Description

[0001] The utility model relates to railway transport and concerns the design of two-axle bogies of freight cars, in particular the design of the support slide of a freight railway bogie.

[0002] From Russian patent No. 2416540 for an invention, a supporting slider for a railway car bogie is known, comprising: a base having a lower section and a wall extending upward from the lower section of the base and forming a receiving structure of the base having an open upper part, a double set of springs located in the receiving structure of the base, wherein the double set of springs contains a first helical spring located inside a second helical spring, wherein each of the first and second helical springs has a predetermined height in the uncompressed state, an elastomeric spring, primarily in the form of a cylindrical rod, located inside the first helical spring, wherein the elastomeric spring has a height in the uncompressed state that is less than the height in the uncompressed state of the first helical spring and the second helical spring, a cap having an upper section and a cap wall extending downward from the upper section and forming a receiving structure of the cap having an open bottom,wherein a portion of the first coil spring and a portion of the second coil spring enter the open bottom of the receiving structure of the cap, wherein the first coil spring and the second coil spring have such predetermined heights in the uncompressed state and nominal loads, and the elastomeric spring has such a predetermined height in the uncompressed state that a) during normal movement of an empty railway car, the cap does not come into contact with the elastomeric spring; b) in the case of an empty railway car, the cap comes into contact with the elastomeric spring when the railway car, during movement, reaches a predetermined angle of deviation from the vertical; and c) the cap will come into contact with the elastomeric spring only when the first and second coil springs are compressed so that a gap of about 1.2 cm remains before the contact of the cap with the stopping surface of the base.

[0003] The disadvantage of the support slider, known from the Russian Federation patent No. 2416540 for the invention, is its complexity, due to the presence of several coil springs and an elastomer spring.

[0004] From the patent of the Russian Federation No. 207037 for a utility model, a freight railway car bogie is known with a support slider, containing a housing and an outer cap, having internal guide columns serving to center an elastic element consisting of two springs, one of which is of a larger diameter, located between the housing and the cap, a threaded hole made in the central part of the supporting surface of the cap, an internal guide column in the central part of the housing, made with a limiter placed in it, wherein on the working supporting surface of the cap there are indicators of limit wear in the form of recesses, wherein an anaerobic adhesive sealant is applied to the threaded surface of the limiter, grooves are made on the base of the housing, and a technological hole is made on the side surface of the housing, wherein the inner surface of the wall of the housing, in contact with the spring of a larger diameter, is made with a narrowing from the lower part of the base of the housing to the upper part.

[0005] The disadvantage of the utility model according to patent No. 207037 is the complexity of the design of the support slide, due to the presence of two coil springs.

[0006] The utility model according to patent No. 207037 was selected as the closest analogue.

[0007] The technical problem solved by the proposed utility model is to eliminate the shortcomings of analogues.

[0008] The technical result achieved by the utility model consists in simplifying the design and simplifying the manufacturing process of the side support (sliding bearing) of the freight car bogie, as well as in simplifying the maintenance and repair of the side support.

[0009] The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the side support of the freight car bogie, comprising a housing, an elastic element, an outer cap and a limiting screw, the housing comprises a cylindrical side surface and a base, the outer cap is placed on the housing and is made with a protrusion directed inward of the housing and intended for interaction with the limiting screw, according to the utility model, the elastic element is made in the form of a pack of disk springs, each of which is a conical washer with a through central hole, wherein the pack of disk springs is located between the base of the housing and the outer cap with coverage of the protrusion of the outer cap and the limiting screw through the through central holes of the disk springs, the disk springs are installed in the pack in rows, wherein in each row two disk springs are installed, the convex sections of which are directed in opposite directions.

[0010] The convex sections of the disc springs of one row can be directed outward or inward to the row.

[0011] Additional disc springs are installed in the row, located parallel to the first two springs of the row.

[0012] Disc springs are manufactured according to GOST 3057-90.

[0013] The claimed utility model is explained by a figure, which depicts a general view of the claimed side support with a cutout.

[0014] Positions on the figure:

[0015] 1 - body;

[0016] 1.1 - side cylindrical surface of the body;

[0017] 1.2 - body base;

[0018] 2 - elastic element;

[0019] 3 - outer cap;

[0020] 3.1 - outer cap protrusion;

[0021] 4 - limit screw.

[0022] The claimed side support for a freight car bogie comprises a housing 1, an elastic element 2, an outer cap 3 and a limiting screw 4, the housing 1 comprises a cylindrical side surface 1.1 and a base 1.2; the outer cap 3 is placed on the housing 1 and is made with a projection 3.1 directed inward of the housing 1 and intended to interact with the limiting screw 4.

[0023] Elastic element 2 is made in the form of a pack of disc springs manufactured according to GOST 3057-90, each of which is a conical washer with a through central hole.

[0024] The pack of disc springs 2 is located between the base 1.2 of the housing and the outer cap 3 with coverage of the projection 3.1 of the outer cap and the limit screw 4 through the through central holes of the disc springs 2.

[0025] The disc springs 2 are installed in a pack in rows, with two disc springs installed in a row, the convex sections of which are directed in opposite directions, outward or inward of the row.

[0026] Additional disc springs 2 can be installed in a row, located parallel to the first two springs of the row.

[0027] Disc springs, made in the form of conical washers, are standard products that are manufactured according to GOST 3057-90, which provides for a wide range of disc springs with a variety of spring compression force values, as well as a large number of geometric dimensions and other characteristics.

[0028] Therefore, having determined the side support load based on the calculation results, its elastic element can be assembled from prefabricated disc springs, the parameters of which are selected based on the calculated side support load. This eliminates the need for specially manufactured elastic elements for the side support design.

[0029] Based on the results of the side support load calculation, both the geometry of the disc springs in the package and the number of rows of disc springs will be determined.

[0030] While each side support (slider) with coil springs requires their special manufacture based on the calculated load on the side support, since the coil springs for side supports are not standardized parts.

[0031] The force characteristics of the elastic element can be adjusted not only by adjusting the geometry of the disc springs and their rows, but also by installing additional disc springs parallel to the first two in a row. This will increase the stiffness of the elastic element to the required values.

[0032] The operating principle of disc springs is known from the prior art - when subjected to a load, they change their height (spring), thus demonstrating their springy, shock-absorbing properties.

[0033] Considering the above, the use of disc springs allows the elastic element of the side support to be assembled by simple means from standard products, and also allows the power characteristic of the elastic element to be adjusted by simple means, by adding the number of disc springs in one row, based on the calculated loads on the side support during the operation of the car.

[0034] In addition, if one disc spring fails, it can be easily replaced with another, without replacing the entire elastic element, as in analogs.

[0035] During the transportation of the wagon, the side support takes the load from the wagon body, and the elastic element is compressed, i.e. the convex sections of the disc springs of each row are shifted towards each other (when the disc springs of a row are arranged with the convex sections outward of the row) or the peripheral sections of the springs of a row are shifted towards each other (when the disc springs of a row are arranged with the convex sections inward of the row).

[0036] The spring stroke is determined by its height - the distance between its opposite end sections.

[0037] When the load is removed from the side support, the disc springs return to their original position.

[0038] Disc springs are manufactured according to GOST 3057-90, for example, from 60C2A steel, which has the properties of elasticity, strength, and resistance to variable dynamic loads.

[0039] Thus, the claimed utility model ensures the achievement of a technical result consisting in simplifying the design and simplifying the manufacturing process of the side support (sliding bearing) of a freight car bogie, as well as simplifying the maintenance and repair of the side support.
