Abstract
Description
[0001] The utility model relates to agriculture, plant growing and, in particular, to equipment for growing hydroponic green fodder, microgreens and conducting research related to the influence of external factors on the growth and development of plants.
[0002] A hydroponic green fodder cultivation system (RU Patent No. 61081, published February 27, 2007, Application No. 2006129531, August 14, 2006) is known. It comprises multi-tiered vegetation racks, a pre-germination chamber, and auxiliary equipment. It includes a mobile electrical processing unit comprising a stand mounted on a base and a power source connected to conductive circuits mounted on the stand.
[0003] However, this installation is not efficient enough due to the high energy costs associated with watering, lighting and electrical stimulation of plants.
[0004] The closest in technical essence to the claimed solution is a device for growing vitamin green fodder (RU Patent No. 2153249, published on July 27, 2000, application No. 98117475 / 13, September 11, 1998), consisting of a row of multi-tiered rack-type stands: the outer single-section and the middle two-section. Pull-out growing trays are placed on the stands: one set of trays on the outer stands, and two sets on the middle ones. Between the stands in a row, there are vertical electric lighting units with horizontal fluorescent lamps suspended in tiers. The luminaires are oriented transversely to the row of stands and installed in such a way that the reflector of each luminaire of a given tier is near the plane of the pallet bottoms of the tier located above. In this case, the electric lighting unit is a separate unit, located outside the racks.
[0005] However, this device is not effective enough due to the use of fluorescent lamps for irradiating plants, which have low reliability and significant energy consumption.
[0006] The technical result that ensures increased efficiency is increased reliability and reduced energy consumption due to the use of LED lamps for plant irradiation.
[0007] This is achieved by the fact that in the device for growing vitamin green fodder, the middle two-section racks and the outer single-section racks are connected using connectors, the plant irradiation system consists of vertically suspended dimmable LED lamps fixed on supports that are placed between the middle two-section racks and the outer single-section racks and connected to the connectors using bolts, and the dimmable LED lamps are fixed on the supports in two rows so that their emitting surfaces are oriented toward the growing trays.
[0008] As a result of the search conducted in scientific, technical and patent literature, no identical technical solution was found, which proves that the technical solution meets the criterion of “novelty”.
[0009] The device for growing vitamin green fodder is explained by figures:
[0010] Fig. 1 - front view;
[0011] Fig. 2 - top view.
[0012] The proposed device for growing vitamin green fodder consists of a number of multi-tiered rack-type stands: extreme single-section 1 (Fig. 1) and middle two-section 2, which are connected by connectors 3 (Fig. 2). On the multi-tiered rack-type stands, pull-out growing trays 4 are placed, wherein one set of trays is placed on the extreme stands 1, and two sets of trays are placed on the middle stands 2. The plant irradiation system consists of vertically suspended dimmable LED lamps 5, fixed on supports 6, which are placed between the middle two-section stands 2 and the extreme single-section stands 1 and connected to connectors 3 by means of bolts. In this case, dimmable LED lamps 5 are fixed on supports 6 in two rows so that their emitting surfaces are oriented towards growing trays 4.The use of LED lamps for plant irradiation, which are highly reliable and consume little energy, helps increase the efficiency of the device.
[0013] The device for growing vitamin-rich green fodder operates as follows. After preliminary soaking and germination, the seeds of the initial crops in 4 growing trays are placed on multi-tier racks 1 and 2. Using 5 LED lamps, the desired lighting regime is created: each lamp illuminates the plants in the left and right sets of trays of adjacent multi-tier racks 1 and 2 relative to the lamp. Dimming the 5 LED lamps allows for changing the lighting conditions. A watering system irrigates the 4 growing trays.
[0014] The proposed technical solution allows to improve efficiency by increasing reliability and reducing energy consumption.
Claims
