Description

[0001] The utility model relates to devices for grinding and mixing heterogeneous liquid-liquid and liquid-solid particle systems due to high shear stress and excitation of vibrations of the mixture being processed.

[0002] A device is known for grinding products, which includes annular disks enclosed in a housing, coaxially arranged on a vertical shaft, alternating with each other, with cutting elements along the outer and inner diameters and washers alternating with these disks, as well as bladed loading and unloading impellers and a vacuum device connected to the upper part of the device, the upper part of the housing is separated from the grinding zone by means of a partition, and the vacuum device is located in a cavity formed by a mesh partition and the upper part of the housing, wherein the blades of the loading impeller are made in the form of a mesh partition and are installed at an angle to the vertical shaft. [USSR A.S. No. 710636, cl. B 02 C 18 / 06, Device for grinding products / Nevarova V.E., Kortelev A.K.; Declared 07.06.76.; Published 01 / 25 / 1980.]

[0003] The disadvantage of this device for grinding products is the complexity of the design and low productivity of the device due to the small area of grinding and processing the medium.

[0004] The closest technical solution to the proposed utility model (prototype) is a rotary dispersing mixer, containing loading and unloading pipes, a drive, a stationary cylindrical body, in the volume of which perforated disks are rigidly fixed, between which a perforated disk of a similar design is located, secured to a rotating rotor, wherein on the lower surface of the upper stationary disk, on the upper surface of the lower stationary disk and on both surfaces of the movable disk teeth are located along the circumference, wherein the rows of teeth on the stationary disks alternate with the rows of teeth on the movable disk, in addition, the distance between the bases of the teeth, the height, width and length of the tooth are equal. [RU Patent No. 196485, cl. B 02C7 / 02, Rotary dispersing mixer.]

[0005] The disadvantage of this rotary disintegrator-mixer is its relatively low efficiency for grinding and mixing heterogeneous liquid-liquid and liquid-solid particle systems.

[0006] The technical problem of the utility model is the creation of a new device - a rotary dispersing mixer with the achievement of the following technical result: increasing the efficiency of grinding and mixing of heterogeneous liquid-liquid, liquid-solid particle systems.

[0007] The specified technical result is solved in that in a rotary dispersing mixer containing loading and unloading pipes, a drive, a stationary cylindrical body, in the volume of which perforated disks are rigidly fixed, between which a perforated disk of a similar design is located, secured to a rotating rotor, wherein on the lower surface of the upper stationary disk, on the upper surface of the lower stationary disk and on both surfaces of the movable disk, teeth are located around the circumference, wherein the rows of teeth on the stationary disks alternate with the rows of teeth on the movable disk, according to the utility model, through holes of circular cross-section are made in the radial direction in the center of the teeth of the movable and stationary disks, and the diameter of the hole is equal to half the height of the tooth.

[0008] Fig. 1 shows a rotary dispersing mixer.

[0009] Fig. 2 shows the appearance of the tooth.

[0010] The rotary dispersing mixer comprises a loading 1 and unloading 2 branch pipes, a drive (not shown in the figure), a fixed cylindrical body 3, in the volume of which perforated disks 4, 5 are rigidly fixed with a perforated disk 6 of similar design, secured to a rotating rotor 7, wherein on the lower surface of the upper disk 4, on the upper surface of the lower disk 5 and on both surfaces of the movable disk 6, teeth 8 are arranged around the circumference, wherein the rows of teeth 8 on the fixed disks 4, 5 alternate with the rows of teeth on the movable disk 6, in addition, along the center of the teeth 8 of the disks 4, 5, 6, through holes 9 of circular cross-section are made in the radial direction, wherein the diameter of the hole d is equal to half the height of the tooth h.

[0011] Rotary dispersing mixer works as follows.

[0012] Under the action of mass forces or artificially created pressure, the heterogeneous medium being processed moves from the loading port 1 to the discharge port 2. As it moves through the perforated discs 4, 5, and 6, the heterogeneous medium is subjected to intense mechanical action due to the high shear stress between the moving and fixed teeth, resulting in grinding and mixing. Rotation of the rotor 7, with the moving disc 6 attached to it, creates additional turbulent medium flows through the openings 9 in the teeth, increasing mixing efficiency. The proposed diameter of the openings 9 ensures sufficient cross-sectional area for the medium to pass through at high speed while maintaining the rigidity of the teeth.

[0013] The main advantages of the proposed design of the rotary dispersing mixer include the following:

[0014] - multifunctionality, which is due to the possibility of grinding and mixing heterogeneous liquid-liquid, liquid-solid particle systems;

[0015] - high performance and efficiency of the grinding and mixing process.

[0016] The utility model meets the criterion of “industrial applicability” and can be used in the chemical, food and paint industries for grinding and mixing heterogeneous liquid-liquid and liquid-solid particle systems.
