the said curable contrast agent, thereby improving the distinguishability of this curable contrast agent from the background of the said surrounding area of the surface of the body of the fastening element when scanning the said fastening element for the purpose of identifying the anode of the anode cell and, consequently, improving the distinguishability of the shape of such marking, the detection of which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell.Furthermore, the convexity formed from such a curable contrast agent will provide refraction and reflection of light distinct from the surrounding area of the fastener body surface (i.e., from the surrounding background) due to its rounded, outwardly curved surface, providing a contrast transition at the junction of the outer surface of the fastener and said convexity, so that a clear line defining the contour of the convexity will be formed along the perimeter of the convexity. Thus, such a clear line defining the contour of the convexity will unambiguously indicate the boundary of the contrast spot of the curable contrast agent filling the recess of the fastener body to form a marking on the fastener, eliminating visual blurring or spreading of said contrast spot, thereby improving the visibility of such a raised marking of the curable contrast agent on the fastener. In other words, the improved visibility of such a raised marking made of a curable contrast agent on a fastener is due to the fact that the curable contrast agent allows the fastener marking to be distinguished by its brightness and / or color against the surrounding background of the fastener, and the formation of a raised area made of said curable contrast agent allows the contour or boundaries of this fastener marking to be clearly defined. In turn, the improved visibility of such a raised marking made of a curable contrast agent on a fastener simplifies and facilitates the increased accuracy of identifying / recognizing the shape of the marking on the fastener, thereby facilitating the simplified identification and / or increased accuracy of identifying the anode of the anode cell using such a raised marking made of a curable contrast agent on a fastener that can be connected to said anode of the anode cell.

[0023] According to another embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent filling the recess formed in the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell may additionally contain a luminescent component.

[0024] The presence of a luminescent component in the composition of a curable contrast agent filling a recess formed in the body of the fastening element also makes its contribution to the above-formulated main technical result, which consists in improving the visibility of the marking applied to the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell, in particular by improving the visibility or distinguishability of such marking against the background of the area of the surface of the body of the fastening element surrounding the said recess, including by highlighting the said marking by brightness and / or color against the background of the said surrounding area of the surface of the body of the fastening element in conditions of limited visibility, in conditions of poor / insufficient lighting or in the shadow of surrounding objects (including in the morning, daytime, evening and / or nighttime).

[0025] It should also be noted that the bulge of the contrast agent with the luminescent component formed on the surface of the fastening element body will stand out as a contrast spot against the background of the surrounding area of the fastening element body surface (i.e. against the surrounding background) in conditions of limited visibility (including during the daytime in low light or shading of the location of the anode of the anode cell, to which such a fastening element can be connected, which is often typical for special workshops or premises of industrial enterprises in which such anode of the anode cell can be located) or in the dark.Furthermore, the convexity itself will provide refraction and reflection of light distinct from the surrounding surface of the fastener body, due to its rounded, outwardly curved surface, thereby providing a contrast transition where the outer surface of the fastener body transitions into said convexity, so that a clear line defining the contour of the convexity will be formed along the perimeter of the convexity. Such a clear line defining the contour of the convexity will thus unambiguously designate the boundary of the contrast spot corresponding to the contrast agent with a luminescent component and illuminated by the presence of this luminescent component in the contrast agent, eliminating its visual blurring, thereby improving the visibility of the marking on the fastener and thereby facilitating simplified identification and increased accuracy of identification of the anode of the anode cell using such marking on the fastener connected to the anode of the anode cell.

[0026] According to another embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent filling the recess formed in the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell may additionally contain an adhesive component.

[0027] The presence of an adhesive component in the composition of the curable contrast agent filling the recess formed in the body of the fastening element also makes its contribution to the above-formulated main technical result, which consists in improving the visibility of the marking applied to the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell, in particular due to the improvement of the visibility or distinguishability of such marking against the background of the area of the surface of the body of the fastening element surrounding the said recess, including due to a more reliable connection of the curable contrast agent with the surface of the said recess, which minimizes the likelihood of such marking falling out of the said recess during the operation of the fastening element in interaction with the anode of the anode cell.

[0028] Furthermore, the presence of an adhesive component in the composition of the curable contrast agent, which fills the recess made in the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell, provides another technical result, which consists in increasing the strength or reliability of the marking from the curable contrast agent on the body of the fastening element. It should be noted that the increased strength and reliability of the marking made of the curable contrast agent, which fills the recess of the body of the fastening element, as a result of the presence of an adhesive component in the composition of the said curable contrast agent, are due to the fact that this curable contrast agent, which forms the said marking, is more firmly connected to the microcracks and rough areas formed on the surface of the recess during its execution in the body of the fastening element, and has a stronger / denser structure, as a result of which the said marking does not fall out of the said recess and is less susceptible to destruction or crumbling under various external influences on the hardened contrast agent, which forms the said marking.

[0029] Furthermore, the presence of an adhesive component in the composition of the curable contrast agent, which fills the recess made in the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell, provides another technical result, which consists in increasing the reliability and strength of the fastening element itself. It should be noted that the increased reliability and strength of the fastening element itself, the body of which is connected to the anode of the anode cell, as a result of the presence of an adhesive component in the composition of the curable contrast agent filling the recess formed in the body of the fastening element, are essentially due to the increased strength and reliability of the marking made of the curable contrast agent, since the reduced probability of the marking falling out of the said recess and the lesser susceptibility of this marking to destruction or crumbling under various external influences on the cured contrast agent forming the said marking, minimize the likelihood of the occurrence of zones of reduced strength in the body of the fastening element and minimize the likelihood of an unsuccessful attempt to scan the fastening element due to the loss of its marking.

[0030] According to another embodiment of the present utility model, the recess made in the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell can be made in a thickening or bulge of the body of the fastening element.

[0031] The formation of a recess filled with a curable contrast agent in a thickening or convexity of the body of the fastening element also contributes to the above-formulated main technical result, which consists in improving the visibility of the marking applied to the body of the fastening element connected to the anode of the anode cell, in particular due to the fact that the curable contrast agent forming the marking is to a greater extent removed from the surface of the body of the anode cell and, therefore, can be better (with a higher probability) separated by color / shade from the area of the surface of the body of the fastening element surrounding said recess.

[0032] Furthermore, the provision of a recess filled with a curable contrast agent in a thickening or convexity of the fastener body provides the aforementioned additional technical result of increasing the strength or reliability of the fastener itself. It should also be noted that the increased strength or reliability of the fastener resulting from the provision of a recess filled with a curable contrast agent in a thickening or convexity of the fastener body is due to the fact that such a recess has a lesser effect on the thickness of the fastener body, allowing the fastener to withstand greater mechanical loads or impacts.

[0033] It should be noted that, depending on the specific embodiment of the present utility model and the technical solution disclosed in one of the information sources constituting the state of the art for the present utility model and selected as the closest analogue (prototype) for the present utility model, the fastening element for marking the anode of the anode cell according to the present utility model can provide at least one of the following additional or alternative technical results: (i) increasing the service life of the marking on the body of the fastening element, (ii) increasing the service life of the fastening element with the marking applied to its body, (iii) increasing the safety of using the anode of the anode cell provided with such a fastening element with the marking applied to its body, (iv) simplifying the identification of the anode of the anode cell using the marking applied to the body of the fastening element,(v) increasing the speed or acceleration of the identification of the anode of the anode cell using the marking applied to the body of the fastener, (vi) reducing the influence of third-party / external factors on the result of the identification of the anode of the anode cell using the marking applied to the body of the fastener, (vii) increasing the reliability of the result of the identification of the anode of the anode cell using the marking applied to the body of the fastener, (viii) reducing the computing resources that can be used by the computing device when processing images of the fastener on the anode of the anode cell to detect, by means of this computing device, a marking on such images that makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell, (ix) increasing the versatility of the marking on the body of the fastener, etc.,

[0067] The fastening element 10 shown in Fig. 1A-C may be made of any suitable material known in the art and selected depending on the material of the anode of the anode cell, in which such fastening element 10 should be fixed or with which such fastening element 10 should be connected, and depending on the environment in which the said anode of the anode cell is intended to be used.

