Abstract
Description
[0001] The utility model relates to the field of construction and can be primarily used in the creation of anti-corrosion, sealing, insulating, fire-protective and similar coatings for applying two-component compositions to surfaces, the liquid components of which must be mixed directly during the application of the composition.
[0002] The following are known: equipment for pumping two liquid components into the pressure line of a mixing device (RU 146570 U1, 2014), a device for applying two-component compositions (RU 179974 U1, 2018), an installation for high-pressure supply of two liquid components (RU 181109 U1, 2018), an installation for preparing two-component compositions in the form of a reversible piston pump (RU 194516 U1, 2019) and an installation for high-pressure supply of two liquid components (RU 202805 U1, 2021), which in their common part contain a control panel, two component supply pumps with a common drive, a mixing device, intake hoses, pressure hoses and flow heaters.
[0003] However, the aforementioned known technical means provide for the possibility of feeding the dosed components of the composition at a fixed ratio, determined by the standard sizes of the elements used, but do not provide the possibility of conveniently changing the ratio of the dosed components, which can only be accomplished by replacing, for example, at least one of the component feed pumps.
[0004] A two-component pressure dosing system for the airless application of polymer composite coatings is known (RU 2342202 C2, 2008), which comprises a reversible pneumatic or hydraulic drive for the displacers of pump component hydraulic units, containers for the components being dosed, a device for controlling the flow rate ratio of the components into a common mixer, which is connected by a high-pressure hose to a paint gun. The reversible drive is designed as a horizontal drive with rods extending along its axis in both directions, each of which is kinematically connected to the displacer of only one of the two component hydraulic units, at least one of which is configured to vary its effective working volume, wherein both hydraulic units are equipped with differential displacers capable of feeding components to the mixer in equal volumes when the drive rods move in either direction, and the component containers are located above the component hydraulic units.
[0005] Changing the ratio of components dosed by the aforementioned known installation is carried out by regulating the value of the effective working volume of the component hydraulic units by changing the gaps between their elements, which is a rather labor-intensive operation, since it requires disassembly and subsequent assembly of the component hydraulic units.
[0006] A dual-drive high-pressure unit is known for applying two-component compositions with different ratios of elastomer coatings (RU 2845046 C1, 2025), which contains a compressor, an air pressure regulator, a distribution receiver tank, two incoming air pressure regulators, two air line pneumatic distributors, two double-acting reciprocating pneumatic cylinders, two pneumatic cylinder piston position sensors, two containers with components, two hydraulic drive pumps, flow heaters, a liquid manifold, a spray gun and pneumatic lines connecting all pneumatic elements of the unit.
[0007] The change in the ratio of the components dosed by the aforementioned known installation is carried out either manually using inlet air pressure regulators, which lead to a change in the forces on the piston rods of the pneumatic cylinders and, consequently, on the piston rods of the hydraulic drive pumps, or by pneumatic distributors of the air line according to signals from the piston position sensors of the pneumatic cylinder, installed on the pneumatic cylinders with the possibility of manually loosening the fastening and shifting along their axis.
[0008] A device for dispensing several components with a variable flow rate is known (RU 2542254 C2, 2015), comprising two hydraulic pumps, two DC electric motors driving each of the said pumps, two output reversing valves, two hydraulic linear motors, the direction of movement of which is regulated by the said reversing valves, two pumps for pumping materials, mechanically connected to the hydraulic linear motors, linear position sensors and pressure transducers installed at the outputs of the pumps for pumping materials, two engine control units that are configured to use the measurement results obtained from the linear position sensors and pressure transducers to ensure independent control of the pumps for pumping materials by changing the output torque of the DC electric motors.
[0009] The change in the ratio of components dosed by the said known installation is carried out by regulating the flow rates of components at the outlets of pumps for pumping materials by changing the output torques of electric motors using engine control units that generate control actions based on signals from linear position sensors and pressure transducers.
[0010] The last three well-known installations mentioned provide the ability to change the ratio of the components being dosed, but are characterized by rather complex designs.
