Description

[0001] The utility model relates to mining, namely to the mechanization of fastening of working faces during underground mining.

[0002] A section of mechanized support is known, adopted as an analogue (see Ukrainian patent No. 9872, E21D 23 / 08, published on September 30, 1996, bulletin No. 3, 1996), including a base and a ceiling, a movement mechanism consisting of a movement jack, pivotally connected at one end to a pusher, and at the other (rod) to a rotary lever connected to the base, wherein the hinge connecting the rotary lever to the rod of the movement jack is located below the pivot connection of the rotary lever to the base.

[0003] A known technical solution (analogue) is aimed at solving the problem of lifting the toe of the support section base due to the interaction of the pivot arm with the base from the force transmitted by the piston rod of the moving jack, which is structurally located near the seam soil, in an area of high humidity and contamination, which leads to failure of the sealing elements and the need to replace the jack.

[0004] A drawback of the known support section is the impossibility of disconnecting the travel jack rod from the pivot arm (for dismantling the jack for replacement) without dismantling the pivot arm connected to the base. This is due to the inaccessibility of the pivot joint between the travel jack rod and the pivot arm for dismantling. The travel jack is located in the section's base channel, the height of which, necessary to ensure the strength of the base, limits access to the hinge point. In the cramped working space under the support section ceiling, often filled with mine water and fragments of coal and rock debris, performing additional dismantling work in close proximity to the face is associated with increased danger and labor intensity.

[0005] The closest to the utility model in technical essence is the section of the mechanized support adopted as a prototype (see the patent of Ukraine No. 50081 A, E21D 23 / 00, published on 15.10.2002, Bulletin No. 10, 2002), including a ceiling and a base, hydraulic stands, a hydraulic jack of the mechanism for moving the support section, one end of which is connected to the pusher, a hydraulic chuck of the mechanism for lifting the base, one end of which is connected to the base, and a rotary lever pivotally connected to the base, to which the second ends of the hydraulic jack and the hydraulic chuck are pivotally connected, in such a way that the hinge of the connection of the rotary lever with the hydraulic jack is located below the hinge of the connection of the rotary lever with the hydraulic chuck.

[0006] Another drawback of the prototype is the impossibility of disconnecting the hydraulic jack rod of the travel mechanism without dismantling the connected components. This is due to the hydraulic jack's placement in the section base channel, the height of which limits access to the hinge. If the hydraulic jack of the travel mechanism fails, replacing it requires disconnecting the hydraulic chuck from the lever, removing the axle that attaches the lever to the base, moving the lever toward the face, and only then accessing the axle that attaches the hydraulic jack rod to the lever. In the confined working space under the roof of the support section, especially in the presence of mine water, coal lumps, rock, and fine coal, as well as compressed aggregate in the gaps between removable structural elements, performing additional dismantling operations in close proximity to the face wall also poses increased danger and labor intensity.

[0007] The utility model is based on the task of changing the design of the mechanized support section to ensure the possibility of replacing the hydraulic jack of the movement mechanism without additional dismantling of the units connected to it and performing work that is highly dangerous and labor-intensive.

[0008] The stated problem is solved due to the fact that in a section of a mechanized support, including a base made with a channel, a ceiling, hydraulic posts, a movement mechanism located in the base channel, containing a pusher and a hydraulic jack, pivotally connected by the trunnions of the cylinder of the hydraulic jack with the pusher, a base lifting mechanism containing a hydraulic chuck, the cylinder of which is pivotally connected to the base, and a rotary lever having side support cheeks, pivotally connected to the base, wherein the rods of the hydraulic jack and the hydraulic chuck are pivotally connected to the rotary lever, according to the utility model, in the side support cheeks of the rotary lever opposite the axis of fastening of the rod of the hydraulic jack to the rotary lever, open upward grooves are made, and in the body of the rotary lever between the side support cheeks there are holes in which removable axle locks against lateral displacement are installed in the form of U-shaped spring clamps, mated with radial grooves in the axle,in this case, in the side walls of the base channel, opposite the axis of attachment of the hydraulic jack rod to the rotary lever, recesses are made, the dimensions and configuration of which are determined from the condition of the possibility of extending the axis from the working position towards any of the recesses until it is completely disconnected from the hydraulic jack rod, as well as its installation in the working position.

[0009] The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings, which show: Fig. 1 - a general view of a section of a mechanized support (the walls of the base channel are not shown conditionally), Fig. 2 - place B in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - section A-A in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 - section A-A in Fig. 2 with an offset axis, Fig. 5 - Fig. 1 in the position of dismantling the hydraulic jack.

[0010] The section of the mechanized support consists of a base 1 having a channel, a ceiling 2, hydraulic stands 3, a four-link mechanism 4, a movement mechanism and a base lifting mechanism (Fig. 1).

[0011] The movement mechanism is located in the channel of the base 1 and consists of a hydraulic jack 5, pivotally connected to the pusher 6 by means of trunnions 7.

[0012] The base lifting mechanism comprises a hydraulic chuck 8, the cylinder of which is pivotally connected to the base 1, and a pivoting lever 9 pivotally connected to the base, having lateral support cheeks 10. In this case, the rod 11 of the hydraulic jack 5 and the rod of the hydraulic chuck 8 are pivotally connected, respectively, by an axis 12 and an axis 13 with the pivoting lever 9. In the lateral support cheeks 10 of the pivoting lever 9 opposite the axis 12 for fastening the rod 11 of the hydraulic jack 5 to the pivoting lever 9, upwardly open grooves B are made, and in the body of the pivoting lever 9 between the lateral support cheeks 10, openings 14 are made in which removable clamps 15 are installed to limit the lateral displacement of the axis 12. In the side walls of the channel of the base 1 opposite the axis 12, recesses G are made, the dimensions and configuration of which are specified from the condition of the possibility of extending the axis 12 from the working position in the direction of any of recesses G until it is completely disconnected from the rod 11 of the hydraulic jack 5, and also installed in the working position.

[0013] The technical result is achieved as follows.

[0014] In the initial position, the support sections of the rack 3 are extended, the ceiling 2 is pressed against the seam roof, and the base 1 is pressed against the soil, the hydraulic jack 5 is folded, the pusher 6 is extended by means of the trunnions 7 of the cylinder of the folded hydraulic jack 5 (Fig. 1). The hydraulic cartridge 8 is not supplied with liquid under operating pressure, the rotary lever 9 is freely placed on the pusher 6, while the axis 12 is limited from lateral displacement by removable clamps 15 (Fig. 2, Fig. 3).

[0015] To dismantle the hydraulic jack 5, the removable clamps 15 are removed from the pivot arm 9, after which the axle 12 is moved through the corresponding groove B to one of the recesses G until the axle 12 is completely disconnected from the rod 11 of the hydraulic jack 5 (Fig. 4). Then the hydraulic jack 5 is moved upwards by a certain amount, as a result of which the journals 7 of the cylinder of the hydraulic jack 5 are disconnected from the pusher 6.

[0016] After the dismantling operations have been completed, the hydraulic jack 5, completely freed from connections with other structural elements of the support section, is removed from the section base channel for replacement or repair (Fig. 5).

[0017] Assemble hydraulic jack 5 in reverse order. To position axle 12, apply force to its end with a short lever, such as a crowbar, through recess G in the side wall of base channel 1.

[0018] The implementation of the utility model will make it possible to replace the hydraulic jack of the movement mechanism without additional dismantling of the units connected to it and performing work that is highly dangerous and labor-intensive.