[0068] In a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the cap 1 and the rod 2 in the fastening element 10 can both be made of fluoroplastic (fluoron), which is a plastic based on fluorinated polyolefins and / or their copolymers, in particular, they can be made of polyphenyl or a polymer. It should be noted that fluoroplastic as such has a high resistance to aggressive environments, in particular, it does not deteriorate under the influence of strong acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents, which means that the fastening element 10 made of fluoroplastic in such a preferred embodiment of the present utility model will not corrode, release degradation products into an aggressive electrolyte (i.e. acids, alkalis, molten salts), which is usually contained in the anode cell, and will not change its chemical composition, which could affect the operation of the anode in the anode cell.Furthermore, fluoroplastic exhibits high stability or resistance over a wide pH range (specifically, from 1 to 13), encompassing virtually all possible aggressive electrolytes (i.e., acids, alkalis, molten salts) typically found in an anode cell, minimizing the likelihood of fastener 10 reacting with said electrolyte. It should also be noted that when screwing or screwing fastener 10 into the anode cell's anode receiving opening, it is important that fastener 10 does not create galvanic connections or distort the potential distribution. However, fluoroplastic is a good insulating material, and the dielectric properties of fluoroplastic remain stable up to 200°C, and therefore the fastening element 10 made of fluoroplastic in such a preferred embodiment of the present utility model will not affect the electrochemical processes at the anode in the anode cell, but will only perform the mechanical function of fastening the identification or marking means on the anode of the anode cell. It should also be noted that fluoroplastic is practically not wetted, so that the surface area of the cap 1 made of fluoroplastic in such a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, surrounding the below-described recess 3 filled with the below-described curable contrast agent 4, will repel the aggressive electrolyte (i.e.acids, alkalis, molten salts), which the anode cell usually contains, with the prevention of this electrolyte from flowing into the micro-gaps between the fluoroplastic of the cap 1 and the curable contrast agent 4, which in turn will increase the durability and improve the visibility (increase the clarity) of the identification means or marking formed from the said curable contrast agent 4. In addition, the boundary between the fluoroplastic of the cap 1 and the below-described curable contrast agent 4, filling the below-described recess 3, will remain stable, since the fluoroplastic of the cap 1 in such a preferred embodiment of the present utility model will not enter into a chemical reaction with the curable contrast agent 4, which increases the durability and improves the visibility of the below-described identification means or marking applied to the cap 1.In addition, fluoroplastic has one of the lowest coefficients of friction among solids, which will facilitate the screwing or screwing of the fastening element 10 in such a preferred embodiment of the present utility model into the receiving opening of the anode of the anode cell, and will also prevent the jamming of the external thread 6 in the said opening of the anode of the anode cell, thereby simplifying the replacement and maintenance of such fastening element 10. In addition, fluoroplastic has high heat resistance, in particular it withstands temperatures from - 260 ° C to + 260 ° C, so that the fastening element 10 made of thermoplastic in such a preferred embodiment of the present utility model will perform its function under any temperature conditions of the anode cell.Furthermore, fluoroplastic does not release any substances into the environment under normal operating conditions, so that the fluoroplastic fastening element 10 in this preferred embodiment of the present utility model will not contaminate the anode of the anode cell and / or the electrolyte contained in said anode cell. In one variation of this preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the cap 1 and the rod 2 forming the fastening element 10 may be made of fluoroplastic-4 (F-4), i.e., polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Teflon, Fluon, or Polyflon. In another variation of this preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the cap 1 and the rod 2, forming the fastening element 10, can be made of fluoroplastic-3 (F-3), that is, polytrifluorochloroethylene (PCTFE), Kel-F material or Voltalef material. In yet another variation of this preferred embodiment of the present utility model, cap 1 and stem 2, forming fastening element 10, may be made of fluoroplastic-2 (F-2), i.e., polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or Kynar. In another variation of this preferred embodiment of the present utility model, cap 1 and stem 2, forming fastening element 10, may be made of fluoroplastic-40 (F-40), i.e., tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer (ETFE) or Tefzel. In some other variation of this preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the cap 1 and the rod 2, forming the fastening element 10, can be made of fluoroplastic-4MB (F-4MB), that is, of a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene with hexafluoropropylene (FEP).

[0069] In other embodiments of the present utility model, the cap 1 and the rod 2, forming the fastening element 10, can both be made from any known material suitable for connecting such fastening element 10 to the anode of the anode cell and suitable for using such fastening element 10 in the electrolyte contained in the anode cell.

[0070] It should be noted that the fastening member 10 can also be equivalently called a fastening member for marking the anode of the anode cell, an identification means for marking the anode of the anode cell, an identification member for marking the anode of the anode cell, an identification element for marking the anode of the anode cell, a marking means for marking the anode of the anode cell, a marking means for marking the anode of the anode cell, a marking element for marking the anode of the anode cell, a bolt for marking the anode of the anode cell, a screw for marking the anode of the anode cell, a fastener for marking the anode of the anode cell or the like. In turn, the anode of the anode cell, to which such a fastening element 10 described in this document can be connected, can be equivalently called as an anode of the anode cell with a marking applied to it or a marked anode of the anode cell.

[0071] As shown in Fig. 1A-C, the cap 1 has a generally circular shape. It should be noted that the cap 1 may have any suitable geometric shape known in the art, such as an oval, square, rectangle, triangle, quadrilateral, pentagon, hexagon, or the like.

[0072] In some embodiments of the present utility model, the cap 1 in the fastening element 10 may be further configured to be connected to the anode of the anode cell (not shown), which must be marked using such fastening element 10, or to be secured to such anode of the anode cell. In particular, in such embodiments of the present utility model, the cap 1 may be further provided with mechanical fastening or connecting means made on the inner side of the cap 1 facing the rod 2, with the possibility of interacting with the corresponding means made on the anode of the anode cell, wherein such connecting means of the cap 1 may be, for example, any suitable mechanical connecting means (e.g., fasteners, rivets, screws, self-tapping screws, bolts with nuts, grips, mounting grooves, hooks, hooks, latches, or the like).), known in the prior art, any suitable electromechanical connecting means (for example, electromechanical docking means, electromechanical gripping means, or the like), known in the prior art, magnetic means, electromagnetic means, vacuum grippers and / or the like. Alternatively, the cap 1 in such embodiments of the present utility model may be further configured to enter into detachable or non-detachable interaction with fastening or connecting means installed or made on the anode of the anode cell, ensuring the possibility of attaching or connecting the cap 1 to the said anode of the anode cell.

[0073] In one embodiment of the present utility model, the cap 1 may be additionally provided with one or more magnets (not shown), fixed to the cap 1 or embedded in the cap 1, for magnetizing such cap 1 to a section of the surface of the anode of the anode cell, made of a suitable magnetic material.

[0074] In another embodiment of the present utility model, the cap 1 may be additionally provided with an adhesive layer or adhesive coating (not shown) applied to the inner surface of the cap 1 facing the rod and being opposite the outer surface of the cap 1 used to apply markings to the fastening element 10, that is, opposite the outer surface of the cap 1, provided with a figure, image or sign corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing identification of the anode of the anode cell, to which the said fastening element 10 can be connected.

[0075] In yet another embodiment of the present utility model, the fastening element 10 can be screwed or screwed into the housing or body of the anode of the anode cell to form a single whole with it, which essentially makes it possible to mark such anode of the anode cell using the fastening element 10 with a marking applied thereto, corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell, which in turn ensures the possibility of accurately identifying such marked anode of the anode cell using a recognizable marking (i.e. a figure, image or sign made on the outer surface of the cap 1 and corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the target anode of the anode cell), with which the cap 1 in the said fastening element 10 is provided.

[0076] In other embodiments of the present utility model, the fastening element 10 may not be provided with the above-described external screw thread 6 and through hole 7, while this fastening element 10 can be made with the possibility of its detachable connection (i.e. connection with the possibility of disconnection) with the anode of the anode cell (not shown), which must be marked with the help of such fastening element 10, the possibility of its rigid connection (i.e. connection without the possibility of disconnection) with such anode of the anode cell, the possibility of its detachable fastening on such anode of the anode cell (i.e. fastening with the possibility of detachment) or the possibility of its rigid fastening on such anode of the anode cell (i.e. fastening without the possibility of detachment). In particular, in such other embodiments of the present utility model, the fastening element 10 (in particular, the cap 1 and / or the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10) can be additionally provided with mechanical fastening or connecting means, configured to interact with the counter means with which the marked anode of the anode cell (not shown) is equipped or provided, wherein such connecting means of the fastening element 10 can be, for example, any suitable mechanical connecting means (for example, fasteners, rivets, screws, self-tapping screws, bolts with nuts, grips, mounting grooves, hooks, hooks, latches or the like), known in the prior art, any suitable electromechanical connecting means (for example, electromechanical docking means, electromechanical gripping means or the like), known in the prior art, magnetic means, electromagnetic means, vacuum grippers and / or the like.Alternatively, the fastening element 10 (in particular, the cap 1 and / or the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10) in such other embodiments of the present utility model may be designed with the possibility of entering into a detachable or non-detachable interaction with fastening or connecting means installed or made on the marked anode of the anode cell (not shown), with the possibility of attaching or connecting this fastening element 10 (in particular, the cap 1 and / or the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10) to such anode of the anode cell.

[0077] In some embodiments of the present utility model, the fastening element 10 may not be provided with the above-described external screw thread 6 and through hole 7, while this fastening element 10 (in particular, the cap 1 and / or the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10) can be provided with one or more magnets (not shown), each fixed on this fastening element 10 (in particular, on the cap 1 included in the composition of such fastening element 10, or on the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10) or each embedded in this fastening element 10 (in particular, in the cap 1 included in the composition of such fastening element 10, or in the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10), for magnetizing such a cap 1 to the target area of the surface of the anode of the anode cell to be marked (not shown), made of a suitable magnetic material.

[0078] In some other embodiments of the present utility model, the fastening element 10 may not be provided with the above-described external screw thread 6 and through hole 7, while this fastening element 10 (in particular, the cap 1 and / or the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10) may be provided with an adhesive layer, an adhesive layer or an adhesive coating (not shown) applied to the outer surface of this fastening element 10 (in particular, the cap 1 and / or the rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10), for gluing such fastening element 10 to the marked anode of the anode cell (not shown).

[0079] In some other embodiments of the present utility model, the fastening element 10 may not be provided with the above-described external screw thread 6 and through hole 7, while this fastening element 10 (in particular, the cap 1 and / or rod 2 included in the composition of such fastening element 10) can be made with the possibility of its fixation in the marked anode of the anode cell (not shown) or the possibility of its fixation on such a marked anode of the anode cell.

[0080] Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 2-4, the cap 1 in the fastening element 10 shown in Fig. 1A-C is provided with recesses 3, which are made in the surface of the cap 1 on its outer side, which is opposite to the inner side of the cap 1, facing the rod 2 and entering into interaction with the anode of the anode cell when connecting the fastening element 10 to the anode of the anode cell, and which are given a shape and dimensions that ensure that the said recesses 3 correspond to a given (known) graphic mark in the form of a QR code, which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell, wherein the said recesses 3 are partially communicated or connected with each other and partially separated from each other. In other words, such a combined or composite recess, formed by a combination or combination of recesses 3 made in the cap 1, essentially represents a marking and corresponds, at least in form, to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing for the identification of the said anode of the anode cell, which allows for the implementation of a recognizable marking on the surface of the cap 1 or the application of a recognizable marking on the outer surface of the cap 1. In a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, each of the recesses 3 in the fastening element 10 can be made in the cap 1 by laser milling (engraving).