[0011] The closest technical equivalent to the claimed utility model is a known system for metered delivery of composite material components (RU 2594423 C1, 2016). This closest analog comprises containers for the metered components, two hydraulic pumps for delivering the components, a leading pneumatic cylinder whose piston rod is connected to the piston rod of one of the hydraulic pumps for delivering the component, a component metering mechanism, and pipelines connecting the hydraulic pumps for delivering the component to the containers for the metered components and a spray head.
[0012] The component dosing mechanism of the closest analogue comprises a rocker arm, the ends of which are pivotally connected to the piston rods of the component feed hydraulic pumps. The rocker arm is mounted by a longitudinal groove formed in it between the pivot joints on a pivot bearing connected to a lead nut mounted on a lead screw, which is rotatably attached to the unit body and connected to the shaft of a stepper motor, controlled by a controller according to a preset program.
[0013] When operating the closest analogous system, hydraulic component feed pumps, driven by a master pneumatic cylinder, transfer composite material components from the dosing component containers to the spray head. A stepper motor, controlled by a preset program from the controller, rotates the lead screw, causing the lead nut and rocker arm pivot to move, resulting in a change in the stroke of the component feed pump piston, connected by its piston rod to the rocker arm, thereby changing the ratio of the dosing components to achieve the desired value.
[0014] The installation, which is the closest analogue, provides the ability to change the ratio of the dosing components, but at the same time is characterized by a rather complex design, which is due to the presence in its composition of an electric drive based on a stepper motor and a control controller.
[0015] At the same time, the possibilities for expanding the arsenal of technical means for applying two-component compositions to surfaces, the components of which must be mixed directly during the application process, according to the authors of this utility model, are far from exhausted.
[0016] The objective of this utility model was to create an installation for applying a two-component composition, which provides the ability to change the ratio of the components being dosed, but at the same time has a fairly simple design.
[0017] The utility model ensures the achievement of a technical result, which consists in expanding the arsenal of technical means used for applying two-component compositions to surfaces, the components of which must be mixed directly during the application process.
[0018] The stated problem is solved and the technical result is achieved in that the installation for applying a two-component composition, containing, in accordance with the closest analogue, a frame, first and second piston hydraulic pumps mounted on the frame and equipped with intake hoses, a drive pneumatic cylinder, the rod of which is connected to the rod of the first piston hydraulic pump, a rocker arm mounted on a hinged support, the arms of which are connected by means of hinges to the rods of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps, and a spray head connected to the first and second piston hydraulic pumps by pressure hoses, differs from the closest analogue in that the hinged support of the rocker arm is fixedly mounted on the frame, the hinge connecting the rod of the second piston hydraulic pump with the rocker arm is mounted in a longitudinal groove made in the rocker arm with the possibility of longitudinal movement in it and fixation, and the second piston hydraulic pump is mounted on the frame with the help of hinge, installed in a groove made in the frame with the possibility of longitudinal movement in it and fixation.
[0019] In this case, the driving pneumatic cylinder is mounted on the body of the first piston hydraulic pump using stands.
[0020] The first piston hydraulic pump is mounted on the frame using a hinge.
[0021] The first and second piston hydraulic pumps are connected to the spray head via pressure hoses through flow heaters.
[0022] The rocker arm pivot support is fixedly mounted on the bed using a stand.
[0023] The design of the claimed installation for applying a two-component composition such that the hinge support of the rocker arm is fixedly mounted on the frame, the hinge connecting the rod of the second piston hydraulic pump with the rocker arm is mounted in a longitudinal groove made in the rocker arm with the possibility of longitudinal movement in it and fixation, and the second piston hydraulic pump is mounted on the frame with the help of a hinge installed in a groove made in the frame with the possibility of longitudinal movement in it and fixation, with a relatively simple design of the installation, provides the ability to change the ratio of the components being dosed and to achieve a technical result, which consists in expanding the arsenal of technical means used for applying two-component compositions to surfaces, the components of which must be mixed directly during the application process.
