Description

[0001] The utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular to an adjustable device for attaching a beacon under plaster, and can be used in repair and construction work on finishing walls, floors, ceilings and facades using beacon profiles.

[0002] Plaster guide brackets are special elements that secure guide profiles to the wall, ensuring a smooth and precise surface during alignment. Using these brackets prevents distortion, speeds up installation, and improves the quality of the finish. When leveling walls with plaster, guides—metal or plastic profiles that serve as reference points for the straightedge—play a key role. However, without proper fastening, they lose their function.

[0003] A common drawback of known adjustable devices for fixing beacons under plaster is that they are designed exclusively for one type of beacon profile, which is inconvenient to use.

[0004] A known adjustable device for fastening a beacon under plaster, containing two parallel studs with a running thread along the entire length of each, two parallel - lower and upper - strips, located perpendicular to the studs and connected to each other by the threads of the studs, wherein one ends of the studs are connected to the lower strip by a permanent connection with the help of flanges in the shape of a truncated cone, made on the ends of the studs, and longitudinal grooves made in the ends of the strip with a configuration similar to the flanges; the other ends of the studs are connected to the upper strip by a detachable contact connection with the help of through holes made in it coaxially with the grooves of the lower strip, and the thread of the holes, similar to the thread of the studs. On the surface of the upper bar, between its holes, a beacon holder is made in the form of two transverse bar profiles, each having one inclined edge part, and the base of the lower bar serves as an element for fastening the device to the plastered wall.The upper bar with the beacon holder is made of one piece (RU No. 231498, class E04F 21 / 05, 2025).

[0005] A drawback of the known device is that its design does not allow the use of a plastic beacon during plastering and is intended exclusively for iron beacons. Since plastic and iron beacon profiles have different configurations and shapes, and the known design is not suitable for attaching a plastic beacon alongside an iron one, this is inconvenient for plastering, as both iron and plastic beacon profiles are widely used in modern construction.

[0006] The problem that the utility model is aimed at solving is the creation of a simple adjustable device for attaching a beacon under plaster, eliminating the disadvantages of the known device and the need to use various devices for mounting and adjusting beacons of different types.

[0007] The technical result of the utility model is to increase the versatility of the device, capable of holding both an iron and a plastic beacon.

[0008] The stated technical result is achieved by an adjustable device for fastening a beacon under plaster, comprising two parallel threaded studs, a lower and upper strip, and a beacon holder, designed as a groove formed by two transverse strip profiles with inclined edge sections for tightly pressing the beacon against the upper strip. The holder's strip profiles are cast integrally with the upper strip. According to the utility model, a longitudinal groove is formed on the inner surface of each strip profile of the beacon holder near the edge section, accommodating the edge thickenings of a plastic beacon.

[0009] The lower, upper bars and the beacon holder are usually made of flexible material on a polyethylene or plastic base.

[0010] The presented utility model features a universal mounting device for beacon profiles, as it is suitable for both iron and plastic beacons. This is achieved by longitudinal grooves on the inner surface of the profiles, which easily accommodate the edge thickenings of the plastic beacons, securely locking them into place. These grooves do not interfere with the mounting of metal beacons in the holder.

[0011] The plastic and iron beacons have different configurations and shapes. Unlike the iron beacon, the plastic beacon has edge thickenings. The longitudinal grooves of the strip profiles match the edge thickenings of the plastic beacons, allowing both plastic and iron beacons to be used in a single fixture, making it versatile and more convenient to use. You can swap beacons in different plastering areas as you see fit, thereby improving the device's performance.

[0012] The utility model is explained with graphic materials,

[0013] where Fig. 1 shows the device in assembled form;

[0014] in Fig. 2 - view D of Fig. 1 (inner surface of the strip profile with a longitudinal groove);

[0015] in Fig. 3 - the top bar of the device (side view);

[0016] Fig. 4 - photo of the device with an installed iron beacon;

[0017] Fig. 5 - photo of the device with an installed plastic beacon.

[0018] The utility model is explained by the following positions:

[0019] 1 - two parallel threaded studs;

[0020] 2 - top bar;

[0021] 3 - lower bar;

[0022] 4 - transverse plank profiles of the beacon holder with inclined edge parts, made of one piece with the upper plank 2;

[0023] 5 - longitudinal grooves on the inner surface of the strip profiles 4 at the edge part.

[0024] When assembling the device, the lower ends of the threaded rods 1 are secured to the lower bar 3, and the upper ends to the upper bar 2. The base of the lower bar 3 serves to secure the device to the wall being plastered. On the surface of the upper bar 2, between the rods 1, is a beacon holder in the form of two transverse bar profiles 4 with inclined edge sections, allowing the beacon to be pressed tightly against the upper bar 2.

[0025] To ensure the possibility of using plastic beacon profiles that have thickenings along the edges, longitudinal grooves 5 are made on the inner surface of the strip profiles 4 of the holder with the possibility of placing the thickened edge part of the plastic beacon in them.

[0026] This device allows the use of both metal beacons and plastic beacons with thickened edges. The configuration of the inner surfaces of the beacon holder's 4 strip profiles with a groove 5 ensures secure fixation of beacons of different types.

[0027] During installation, an iron beacon, for example a T-shaped one, is inserted into the groove of the holder between the strip profiles 4 (Fig. 4). The inclined edge parts of the strip profiles 4 of the holder tightly press the shelves of the beacon base against the upper strip 2.

[0028] When using a plastic beacon, its thickened edge parts are placed in the longitudinal grooves 5 of the strip profiles 4 provided for this purpose, pressing tightly and being securely held against the upper strip 2 (Fig. 5).

[0029] Since the upper bar 2 with the bar profiles 4 is made of a flexible material on a polyethylene or plastic base, the holder has elasticity (bendability), which facilitates the installation and removal of the beacon and ensures its spring pressure to the upper bar 2.

[0030] The devices mounted on the beacon are glued to the wall being plastered. Quick-drying adhesives, such as Titan Fix2, construction liquid nails, or liquid rods, are applied to the surface of the base of the lower strip 3. The beacon is then leveled (adjusted) by rotating (screwing in and out) the studs 1. Rotating the studs 1 lowers or raises the beacon and upper strip 2, thereby adjusting (aligning) it to the desired level for plastering the wall.

[0031] The declared adjustable device for fastening a beacon under plaster has significant advantages, consisting in expanding the possibility of using different types of beacon profiles - both metal and plastic.