[0081] Information or data about the specified (known) graphic marks, each of which makes it possible to identify a corresponding one of the known anodes of the anode cell, can be stored in a database of graphic marks in a local or remote storage device (not shown), which can have or be accessed by a reading / scanning device (not shown) used for scanning the fastening element 10 for the purpose of reading / detecting the marking applied thereto and comparing such detected marking with one of the specified graphic marks, data about which are stored in the specified database of graphic marks, or a computing device that receives an image of the marking obtained by the specified reading / scanning device, with the provision of its processing for reading / detecting the specified marking on the outer surface of the cap 1 and with the provision of establishing a match between such read / detected marking and one of the specified specified graphic marks, data about which is stored in the specified database of graphic labels,

[0082] In one embodiment of the present utility model, a marking in the form of a single recess 3 made in the said outer surface of the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, may be applied to the outer surface of the cap 1, giving it a shape and / or dimensions corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the target anode of the anode cell, with which the said fastening element 10 may be connected. In particular, in this embodiment of the present utility model, such a single recess 3 may be made in the outer surface of the cap 1 in the form of a figure, image or sign, corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the target anode of the anode cell, with which the fastening element 10 may be connected.

[0083] In another embodiment of the present utility model, two recesses 3 can be made in the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, which in combination with each other (i.e. together) can correspond in shape to a given (known) graphic mark that allows identifying the target anode of the anode cell, with which the said fastening element 10 can be connected, while such recesses 3 can communicate (i.e. can be connected) with each other or can be separated from each other to form a marking on the outer surface of the cap 1. In other words, in this embodiment of the present utility model, the recesses 3 can have such a shape and / or dimensions that in combination with each other (i.e. together) they can form a figure, image or sign corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark that allows identifying the target anode of the anode cell, with which the said fastening element 10 can be connected fastener 10.

[0084] It should be noted that at least one or each of the recesses 3 made along the outer surface of the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10 may be, for example, a cutout, a slit, a notch, a pit, a groove, a notch, a trench, a furrow or any other depression that can perform the function of the recess 3 described in this document, and which can be given any suitable shape corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark or one of the parts of such a given (known) graphic mark, allowing to identify the target anode of the anode cell, with which the said fastening element 10 can be connected.

[0085] It should also be noted that each recess 3, which is provided with the outer surface of the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, which can be connected to the anode of the anode cell to be marked, can be made not only by laser milling, but also alternatively by turning, boring, drilling, milling with a cutter, piercing, cutting, punching, stamping, embossing, branding, inlaying, hydroforming, laser ablation, piercing electrical discharge machining, electrical discharge marking or engraving, electrochemical machining, chemical milling, photochemical machining, ultrasonic machining or the like.

[0086] The recesses 3 shown in Fig. 2-4, can be performed on the outer surface of the cap 1 in the fastening element 10 in such a way that they, in combination or in aggregate with each other, can form, for example, a QR code or a variety thereof (for example, a micro QR code, an EPC QR code, a GS-1 QR code, or the like), a bar code and its varieties, an alphabetic designation, a digital designation, an alphanumeric designation, a symbolic designation, a data matrix (Data matrix), an Aztec Code code, a MaxiCode code, a PDF417 code, an EAN / UPC code, a Code 128 code, a Code 39 code, an ITF-14 code, a Codabar code, a SBIN Product code, or any known distinctive graphic sign that can be automatically read from the surface of the cap 1 using any suitable reading device known in the art, ensuring the possibility of its subsequent identification.

[0087] As shown in Fig. 3, each of the recesses 3 formed in the outer surface of the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10 is completely filled or filled with a curable contrast agent 4 to form protrusions 5 on the said outer surface of the cap 1, wherein each of the said formed protrusions 5 corresponds in shape to one of the said recesses 3, wherein the said formed protrusion 5 substantially closes, covers or covers the said recess 3 to form at least one part of a recognizable marking on the outer surface of the cap 1 in the fastening element 10. In other words, the protrusions 5 formed on the outer surface of the cap 1 in the fastening element 10, in combination or combination with each other, form a figure, image or sign (i.e.recognizable marking), consisting of parts of the sign, each of which corresponds to one of the said convexities 5, which makes it possible to unambiguously mark the anode of the anode cell, with which the fastening element 10 must be connected, in order to subsequently ensure the possibility of precise identification of such marked anode of the anode cell with the help of such recognizable marking, read from the outer surface of the cap 1. It should be noted that a combined or composite convexity on the surface of the cap 1 in the fastening element 10, formed from a combination or combination of convexities 5, formed from a hardening contrast agent 4 on the outer surface of the cap 1 in the fastening element 10, will subsequently make it possible to establish or identify a recognizable marking by the shape of the said composite convexity, ensuring the possibility of precise or unambiguous identification of the anode of the anode cell, with which the fastening element 10 will be connected, with the help of the said recognizable marking. It should also be noted that the protrusions 5 formed from the hardening contrast agent 4 on the outer surface of the cap 1 in specified locations corresponding to each of the recesses 3 can be equivalently called elevations or protrusions.

[0088] As shown in Fig. 4, in the fastening element 10 according to the present utility model, shown in Fig. 1A-C, the recesses 3 made in the cap 1 can be completely filled or filled each with a curable contrast agent 4 without forming the above-described bulge 5 on the surface of the cap 1, but with the formation of a figure, image or sign of a given shape from the curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1, i.e.with the formation of a recognizable marking, which allows for the unambiguous marking of the target anode of the anode cell by means of said fastening element 10, connected to said target anode of the anode cell, which further ensures the possibility of precise identification of such marked anode of the anode cell by means of said recognizable marking on the surface of the cap 1 as a result of its reading or scanning, wherein said curable contrast agent 4 essentially highlights (at least by contrast) the recognizable marking on the surrounding background (that is, on the background of the sections or areas of the surface of the cap 1 surrounding the recesses 3), and the shape of such recognizable marking essentially corresponds to the combined shape formed from the combination of said recesses 3 on the surface of the cap 1.

[0089] In Fig. 5, for clarity, the recognizable marking itself is shown in the form of a QR code made of contrast agent 4 in a hardened state. In particular, the recognizable marking shown in Fig. 5 consists of a given set or combination of interconnected marking parts and individual marking parts, wherein each of the said marking parts essentially corresponds to one of the recesses 3 made in the cap 1. It should be noted that the parts of the recognizable marking shown in Fig. 5 are essentially removed from the corresponding recesses 3 made in the cap 1, for a clear illustration of the features of the execution and structure of this recognizable marking, made in the surface of the cap 1 as a result of filling or filling the said recesses 3 with contrast agent 4.

[0090] According to one embodiment of the present utility model, the recesses 3 made in the cap 1 in the fastening element 10 may be only partially filled or filled each with a curable contrast agent 4 without forming the above-described convexity 5 on the surface of the cap 1, but with the formation of a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, from the curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1, which makes it possible to unambiguously mark the target anode of the anode cell with the help of the said fastening element 10, connected to the said target anode of the anode cell, which subsequently ensures the possibility of accurately identifying such a marked anode of the anode cell with the help of the said recognizable marking on the surface of the cap 1 as a result of its reading or scanning.

[0091] In the embodiment of the present utility model, in which the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, shown in Fig. 1A-C, a single recess 3 is made, the shape of which corresponds to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing to identify the target anode of the anode cell, connected to the said fastening element 10, this recess 3 can be filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a bulge 5 on the surface of the said cap 1, the shape of which corresponds to the said recess 3, wherein the said bulge 5 from the curable contrast agent 4 essentially forms a recognizable marking on the surface of the cap 1. Alternatively, in this embodiment, this single recess 3 can be partially filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a figure, image or sign (i.e. a recognizable marking) from this curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1, i.e.a recognizable marking that allows for the identification of the target anode of the anode cell. As another alternative, in this embodiment, this single recess 3 can be completely filled with a curable contrast agent 4, forming a figure, image, or sign of this curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1, i.e., a recognizable marking that allows for the identification of the target anode of the anode cell.

[0092] In another embodiment of the present utility model, in which the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, shown in Fig. 1A-C, two recesses 3 are made which, in combination with each other (i.e. together), form a marking that corresponds in shape to a given (known) graphic mark that allows for the identification of the target anode of the anode cell connected to said fastening element 10, such recesses 3 can each be filled with a curable contrast agent 4 to form two bulges 5 on the surface of said cap 1, each of which corresponds in shape to one of said two recesses 3, while said bulges 5, in combination with each other (i.e. together), can form a combined or composite bulge on the surface of cap 1 in fastening element 10, which is a figure, image or sign made of this curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of cap 1, i.e.a recognizable marking that allows for the identification of said anode of the anode cell. Alternatively, in this embodiment, both recesses 3 may be partially filled with a curable contrast agent 4, forming a figure, image, or sign of this curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1, formed from two parts of the sign, each of which corresponds to one of said two recesses 3, i.e., forming a recognizable marking that allows for the identification of the target anode of the anode cell connected to the fastening element 10.As a further alternative, in this embodiment, both recesses 3 can be completely filled with a curable contrast agent 4, each forming a figure, image or sign from this curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1, formed from two parts of the sign, each of which corresponds to one of the two recesses 3, that is, forming a recognizable marking that allows the target anode of the anode cell to be identified, connected to the fastening element 10.

