Description

[0001] The utility model relates to technical means for the delivery, maintenance and distribution of fuel in field conditions.

[0002] The prototype of the technical solution is the AC-14-63501 tank truck (Means of delivery, storage and dispensing of fuel in field conditions [Electronic pecypc] https: / / otvaga2004 / ru / fotoreportazhi / voennaya-tehnika / avtocisterna-ac14-63501 / accessed 05 / 14 / 2026) [1], designed for storing, moving and dispensing fuel in field conditions. It consists of a base chassis, a fuel tank, a power source, a pump, a control unit, and a dispensing hose.

[0003] The disadvantage of the prototype is that it is a large-sized technical device and does not allow for the secrecy of fuel delivery to consumers.

[0004] The technical objective of the utility model is to reduce the overall dimensions of the technical means of delivery and refueling without reducing the operational characteristics.

[0005] The technical problem is solved due to the fact that the mobile fuel delivery vehicle contains a base chassis, a fuel tank, a power source connected via a bus with a pump and a control unit, and is distinguished by the fact that a rectangular platform made of composite material with a 60 mm thick reinforced mesh is rigidly fixed on the base chassis of the mobile delivery vehicle, on which a fuel tank made of composite material is fixedly fixed, with an internal wall made of 5 mm thick stainless steel, on which a breakwater is rigidly fixed, on the outer part of the fuel tank there is a fixed cushion, in the saddle of which a power source, an HND GE1100J inverter generator with a power of 3.5 kW, is rigidly fixed, connected via a bus with a control unit and a pump connected via a suction hose to the fuel tank, and via a dispensing hose to a dispensing gun.

[0006] The essence of the technical solution lies in the structural change of the technical means and the principle of delivery and refueling by including in the set a ground robotic complex as a base chassis with a technological platform fixed to it, secured with technological equipment, allowing for autonomous refueling of equipment in field conditions.

[0007] The utility model is explained by a figure showing a mobile fuel delivery vehicle, where the following is indicated: pos. 1 - platform; pos. 2 - pump; pos. 3 - suction hose; pos. 4 - nozzle; pos. 5 - breakwater; pos. 6 - filler neck; pos. 7 - saddle; pos. 8 - power source; pos. 9 - cushion; pos. 10 - dispensing hose; pos. 11 - lock; pos. 12 - control unit; pos. 13 - fuel tank; pos. 14 - wheel; pos. 15 - frame; pos. 16 - battery.

[0008] The mobile fuel delivery vehicle consists of a base chassis (optionally, a wheeled ground robotic complex (length - 1400 mm; width - 900 mm; height - 800 mm), including a wheel (14) (optionally, four, 4x4 wheel arrangement), a battery (16) (optionally, two), a frame (15). The base chassis is controlled by the operator remotely by providing it with a tracking system (not shown in the figure). The technological platform (1) (optionally, rectangular, made of composite material, with reinforced mesh, 60 mm thick), rigidly (bolted connection), (not shown in the figure) fixed to the frame (15). Technological equipment, including a pump (2), a nozzle (4), a power source (8), a dispensing hose (10), a tank for fuel (13) are fixed on the technological platform (1).Pump (2) (optionally, electric) connected by a bus to a power source (8) (optionally, an HND GE1100J inverter generator with a power of 3.5 kW) fixed in a saddle (7) (optionally, a composite material mount, the outer layer is rubberized), secured to a cushion (9) (optionally, two made of composite material rigidly fixed to the outside of the fuel tank (13).

[0009] Fuel tank (13) (optionally made of composite material with an inner wall made of 5 mm thick stainless steel, on which a breakwater (5) is rigidly fixed (optionally, several sheets of 10 mm thick stainless steel with cut perforations), a filler neck is fixed on top, and a nipple (4) is rigidly built into the side, in the lower part, the other end is connected to the suction hose (3). The suction hose (3) (optionally made of frost-resistant rubber) is connected at one end to the pump (2). The dispensing hose (10) (optionally, a hose with a diameter of 19 mm, made of NBR1 rubber, with the possibility of use at an ambient temperature from minus 30 ° C to plus 90 ° C), in the transport position it is twisted on the lock (11), one end is connected to the pump (2), and the other to the dispensing gun.

[0010] The mobile fuel delivery unit operates as follows. The operator remotely delivers the vehicle to the designated location. A designated person converts the vehicle from its transport position to its operating position. The power source (8) is brought into operation. The dispensing hose (10) is attached to the pump (2), and a dispensing nozzle is attached to the other end. The fuel delivery volume is set on the control unit (12) (pump capacity is 20 liters per minute). The mobile fuel delivery unit is ready for operation.

[0011] Experimental studies conducted at NEOTECH LLC have shown that the proposed design solutions ensure a reduction in the overall dimensions of fuel delivery vehicles with the ability to deliver fuel in a volume of 160 liters in field conditions.

[0012] Thus, the technical solution is innovative, has new useful properties, is practically applicable and helps to reduce the overall dimensions of the technical means of delivery and refueling without reducing the performance characteristics.
