Abstract

This utility model relates to timber housing construction. The technical result is the complete elimination of condensation zones (dew points) within the wall. The claimed technical result is achieved by a building wall panel comprising a load-bearing frame of vertical posts and battens, the interior of which is filled with insulation, interior sheathing, and an exterior façade finish. The battens are positioned on both sides of the vertical posts and are cross-shaped, with horizontal battens on the interior side of the panel and diagonal battens on the exterior side. A layer of vapor-permeable non-woven polymer material, such as spunbond, is placed between the interior battens and the insulation, while the diagonal battens, positioned on the exterior side, form ventilation channels between the insulation and the façade finish.

Description

[0001] 1. Technical field

[0002] The utility model relates to the field of construction, namely to the structures of external enclosing walls of low-rise buildings erected in seismically hazardous regions and areas with high humidity.

[0003] 2. State of the Art

[0004] A wall panel is known (prototype - Canadian technology, SP 31-105-2002), including a wooden frame, insulation and a vapor barrier layer made of polymer film.

[0005] Disadvantage: The presence of a sealed vapor barrier leads to the accumulation of excess moisture inside the premises and the risk of condensation forming in the insulation at the slightest depressurization of the seams (see Fig. 3 - diagram with condensation zone).

[0006] 3. Disclosure of the utility model

[0007] The technical result is the complete elimination of the condensation zone (dew point) inside the wall (see Fig. 4 - diagram without condensation zone).

[0008] The claimed technical result is achieved in that the wall panel of the building contains a supporting frame of vertical posts and lathing, the interior space of which is filled with insulation, interior cladding and external facade finishing, wherein the lathing is placed on both sides of the vertical posts and is made crosswise, and on the inner side of the panel the lathing is made horizontal, and on the outer side diagonal, while between the inner lathing and the insulation there is a layer of vapor-permeable non-woven polymer material in the form of spunbond, and the diagonal lathing, placed on the outer side, is made with the formation of ventilation channels between the insulation and the facade finishing.

[0009] In a particular case of the implementation of the utility model, the lathing placed on the inside of the panel forms a closed air gap.

[0010] 4. Brief description of drawings

[0011] Fig. 1 shows a general view of the wall panel frame (front view).

[0012] Fig. 2 shows an axonometric view of the frame with a formed window opening.

[0013] Fig. 3 shows a diagram of the heat engineering calculation of an analogue using a vapor barrier film.

[0014] Fig. 4 shows a diagram of the thermal calculation of the claimed wall panel.

[0015] 5. Implementation of the utility model

[0016] The wall panel comprises a supporting frame consisting of corner posts (1) and vertical posts (3). A window opening (2) is formed in the frame. On the outside of the posts (3), diagonal sheathing (4) is attached at an angle, forming a network of inclined ventilation ducts (10) between the insulation (9) and the façade finish (11).

[0017] An internal sheathing (5) is horizontally attached to the inside of the uprights (3), onto which the internal sheathing (6) is mounted. A closed air gap (7) is formed between the sheathing (6) and the uprights (3).

[0018] Water vapor from the room passes through the inner lining (6) and the air gap (7). Instead of a hermetic barrier (pos. 12 in Fig. 3), the vapor encounters a vapor-permeable spunbond layer (8), which limits, but does not block, diffusion. The vapor then passes through the insulation (9) and is freely released into the external environment through ventilation ducts (10) formed by the external diagonal sheathing (4). This layer configuration completely eliminates the condensation zone inside the panel (Fig. 4), unlike traditional schemes with hydro-vapor barrier (Fig. 3).

Claims

1. A wall panel for a building comprising a supporting frame of vertical posts and lathing, the interior space of which is filled with insulation, interior sheathing and exterior façade finishing, characterized in that the lathing is placed on both sides of the vertical posts and is made crosswise, with the lathing on the inside of the panel being horizontal and on the outside diagonal, with a layer of vapor-permeable non-woven polymer material in the form of spunbond placed between the interior lathing and the insulation, and the diagonal lathing placed on the outside is made to form ventilation channels between the insulation and the façade finishing.

2. A wall panel according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the lathing placed on the inner side of the panel forms a closed air gap.