[0093] It should be noted that the curable contrast agent 4, after filling the recesses 3 in the fastening element 10 shown in Fig. 1A-C, can transition to a solid state or harden as a result of interaction with the surrounding air, under the influence of ultraviolet radiation, under the influence of elevated temperature, under the influence of infrared radiation, as a result of a chemical reaction involving the contrast agent 4 or any other suitable method known in the art. In particular, as a curable contrast agent 4 used to fill the recesses 3 in the fastening element 10, UV-curable inks or varnishes (e.g., white UV inks, black UV inks, colored UV inks, transparent UV varnishes, pigmented UV varnishes, etc.), heat-curable paints or enamels (e.g., white heat-resistant enamel, black heat-curable enamel, yellow or red colored heat-resistant enamel, etc.) can be used.), two-component epoxy paints or marking compounds (e.g. white epoxy paint or putty, black epoxy paint, colored epoxy compound, etc.), anaerobic paints or marking compounds (e.g. white anaerobic marking compounds, colored anaerobic compounds, etc.), specialized contrast compounds for laser marking (e.g. white or light additives for dark plastics, dark additives for light plastics, etc.).

[0094] Figure, image or sign, i.e. The recognizable marking obtained on the surface of cap 1 as a result of filling the recesses 3 with the curable contrast agent 4 increases the accuracy of identifying the anode of the anode cell to which fastening element 10 must be connected, ensuring the marking of said anode of the anode cell, as a result of reading / scanning such a recognizable marking on the surface of cap 1, which is part of said fastening element 10. It should be noted that the increased accuracy of identifying the anode of the anode cell to which fastening element 10 is connected, in cap 1 of which recesses 3 are made, each partially or completely filled with curable contrast agent 4, is due to the fact that the curable contrast agent 4 in the recesses 3 increases the probability of detecting a figure, image or sign (i.e. a recognizable marking) from the contrast agent 4 on the surface of cap 1.In particular, the increased probability of detecting a recognizable marking on the outer surface of cap 1, which is part of fastening element 10, connected to the anode of the anode cell, is due to the fact that contrast agent 4, which partially or completely fills the recesses 3 made in the said outer surface of cap 1, makes such a figure, image or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking) more noticeable or distinguishable (i.e., highlights it by brightness and / or color) against the background of sections or areas of the outer surface of cap 1, surrounding the said recesses 3, including when such fastening element 10 is contaminated during the operation of the said anode of the anode cell.

[0095] It should be noted that when the recesses 3 are completely filled or filled with the curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of bulges 5 on the surface of the cap 1, in which the said recesses 3 are made, this curable contrast agent 4 is essentially located not only within each of the internal spaces of the recesses 3, limited by the bottom of the recess 3, located at a given distance equal to the depth of the recess 3, from the surface of the cap 1, in which the said recess 3 is made, and limited by the side walls of the recess 3, connected to the said bottom of the recess 3, but also partially extends beyond the limits of the said internal space of the recess 3 with an overlap on the edge sections of the said surface of the cap 1, adjacent to the said recess 3, and with the formation of beadings of the curable contrast agent 4,forming corresponding protrusions 5 on the said surface of the cap 1 and each protruding beyond or each extending from the said surface of the cap 1 by a given distance, equal in total to the height of the said projection,

[0096] It should also be noted that each of the convexities 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1 shown in Fig. 3 has a cross-sectional shape that generally corresponds to a segment of a circle or a semicircle, so that the upper part or apex of said convexity 5 is the farthest from said outer surface of the cap 1 and is generally made rounded (i.e. has a rounded-outwardly convex surface), while the rounded design of the upper part or apex of said convexity 5 reduces the likelihood of contamination of such a convexity 5, since at least some of the contaminants that have fallen on this apex of the convexity 5, which has a rounded-outwardly convex surface, during the operation of the anode of the anode cell with the fastening element 10 connected to it, will roll off or slide off the surface of said convexity 5, thereby increasing the accuracy of establishing or identifying a figure, image or sign (i.e.recognizable marking) according to the shape of the said convexity 5, since the said contaminants will to a lesser extent interfere with accurately establishing or identifying the said shape of the convexity 5.

[0097] Furthermore, the protrusions 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, each formed from the curable contrast agent 3-1, will provide for the refraction and reflection of light that are different from the surrounding area of the surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10 (i.e. different from the surrounding background), due to their rounded-outwardly curved surfaces, ensuring the definition of a contrast transition in the places of transition of the surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10 into the corresponding protrusions 5, so that a clear line will be formed along the perimeter of each of these protrusions 5, defining the contour of the said protrusion 5.Thus, such clear lines defining the contours of the protrusions 5 will clearly indicate the boundary of the contrast spot made of the curable contrast agent 4 filling the recesses 3 of the fastening element 10 with the formation of a recognizable marking on the fastening element 10, with the exclusion of the visual blurring or spreading of the said contrast spot, thereby improving the visibility of such a raised marking made of the curable contrast agent 4 on the fastening element 10. In other words, the improved visibility of such a raised marking made of the curable contrast agent 4 on the fastening element 10 is due to the fact that the curable contrast agent 4 makes it possible to highlight the marking of the fastening element 10 by brightness and / or color against the surrounding background of the fastening element 10, and the formation of such a composite protrusion 5 made of the said curable contrast agent 4 makes it possible to clearly define / designate the contour or boundaries of this marking fastening element 10.In turn, the improved visibility of such a raised marking made of a curable contrast agent 4 on the fastening element 10 simplifies and contributes to an increase in the accuracy of identification / recognition of the shape of the marking on the fastening element 10, thereby contributing to the simplification of identification and / or an increase in the accuracy of identification of the anode of the anode cell (not shown) with the help of such a raised marking made of a curable contrast agent 4 on the fastening element 10, which can be connected to the said anode of the anode cell.

[0098] In some embodiments of the present utility model, at least one or each of the protrusions 5 on the surface of the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, shown in Fig. 3, may have a cross-sectional shape generally corresponding to a triangle, rectangle, square or other suitable regular / irregular geometric figure known in the art, which will also facilitate the rolling or sliding off of contaminants from the surface of said protrusion 5 during operation of the anode of the anode cell with the fastening element 10 connected to it, thereby increasing the accuracy of establishing or identifying a figure, image or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking) on the surface of the cap 1 according to the shape of said protrusion 5, since said contaminants will to a lesser extent interfere with accurately establishing or identifying said shape of the protrusion 5.

[0099] In an embodiment of the present utility model, in which each of the recesses 3 made on the outer surface of the cap 1 is partially filled or filled with a curable contrast agent 4, this curable contrast agent 4 is located within the internal space of the recess 3, limited by the bottom of the recess 3, located from the surface of the cap 1, in which the said recess 3 is made, at a given distance equal to the depth of the recess 3, and limited by the side walls of the recess 3, connected to the bottom of the recess 3, wherein the upper level of the filler from the said curable contrast agent 4 in the said recess 3 is below the level of the surface of the cap 1, in which the said recess 3 is made.In this embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent 4, partially filling or filling each of the recesses 3 made on the outer surface of the cap 1, makes it possible to better distinguish said recess 3 from the surface of the cap 1 in which said recess 3 is made, even in the event of contamination of this surface of the cap 1 in which said recess 3 is made, or even in the event of contaminants entering the space of said recess 3 located above the filler of the curable contrast agent 4 (i.e. even in the event of contamination of the recess 3 itself, partially filled with the curable contrast agent 4, or in the event of contamination of the space of the recess 3 above the curable contrast agent 4).

[0100] In another embodiment of the present utility model, in which each of the recesses 3 made on the outer surface of the cap 1 is completely filled or filled with a curable contrast agent 4, but without the formation of one or more bulges 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1 in which said recess 3 is made, this curable contrast agent 4 is located within the internal space of said recess 3, limited by the bottom of the recess 3, located at a predetermined distance equal to the depth of the recess 3, from the surface of the cap 1 in which said recess 3 is made, and limited by the side walls of the recess 3 connected to said bottom of the recess 3, wherein the upper level of the filler from said curable contrast agent 4 in said recess 3 is on the same or is generally on the same level with the surface of the cap 1 in which said recess 3 is made, wherein said hardening contrast agent 4 does not extend beyond said internal space of recess 3 and does not extend onto the edge sections of said outer surface of cap 1 adjacent to said recess 3. In this embodiment of the present utility model, the hardening contrast agent 4, which completely fills or fills each of the recesses 3 made on the outer surface of cap 1 without forming a bulge 5 on this outer surface of cap 1, makes it possible to better distinguish said recess 3 from the outer surface of cap 1 in which said recess 1 is made, even in the event of contamination of said outer surface of cap 1 in which said recess 1 is made, or even in the event of contaminants getting onto the hardening contrast agent 4 (i.e. even in the event of contamination of the hardening contrast agent 4 itself).

[0101] The selection of a specific curable contrast agent 4 used to fill or fill each of the recesses 3 formed on the outer surface of the cap 1 may depend not only on the color or color shade of the surface of the cap 1 in which the said recesses 3 are formed, filled with the said curable contrast agent 4, but also on the material from which the cap 1 itself is made, as well as on the operating conditions of the anode of the anode cell, to which the fastening element 10 must be connected. In other words, the selected curable contrast agent 4 used to fill or fill the recesses 3 formed in the cap 10, which is part of the fastening element 10, must ensure the possibility of establishing or identifying a figure, image or sign (i.e.recognizable marking) from a hardening contrast agent 4 on the color background of the area or sections of the outer surface of the cap 1 surrounding the said recesses 3 or adjacent to the said recesses 3.

[0102] In one embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent 4 used to fill or fill each of the recesses 3 made in the outer surface of the cap 1, with the formation of bulges 5 on the said outer surface of the cap 1, may additionally contain a luminescent component that creates a brighter glow on a (non-luminescent) background specified by sections or areas of the surface of the cap 1 surrounding the said recesses 3 or adjacent to the said recesses 3, which helps to increase the contrast and visibility of the figure, image or sign, i.e.a recognizable marking formed from said protrusions 5 of a hardening contrast agent or formed simply from said depressions 3, each highlighted with a hardening contrast agent (in the case of partial or complete filling of each of the depressions 3 with a hardening contrast agent 4 without the formation of any protrusion on the surface of the cap 1).In particular, as such a luminescent component added to the composition of the curable contrast agent 4 used for filling or filling each of the recesses 3 formed on the outer surface of the cap 1, there can be used, for example, a fluorescent luminophore that absorbs ultraviolet radiation (for example, UVA radiation with a wavelength in the range from 315 nm to 400 nm) and re-emits the said absorbed UV radiation in the visible region of the spectrum, creating, for example, a yellow-green glow, an orange glow or a red glow of the curable contrast agent 4, which in turn makes it possible to accurately establish or identify a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, from such a luminous curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1 under conditions of poor / insufficient natural / artificial lighting or under conditions of weak visible light (i.e.in a darkened environment, a room with insufficient lighting, the shadow of other surrounding objects, etc.) in the morning, daytime, evening and / or nighttime when irradiated, by means of a special light source, for example, a UV radiation source (for example, a UV lamp) or a light source emitting bright visible light, by said surface of the cap 1 in a place or area corresponding to said recesses 3. As another example, the luminescent component added to the composition of the curable contrast agent 4 used to fill or fill each of the recesses 3 made on the outer surface of the cap 1 may be a phosphorescent phosphor that absorbs UV radiation or visible light and emits visible light, providing a brighter glow of the curable contrast agent 4, which in turn makes it possible to accurately establish or identify a figure, image or sign, i.e.a recognizable marking, from such a luminous curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1 under dark conditions when irradiated with a UV radiation source (for example, a UV lamp) or bright visible light of the said surface of the cap 1 in a place or area corresponding to the said recesses 3. As another example, the luminescent component added to the composition of the curable contrast agent 4 used to fill or fill each of the recesses 3 made in the outer surface of the cap 1 may be an infrared-excitable phosphor that absorbs infrared radiation (IR radiation with a wavelength in the range, for example, from 700 nm to 1000 nm) and re-emits the said absorbed IR radiation in the visible region of the spectrum, providing a brighter glow of the curable contrast agent 4, which in turn makes it possible to accurately determine or identify a figure, image or sign, i.e.a recognizable marking, from such a luminous curable contrast agent 4 on the surface of the cap 1 under normal daylight conditions when irradiated by an IR radiation source (for example, an IR lamp or an IR laser) of the said surface of the cap 1 in a place or area corresponding to the said recesses 3. In another example, the luminescent component added to the composition of the curable contrast agent 4 used to fill or fill each of the recesses 3 made on the outer surface of the cap 1 may be a mixture of luminophores (i.e. a hybrid luminophore) that react to different types of excitation (for example, irradiation with UV light and IR light) and re-emit at different wavelengths. Thus, in such an embodiment of the present utility model, the presence of a luminescent component in the composition of the curable contrast agent 4, filling such a composite recess 3, formed in the outer surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10, improves the visibility of the marking on the fastening element 10, connected to the anode of the anode cell (not shown), in particular by improving the visibility or distinguishability of such marking on the surrounding background, that is, on the background of the area of the surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10, surrounding the said composite recess 3, including by highlighting the said marking by brightness and / or color on the background of the said surrounding area of the surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10 (i.e. on the surrounding background) in conditions of limited visibility, in conditions of poor / insufficient lighting or in the shadow of surrounding objects, including in the morning, daytime, evening and / or night time.It should also be noted that such a composite bulge 5 of a contrast agent 4 with a luminescent component, formed on the outer surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10, will stand out as a contrasting spot against the background of the surrounding area of the surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10 in conditions of limited visibility (including during the daytime in low light or shading of the location of the anode of the anode cell, to which such a fastening element 10 can be connected, which is often typical for special workshops or premises of industrial enterprises in which such anode of the anode cell can be located) or in the dark (for example, early in the morning, early in the evening, late in the evening or at night). In addition, such a composite convexity 5 as such will provide for the refraction and reflection of light that are different from the surrounding area of the surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10, due to its rounded-outwardly curved surface, ensuring the definition of a contrast transition in the places where the outer surface of the cap 1 of the fastening element 10 transitions into the said composite convexity 5, so that a clear line will be formed along the perimeter of this composite convexity 5, defining the contour of this composite convexity 5.Thus, such a clear line defining the contour of the composite protrusion 5 will unambiguously designate the boundary of the contrast spot corresponding to the contrast agent 4 with the luminescent component and illuminated due to the presence of this luminescent component in the contrast agent 4, with the exclusion of its visual blurring, thereby improving the visibility of the marking on the fastening element 10 and thereby contributing to the simplification of identification and an increase in the accuracy of identification of the anode of the anode cell (not shown) with the help of such marking on the fastening element 10. In other words, the combination or combination of the contrast agent 4 as such, the luminescent component in the composition of such contrast agent 4 and the rounded-outwardly curved surface of the composite protrusion 5 made of such contrast agent 4 mutually complement and enhance the action of each other, thereby creating a synergistic effect aimed at improving the visibility of the marking on the fastening element 10.

[0103] In another embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent 4 used for partially or completely filling or filling each of one or more recesses 3 made in the outer surface of the cap 1, without forming any protrusions 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, may also additionally contain a similar luminescent component that is capable of causing the curable contrast agent 4 to glow, thereby allowing a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, to be accurately established or identified from such luminous curable contrast agent 4 on the outer surface of the cap 1.

[0104] In yet another embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent 4 used to fill or fill each of the recesses 3 made in the outer surface of the cap 1, with the formation of bulges 5 on the said outer surface of the cap 1, may additionally contain an adhesive component that additionally adheres or binds all the components (i.e. increases or improves their mutual adhesion) included in the composition of the curable contrast agent 4, or at least some of them, thereby increasing the strength and service life of such a curable contrast agent 4, and which additionally strengthens the connection of the curable contrast agent 4 with the side walls and the bottom of the corresponding recess 3.In particular, the adhesive component can ensure the fixation of the luminescent component in the composition of the curable contrast agent 4, thereby preventing or minimizing the likelihood of washing off, crumbling, erasing or other removal of such a luminescent component from the composition of the curable contrast agent 4, which in turn accurately contributes to the successful establishment or detection of a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, from such a curable contrast agent 4 containing a luminescent component and an adhesive component in its composition, on the outer surface of the cap 1.In addition, the presence of an adhesive component in the composition of the curable contrast agent 4 obviously strengthens or reinforces such a curable contrast agent 4, in particular improves abrasion resistance, improves resistance to mechanical loads, improves the ability to withstand bending forces, stretching forces and / or compressive forces without damaging the structure of the curable contrast agent 4, improves vibration resistance, minimizes cracking or crumbling of the cured contrast agent 4, and also improves resistance to various environmental conditions (in particular, to weather conditions), improves chemical resistance (in particular, resistance to oils, solvents, acids, alkalis, or the like), improves heat resistance, etc.It should be noted that, for example, acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, siloxane (silicone), cellulose ether (nitrate, acetate), phenolic resin, or the like can be used as such an adhesive component, which can be included in the composition of the curable contrast agent 4 in addition to the luminescent component or without it in the composition of the curable contrast agent. It should also be noted that when selecting an adhesive component that may be included in the composition of a curable contrast agent, it is necessary to take into account that such an adhesive component (i) should not react with the luminescent component or worsen its properties (i.e. should not quench the luminescence), and (ii) should transmit excitation radiation (for example, UV radiation, IR radiation, etc.) and luminescence radiation, (iii) should ensure the stability of the entire composition of the curable contrast agent 4 and should provide suitable rheological properties (i.e.i.e. target values of viscosity, thixotropy, flow rate and other properties that affect the filling or filling of depressions 3 with this curable contrast agent 4).

[0105] In another embodiment of the present utility model, the recesses 3 can each be made in a thickening or convexity of the cap 1, which makes it possible to remove to a greater extent (make or place at a distance) a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, from the curable contrast agent 4 from the outer surface of the cap 1 surrounding the said recesses 3, which in turn simplifies the task of establishing / detecting the said recognizable marking on the surface of the cap 1 and increases the accuracy of establishing / detecting the said recognizable marking on the surface of the cap 1 according to the shape of the convexity 5 from the curable contrast agent 4 or according to the shape of a combined or composite recess, highlighted by the curable contrast agent 4, partially or completely filling the recesses 3 forming the said composite recess, without forming any convexity on the surface of the cap 1.

[0106] It should be noted that in practice, any fastening element 10 described in this document can be realized, while in the cap 1, which is part of such a fastening element 10, a recess can be made, the shape of which corresponds to a given (known) graphic mark that allows identifying the anode of the anode cell, with which the said fastening element 10 can be connected, while the said recess can be made in the cap 1 using any suitable method for making recesses described in this document, and in general will correspond to the recess 3 described in this document.Similar to the above description with respect to the fastening element 10, the recess of the cap 1 may be filled or filled with a curable contrast agent to form a bulge on the outer surface of the anode body of the anode cell, corresponding in shape to said recess, or may be partially filled or filled with such a curable contrast agent, wherein said curable contrast agent filling the recess of the cap 1 will generally correspond to the curable contrast agent 4 described in this document, and the bulge formed from such a curable contrast agent on the outer surface of the cap 1 will generally correspond to the bulge 5 described in this document. Thus, the bulge of the curable contrast agent on the outer surface of the cap 1 may form a figure, image or sign (i.e. a recognizable marking), which can be established or identified by the shape of said bulge.Alternatively, a figure, image, or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking) may be formed on the outer surface of cap 1 from a curable contrast agent, partially filling a recess formed in the outer surface of cap 1, according to the shape of said recess, highlighted by said curable contrast agent against the surrounding background. As a further alternative, a figure, image, or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking) may be formed on the outer surface of cap 1 from a curable contrast agent, completely filling a recess formed in the outer surface of cap 1 (but without extending beyond the internal space of the recess, i.e., without forming any bulge, protrusion, elevation, or convexity on the outer surface of cap 1), according to the shape of said recess, highlighted by said curable contrast agent against the surrounding background. In some cases, the recess may be made in a thickening or convexity of the anode body of the anode cell, which allows for a greater removal (implementation or placement at a distance) of a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, from the curable contrast agent from the outer surface of the cap 1 surrounding said recess, which in turn simplifies the task of establishing / detecting said recognizable marking on the outer surface of the cap 1 and increases the accuracy of establishing / detecting said recognizable marking on the outer surface of the cap 1 by the shape of the convexity from the curable contrast agent or by the shape of the recess itself, highlighted by the curable contrast agent, partially or completely filling said recess without forming any convexity on the outer surface of the cap 1.In some other cases, the curable contrast agent filling the recess of the cap 1 with the formation of a bulge on the outer surface of the cap 1 or partially / completely filling the recess of the cap 1 without the formation of such a bulge on the outer surface of the cap 1, may additionally contain a luminescent component that creates a brighter glow on the (non-luminescent) background specified by the outer surface of the cap 1 surrounding the said recess, which contributes to an increase in the contrast and visibility of a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking formed from the said bulge of the curable contrast agent or formed simply from the said recess highlighted by the curable contrast agent (in the case of a partial or complete filling of the recess with the curable contrast agent without the formation of any bulge on the outer surface of the cap 1).In other cases, the curable contrast agent filling the recess of cap 1 with the formation of a bulge on the outer surface of cap 1 or partially / completely filling the recess of cap 1 without the formation of such a bulge on the outer surface of cap 1, may additionally contain an adhesive component (in particular, in addition to the luminescent component or without it in the composition of the curable contrast agent), which increases the mechanical strength, chemical strength and heat resistance of the curable contrast agent itself and improves the adhesion in the composition of such a curable contrast agent to the side walls and the bottom of the recess of cap 1 filled with such a curable contrast agent, which in turn contributes to an increase in visibility (and consequently increases the probability of its establishment or detection on the outer surface of cap 1) of a figure, image or sign, i.e.recognizable marking (in particular, it does not crumble, crack, wear off or is not damaged in any other way), formed from the said bulge of such a hardening contrast agent or formed simply from the said depression highlighted by such a hardening contrast agent (in the case of partial or complete filling of the depression of cap 1 with a hardening contrast agent without the formation of any bulge on the outer surface of cap 1).

[0107] It should also be noted that in practice any suitable anode of the anode cell described in this document can be realized, wherein the housing or body of such anode of the anode cell can be provided with one or more fastening elements 10, each structurally executed in any of the embodiments described in this document, wherein each fastening element 10 can be connected to the said body of the anode of the anode cell by screwing it or screwing it into the said body of the anode of the anode cell, thereby providing the possibility of marking the said anode of the anode cell with the help of an identification means or a recognizable marking formed on the outer surface of the cap 1, which is part of this fastening element 10, as a result of filling or filling with a curable contrast agent 4 one or more recesses 3 made in the said outer surface of the cap 1.

[0108] According to one of the embodiments of the present utility model, the fastening element 10, provided on the outer surface of its cap 1 with one or more recesses 3, each filled with a hardening contrast agent 4 with the formation of one or more bulges 5, respectively, or without the formation of such on the said surface of the cap 1, and the anode of the anode cell described in this document, with which the said fastening element 10 can be connected or which can be provided with the said fastening element 10, can each be manufactured in the form of a final product, in particular, they can represent each item of production, which can be manufactured in a special workshop or premises of an industrial enterprise according to design documentation and which can subsequently be delivered or transported to the place of its sale, storage or operation.

[0109] According to another embodiment of the present utility model, the anode of the anode cell with the fastening element 10 described in this document can be manufactured in the form of a prefabricated product (for example, in the form of an anode of the anode cell with a marking fastening element, an anode of the anode cell with markings applied to it, or the like), which can be assembled from a prefabricated anode of the anode cell described in this document and from a prefabricated fastening element 10 described in this document by detachably screwing or screwing this fastening element 10 into a corresponding hole made in the body of the said anode of the anode cell, at the place of their assembly (for example, in a special workshop or premises of an industrial enterprise) for subsequent storage, sale or operation of such a prefabricated product. In particular, in such an embodiment of the present utility model, the anode of the anode cell (not shown), which is a final industrial product, may contain a fastening element 10, the rod 2 of which is connected to the body of the said anode of the anode cell and has an external screw thread 6, onto which a nut (not shown) is screwed to ensure the fixation of the fastening element 10 on the said anode of the anode cell or in it, while in the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, a recess 3 can be made, which is filled with a curable contrast agent 4 to form a marking on the cap 1 of the fastening element 10 and the shape of which is made in accordance with a given (known) graphic mark, allowing the identification of the said anode of the anode cell. Moreover, in one variation of such embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent 4, filling the recess 3 formed in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10, forms a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, corresponding in shape to the said recess 3. In another variation of such embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent 4, filling the recess 3 formed in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10, additionally contains a luminescent component. In yet another variation of such embodiment of the present utility model, the curable contrast agent 4, filling the recess 3 formed in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10, additionally contains an adhesive component. In another variation of such an embodiment of the present utility model, a recess 3, made in the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, is made in a thickening or bulge (not shown) on the outer surface of the cap 1.

[0110] For marking the anode of the anode cell (not shown) with the recognizable marking described in this document in relation to the fastening element 10, provided with a figure, image or sign (i.e. marking), applied to the outer surface of its cap 1 and corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell, the proposed method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell, the block diagram of which is shown in Fig. 6, can be used. In particular, the block diagram shown in Fig. 6, illustrates four (4) main operations or four (4) main steps of the method 100 for marking the anode of an anode cell: step 110, step 120, step 130 and step 140. In particular, at step 110 in the method 100 for marking the anode of an anode cell, the rod 2, which is part of the fastening element 10, is screwed into the target anode of the anode cell (not shown), which ensures the connection of the fastening element 10 with the anode of the anode cell to be marked.Next, at step 120 in the method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell, a retainer (not shown) is installed or inserted into the through hole 7, with which the rod 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, is provided, ensuring that the said fastening element 10 is fixed on the said anode of the anode cell (not shown) or in the said anode of the anode cell (not shown). In addition, at step 130 in the method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10, a recess 3 is additionally made, corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which allows for the identification of the said anode of the anode cell (not shown), and at step 140 the recess 3 made in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10 is filled or filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, which in shape corresponds to the said made recess 3, so that the said formed bulge 5 from the curable contrast agent 4 will essentially form a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, which allows for the identification of the said anode of the anode cell.Alternatively, at step 140, the recess 3 obtained as a result of step 130 may be partially or completely filled or filled with a curable contrast agent 4 without producing any convexity 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, so that said recess 3, highlighted by said curable contrast agent 4, will essentially form a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark that allows for the identification of said anode of the anode cell. In one variation of such a method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell, shown in Fig. 6, before filling or filling the recess 3 with a curable contrast agent 4, an adhesive component (not shown) described in this document is added to the composition of this curable contrast agent 4. In another variation of this method 100 of marking the anode of the anode cell, shown in Fig.6, before filling or filling the recess 3 with the curable contrast agent 4, a luminescent component (not shown) described in this document is added to the composition of this curable contrast agent 4. It should be noted that, as an alternative, the above-described steps 130, 140 in the method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 6 can both be performed after or before performing the above-described steps 110, 120. It should also be noted that, as another alternative, the above-described step 130 in the method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 6 can be performed before or after performing the above-described step 110, and the above-described step 140 in the method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 6 can be performed before or after performing the above-described step 120.

[0111] According to one embodiment of the present utility model, a method for marking the anode of the anode cell (not shown) can be used for marking the anode of the anode cell, which is an alternative to the above-described method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell, shown in Fig. 6, and which is based on the use of a fastening element 10, made in the form of the above-described bolt, the rod 2 of which is provided only with an external screw thread 6 (i.e., is not provided with a through hole 7) and the cap 1 of which is provided with a recognizable figure, image or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking), applied to the outer surface of this cap 1 and corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell. In particular, such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may also include four (4) main operations or four (4) main stages, wherein (a) in the first stage, the rod 2 is screwed in,included in the fastening element 10, into the anode of the anode cell (not shown) by introducing the external screw thread 6 into interaction with the internal thread of the hole made in the body of this anode of the anode cell, which ensures the connection of the fastening element 10 with the marked anode of the anode cell, (b) in the second stage, a nut (not shown) is screwed onto the external screw thread 6, with which the rod 1 included in the fastening element 10 is provided, from the side of the free end of this screwed-in rod 1, ensuring the fixation of the said fastening element 10 on the said anode of the anode cell (not shown), (c) in the third stage, in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10, a recess 3 is additionally made, corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing the identification of the said anode of the anode cell (not shown), and in the fourth (final) at this stage, the recess 3 made in the cap 1 is filled or filled, included in the composition of the fastening element 10, with a curable contrast agent 4 to form a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, corresponding in shape to the said formed recess 3, so that the said bulge 5 formed from the curable contrast agent 4 will essentially form a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark that allows for the identification of the said anode of the anode cell. Alternatively, in the fourth step of such an alternative method for marking the anode of the anode cell, the recess 3 obtained as a result of performing the third step may be partially or completely filled or filled with a curable contrast agent 4 without obtaining any bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, so that the said recess 3, highlighted by the said curable contrast agent 4, will essentially form a figure, image or sign,i.e., a recognizable marking corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark that allows identifying the said anode of the anode cell. In one variation of such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell, before filling or filling the recess 3 with the curable contrast agent 4, an adhesive component (not shown) described in this document is added to the composition of this curable contrast agent 4. In another variation of such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell, before filling or filling the recess 3 with the curable contrast agent 4, a luminescent component (not shown) described in this document is added to the composition of this curable contrast agent 4. It should be noted thatthat, alternatively, the above-described third and fourth steps of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may be performed both after or before the above-described first and second steps of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell. It should also be noted that, as another alternative, the above-described third step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may be performed before or after the above-described first step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell, and the above-described fourth step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may be performed before or after the above-described second step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell.

[0112] According to another embodiment of the present utility model, for marking the anode of the anode cell (not shown), a method for marking the anode of the anode cell can be used, which is an alternative to the above-described method 100 for marking the anode of the anode cell, shown in Fig. 6, and which is based on the use of a fastening element 10, made in the form of the above-described screw, the rod 2 of which is provided only with an external screw thread 6 (i.e., is not provided with a through hole 7), made in the form of an external spiral thread, and the cap 1 of which is provided with a recognizable figure, image or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking), applied to the outer surface of this cap 1 and corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell. In particular, such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may also include three (3) main operations or three (3) main stages, wherein (a) at the first stage, the rod 2 included in the fastening element 10 is screwed into the anode of the anode cell (not shown) by introducing the external screw thread 6 into interaction with the internal thread of the hole made in the body of this anode of the anode cell, ensuring the connection of the fastening element 10 with this marked anode of the anode cell (not shown) and ensuring the fixation of the fastening element 10 in this marked anode of the anode cell (not shown), (b) at the second stage, in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10, a recess 3 is additionally made, corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing the identification of the said anode of the anode cell (not shown), and (c) at the third (final) stage, the recess 3 made in the cap 1 included in the fastening element 10 is filled or filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1,in a shape corresponding to the said formed depression 3, so that the said formed bulge 5 from the curable contrast agent 4 will essentially form a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing for the identification of the said anode of the anode cell. Alternatively, in the fourth step of such an alternative method for marking the anode of the anode cell, the depression 3 obtained as a result of performing the third step may be partially or completely filled or filled with the curable contrast agent 4 without obtaining any bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, so that the said depression 3, highlighted by the said curable contrast agent 4, will essentially form a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing to identify the said anode of the anode cell. It should be noted that, alternatively, the above-described second and third steps of such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell can both be performed after or before performing the above-described first step of such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell. It should also be noted, that as another alternative, the above-described second step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may be performed before or after the above-described first step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell, and the above-described third step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may be performed before or after the above-described first step of such alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell.

[0113] For marking any anode of an anode cell with a recognizable marking, which is a figure, image or sign applied to the outer surface of the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, and which corresponds to a given (known) graphic mark that allows identifying the said anode of an anode cell, the proposed method 200 for marking the anode of an anode cell, the block diagram of which is shown in Fig. 7, can be used. In particular, the block diagram shown in Fig. 7 illustrates two (2) main operations or two (2) main stages of the method 200 for marking the anode of an anode cell: step 210 and step 220.In particular, at step 210 in the method 200 for marking the anode of the anode cell, the rod 1 included in the fastening element 10, which can be realized according to any suitable embodiment of the fastening element 10 described in this document, and the head 1 of which is preliminarily provided with the above-described recognizable marking, is connected to the target anode of the anode cell (not shown) by screwing this rod 1 into said target anode of the anode cell. Next, at step 220 in the method 200 for marking the anode of the anode cell, the above-described retainer (not shown) is installed or inserted into the through hole 7 made in the rod 1 included in the fastening element 10, ensuring the fixation of said fastening element 10 on said anode of the anode cell (not shown) or in said anode of the anode cell (not shown).

[0114] According to one embodiment of the present utility model, a method for marking the anode of the anode cell (not shown) can be used to mark the anode of the anode cell, which is an alternative to the above-described method 200 for marking the anode of the anode cell, shown in Fig. 7, and which is based on the use of a fastening element 10, made in the form of the above-described bolt, the rod 2 of which is provided only with an external screw thread 6 (i.e., is not provided with a through hole 7) and the cap 1 of which is provided with a recognizable figure, image or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking), applied to the outer surface of this cap 1 and corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell. In particular, such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell may also include two (2) main operations or two (2) main stages, wherein (a) in the first step of such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell, the rod 1 included in the fastening element 10, which can be realized according to any suitable embodiment of the fastening element 10 described in this document, and the cap 1 of which is already pre-equipped with the above-described recognizable marking, is connected to the target anode of the anode cell (not shown) by screwing this rod 1 into the said target anode of the anode cell, and (b) in the second step of such an alternative method of marking the anode of the anode cell, a nut (not shown) is screwed onto the external screw thread 6, with which the rod 1 included in the fastening element 10 is provided, from the side of the free end of the screwed rod 1, ensuring the fixation of the said fastening element 10 on the said anode of the anode cell (not shown) or in the said anode of the anode cell (not shown).,

[0115] According to another embodiment of the present utility model, for marking the anode of the anode cell (not shown), a method for marking the anode of the anode cell can be used, which is an alternative to the above-described method 200 for marking the anode of the anode cell, shown in Fig. 7, and which is based on the use of a fastening element 10, made in the form of the above-described screw, the rod 2 of which is provided only with an external screw thread 6 (i.e., is not provided with a through hole 7), made in the form of an external spiral thread, and the cap 1 of which is provided with a recognizable figure, image or sign (i.e., a recognizable marking), applied to the outer surface of this cap 1 and corresponding in shape to a given (known) graphic mark, which makes it possible to identify the said anode of the anode cell.In particular, such an alternative method for marking the anode of the anode cell may include only one (1) main operation or one (1) main step, according to which the rod 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, which can be realized according to any suitable embodiment of the fastening element 10 described in this document, and the cap 1 of which is already pre-provided with the above-described recognizable marking, is connected to the target anode of the anode cell (not shown) by screwing this rod 1 into said target anode of the anode cell with ensuring the fixation of said fastening element 10 on said anode of the anode cell (not shown) or in said anode of the anode cell (not shown).

[0116] According to another embodiment of the present utility model, a method for marking the anode of the anode cell (not shown) can be used to mark the anode of the anode cell, which is an alternative to the above-described method 200 for marking the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 7, and which includes only one (1) main operation or one (1) main step, according to which the fastening element 10 is connected to the anode of the anode cell to be marked using any suitable connecting means known in the art.

[0117] For identifying, by means of a suitable reading or scanning device known in the art, the anode of the anode cell (not shown) described in this document, using the fastening element 10 with a recognizable marking applied thereto, the proposed method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, the flow chart of which is shown in Fig. 8, can be used. In particular, the flow chart shown in Fig. 8 illustrates four (4) main operations or four (4) main steps of the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell: step 310, step 320, step 330 and step 340.It should be noted that, as a reading or scanning device used to implement the corresponding steps in the method 300 for identifying the anode of an anode cell, an IP camera, a user camera built into a computing device, an industrial machine vision camera with ring or structured LED illuminators for generating illuminating white light, red light, green light or blue light to increase contrast, a scanner or any other suitable image recording devices known in the art can be used.In particular, for identifying the anode of the anode cell (not shown) using a recognizable marking formed from a curable contrast agent 4 with a luminescent component filling a recess 3 formed in a cap 1 included in the fastening element 10 with which the said identifiable anode of the anode cell is provided, a camera with a UV illuminator, a camera with an IR illuminator, a hyperspectral camera, a multispectral camera, or the like can be used, for example.

[0118] First, at step 310 in the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell provided with a fastening element 10 according to any of the embodiments thereof described in this document, or an anode of the anode cell according to any of the embodiments thereof described in this document, is positioned in the working area of the scanning device. In particular, at step 310 in the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell provided with a fastening element 10, in the cap 1 of which a recess 3 is made, the shape of which is made corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing for the identification of said anode of the anode cell, and which is filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, the shape of which corresponds to said recess 3.Alternatively, at step 310 in the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell is provided with a fastening element 10, in the cap 1 of which a recess 3 is made, the shape of which is made in accordance with a given (known) graphic mark, allowing the identification of said anode of the anode cell, and which is partially or completely filled with a curable contrast agent 4 without the formation of such a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1.As another alternative, at step 310 in the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell is provided with a fastening element 10, in the body of which a recess 3 is made, the shape of which is made corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing to identify the said anode of the anode cell, and which is filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a bulge 5 on the body of the fastening element 10, in shape corresponding to the said recess 3, or which is partially or completely filled with a curable contrast agent 4 without the formation of such a bulge 5 on the body of the fastening element 10.

[0119] Next, in step 320 in the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 8, the surface of the anode of the anode cell, located in the working area of said scanning device, is scanned by means of the scanning device used in step 310, to obtain an image of the anode of the anode cell or an image of the fastening element 10.

[0120] Next, in step 330 in the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 8, the image of the anode of the anode cell or the image of the fastening element obtained in step 320 is processed by the computing module of the scanning device involved in step 310 or by a separate computing device connected to said scanning device with the ability to exchange data with it, with the ability to establish or detect a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, from the curable contrast agent 4, which is in the cured state, in said obtained image. It should be noted that in step 330, in order to detect a figure, image or sign corresponding to the recognizable marking, in the image of the anode of the anode cell or the image of the fastening element previously obtained in step 320, it is possible to use, for example,pre-configured or pre-configured specialized software (SW) (but not limited to): Silur software, Cognex VisionPro software, Go-Base software, Go-RFID software, Halcon software or OpenCV software or the like, accessible to the scanning device or computing device involved in step 330, and representing a pre-defined set of instructions (commands, algorithms) for the computing module (processor, controller, microcomputer or the like) of said scanning device or pre-defined instructions for said computing device. In particular, such specialized software used by the computing module of the scanning device or the computing device involved in step 330 may allow for at least the following functional operations to be performed with respect to the anode image of the anode cell or the fastening element image, obtained at step 320: (i) pre-processing the obtained image of the anode of the anode cell of the image of the fastening element for filtering noise, enhancing contrast, correcting illumination and / or binarizing said image, (ii) identifying a figure, image or sign that could correspond to a recognizable marking on the pre-processed image of the anode of the anode cell or the pre-processed image of the fastening element by identifying their contours, carried out as a result of identifying color transitions or changes in contrast from the protrusions 5 of the curable contrast agent 4 or from the depressions 3, each partially or completely filled with the curable contrast agent 4, to the surrounding background corresponding to the sections of the outer surface of the cap 1 surrounding said protrusions 5 or said depressions 3 depending on the specific embodiment of the present utility model, and also evaluating the dimensions of said figure / image / sign and determining the location of said figure / image / sign on the pre-processed image of the anode of the anode cell or the pre-processed image of the fastening element. It should be noted that when a figure, image or sign that could correspond to a recognizable marking made of a curable contrast agent 4 with a luminescent component is detected on the pre-processed image of the anode of the anode cell or the pre-processed image of the fastening element at step 330 using a scanning device or a computing device connected to this scanning device, the brightness of the glow may be additionally evaluated and / or a spectral analysis of the temporal characteristics of the fluorescence may be additionally performed or a hyperspectral classification may be implemented to determine the imprint of the phosphor.

[0121] Finally, at step 340 in the method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 8, comparing, by means of the scanning device involved in step 310, or by means of a separate computing device connected to said scanning device with the ability to exchange data with it, the detected recognizable marking with the specified (known) graphic marks stored in the database of graphic marks on a local or remote storage device accessible to said scanning device or said computing device connected to this scanning device, with the ability to identify said anode of the anode cell upon establishing a match between such detected marking and one of the specified (known) graphic marks that make it possible to identify the anodes of the anode cells and stored in said database of graphic marks with reference to said identified anode of the anode cell. When performing the comparison operation at step 340, the detected marking on the outer surface of the cap 1, which is part of the fastening element 10, is compared or matched with each template of the graphic mark (may contain, for example, the shape of the graphic mark, the size of the graphic mark, and also additionally the brightness of the glow of the graphic mark and the correct decoded code of the graphic mark) or an image of the graphic mark, obtained by the scanning device or computing device involved at step 430, from the graphic mark database accessible to it, stored in a local or remote storage device, in order to establish a match or correspondence between them with a given accuracy (i.e., using a threshold value that specifies such a given accuracy).

[0122] As an alternative to the above-described method 300 for identifying the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 8, for identifying, by means of a suitable reading or scanning device, the anode of the anode cell described in this document using the fastening element 10 with a recognizable marking applied thereto, the proposed method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, the flow chart of which is shown in Fig. 9, can be used. In particular, the flow chart shown in Fig. 9 illustrates four (4) main operations or four (4) main steps of the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell: step 410, step 420, step 430 and step 440.It should be noted that, as a reading or scanning device used to implement the corresponding steps in the method 400 for identifying the anode of an anode cell, an IP camera, a user camera built into a computing device, an industrial machine vision camera with ring or structured LED illuminators for generating illuminating white light, red light, green light or blue light to increase contrast, a scanner or any other suitable image recording devices known in the art can be used.In particular, for identifying the anode of the anode cell (not shown) using a recognizable marking formed from a curable contrast agent 4 with a luminescent component filling a recess 3 formed in a cap 1 included in the fastening element 10 with which the said identifiable anode of the anode cell is provided, a camera with a UV illuminator, a camera with an IR illuminator, a hyperspectral camera, a multispectral camera, or the like can be used, for example.

[0123] First, at step 410 in the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell provided with a fastening element 10 according to any of the embodiments thereof described in this document, or an anode of the anode cell according to any of the embodiments thereof described in this document, is positioned in the working area of the scanning device. In particular, at step 410 in the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell provided with a fastening element 10, in the cap 1 of which a recess 3 is made, the shape of which is made corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing for the identification of said anode of the anode cell, and which is filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1, the shape of which corresponds to said recess 3.Alternatively, at step 410 in the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell is provided with a fastening element 10, in the cap 1 of which a recess 3 is made, the shape of which is made in accordance with a given (known) graphic mark, allowing the identification of said anode of the anode cell, and which is partially or completely filled with a curable contrast agent 4 without the formation of such a bulge 5 on the outer surface of the cap 1.As another alternative, at step 410 in the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, an anode of the anode cell is provided with a fastening element 10, in the body of which a recess 3 is made, the shape of which is made corresponding to a given (known) graphic mark, allowing to identify the said anode of the anode cell, and which is filled with a curable contrast agent 4 with the formation of a bulge 5 on the body of the fastening element 10, in shape corresponding to the said recess 3, or which is partially or completely filled with a curable contrast agent 4 without the formation of such a bulge 5 on the body of the fastening element 10.

[0124] Next, in step 420 in the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell shown in Fig. 9, the surface of the anode of the anode cell, located in the working area of said scanning device, is scanned by means of the scanning device used in step 410, to obtain an image of the anode of the anode cell or an image of the fastening element 10.

[0125] Next, in step 430, the image of the anode of the anode cell or the image of the fastener obtained in step 420 is output, by means of the scanning device involved in steps 410, 420, to an external computing device with which said scanning device can establish communication via a wired or wireless communication network or to which said scanning device can be connected via a wired or wireless communication network. As a result of step 430, the target external computing device receives or receives from the scanning device the image of the anode of the anode cell or the image of the fastener obtained in step 420 for subsequent processing.

[0126] Next, in step 440 in the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, the image of the anode cell or the image of the fastening element obtained in step 420 is processed by the external computing device involved in step 430, with the ability to establish or detect a figure, image or sign, i.e. a recognizable marking, from the curable contrast agent 4 in the cured state, on said obtained image of the anode cell or said obtained image of the fastening element. It should be noted that in step 440, in order to detect a figure, image or sign, i.e. recognizable marking, on the image of the anode of the anode cell or the image of the fastening element, previously obtained in step 420, can be used, for example, pre-configured or configured specialized software (SW) (but not limited to): software "Silur", software "Cognex VisionPro", software "Go-Base",The Go-RFID software, the Halcon software, the OpenCV software, or the like, accessible to the external computing device involved in step 430 and representing a predefined set of instructions (commands, algorithms) for said external computing device. In particular, such specialized software used by the external computing device involved in step 430 may allow for at least the following functional operations to be performed with respect to the anode cell anode image or the fastening element image obtained in step 420: (i) pre-processing the anode cell anode image or the fastening element image to filter noise, enhance contrast, correct illumination, and / or binarize said image, (ii) identifying a figure, image, or sign that could correspond to a recognizable marking,on a pre-processed image of the anode of the anode cell or a pre-processed image of the fastener by identifying their contours, carried out as a result of identifying color transitions or changes in contrast from the protrusions 5 of the curable contrast agent 4 or from the depressions 3, each partially or completely filled with the curable contrast agent 4, to the surrounding background corresponding to the surface areas surrounding the said protrusions or the said depressions 3 depending on the specific embodiment of the present utility model, as well as assessing the dimensions of the said figure / image / sign and determining the location of the said figure / image / sign on the pre-processed image of the anode of the anode cell or the pre-processed image of the fastener. It should be noted that when identifying a figure, image or sign that could correspond to a recognizable marking, from a curable contrast agent 4 with a luminescent component, on a pre-processed image of the anode of the anode cell or a pre-processed image of the fastening element at step 440, using an external computing device, the brightness of the glow can be additionally assessed and / or a spectral analysis of the temporal characteristics of the fluorescence can be additionally carried out, or hyperspectral classification can be implemented to determine the imprint of the phosphor.

[0127] Finally, at step 450 in the method 400 for identifying the anode of the anode cell, the recognizable marking detected at step 440 is compared or compared, by means of the external computing device involved in step 430, with the specified (known) graphic markings that make it possible to identify the corresponding anodes of the anode cells and stored in a database of graphic markings on a local or remote storage device accessible to the said external computing device, with the provision of the possibility of identifying the said anode of the anode cell upon establishing a match between such detected marking and one of the specified (known) graphic markings stored in the said database of graphic markings with reference to the said identified anode of the anode cell. When performing the comparison operation at step 450, the identified marking is compared or matched with each template of the graphic mark (may contain, for example, the shape of the graphic mark, the size of the graphic mark, and also, in addition, the brightness of the glow of the graphic mark and the correct decoded code of the graphic mark) or an image of the graphic mark obtained by the external computing device involved at step 430 from the database of graphic marks accessible to it, stored in a local or remote storage device, in order to establish a match or correspondence between them with a given accuracy (i.e., using a threshold value that specifies such a given accuracy).