[0024] Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the claimed installation for applying a two-component composition.
[0025] Fig. 2 shows a vertical section of the claimed installation for applying a two-component composition.
[0026] Fig. 3 shows a vertical section of the right part (according to the location in the drawing of Fig. 2) of the claimed installation for applying a two-component composition.
[0027] The two-component composition application unit provides for the collection of components from the first and second component containers 1 and 2 (see Fig. 1), for example, from barrels, dosing them at a given ratio and mixing with the application of the resulting mixture to the surface being treated.
[0028] The installation for applying a two-component composition comprises (see Fig. 1) a frame 3, first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 mounted on the frame 3 and connected by inlet pipes 6 and 7 equipped with check valves (not shown in the drawings), with intake hoses 8 and 9 (not shown in Figs. 2 and 3) intended for connection with the first and second containers 1 and 2 for components, respectively, a drive pneumatic cylinder 10 connected to a compressor (not shown in the drawings), and a rocker arm 11, which is mounted on a hinged support 12, fixedly mounted on the frame 3 with the help of a stand 13.
[0029] The outlet pipes 14 and 15 of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 are connected via filters 16, 17 and flow heaters 18, 19 by means of pressure hoses 20 and 21 to the inlet pipes of the first and second switching valves 22 and 23 (not shown in Fig. 2 and 3), respectively. The first outlet pipes of the first and second switching valves 22 and 23 are connected via pressure hoses 24 and 25 to the spray head (not shown in the drawings), and the second outlet pipes of the first and second switching valves 22 and 23 are connected to pressure hoses 26 and 27 for connection to the first and second containers 1 and 2 for components, respectively.
[0030] The body of the first piston hydraulic pump 4 is mounted on the frame 3 using the hinge 28, and the drive pneumatic cylinder 10 is mounted on the body of the first piston hydraulic pump 4 using the racks 29 and is connected by the rod 30 of its piston to the rod 31 of the piston of the first piston hydraulic pump 4, to which one shoulder of the rocker arm 11 is connected using the hinge 32.
[0031] The housing of the second piston hydraulic pump 5 is mounted on the frame 3 by means of a hinge 33, which is installed in a groove 34 made in the frame 3 (see Figs. 2 and 3) with the possibility of longitudinal movement in it and fixation with the help of bolts (shown in Figs. 2 and 3, but not indicated). The rod 35 of the second piston hydraulic pump 5 is connected to the other shoulder of the rocker arm 11 by means of a hinge 36, which is installed in a groove 37 made in the rocker arm 11 (see Figs. 2 and 3) with the possibility of longitudinal movement in it and fixation with the help of bolts (shown in Figs. 2 and 3, but not indicated).
[0032] To ensure that the required component dosing ratio is obtained when preparing the two-component composition application unit for operation, the bolted joint 33 of the second piston hydraulic pump 5 housing and the joint 36 of the rod 35 of the second piston hydraulic pump 5 are loosened, and then the joint 33 is moved longitudinally in the groove 34 of the frame 3 and the joint 36 in the groove 37 of the rocker arm 11 to the required position, after which the joint 33 and the joint 36 are fixed by tightening the corresponding bolts. For ease of precise installation of the joints 33 and 36 in the required positions, marks are applied along the grooves 34 and 37, respectively, on the frame 3 and the rocker arm 11, indicating the ratio of the dosing components ensured in this position of the joints 33 and 36.
[0033] Before applying the two-component composition, the circulation and heating mode of the components is carried out, thereby ensuring that the elements of the installation are filled with the metered components, for which purpose the control bodies of the first and second switching valves 22 and 23 are manually moved to a position in which the supply of components is ensured through them through pressure hoses 26 and 27 into the first and second containers 1 and 2 for components, respectively.
[0034] To implement the two-component composition application mode, the controls of the first and second switching valves 22 and 23 are manually set to a position in which the components are supplied through them via pressure hoses 24 and 25 to the spray head (not shown in the drawings).
[0035] The two-component coating system operates similarly in these two modes. The difference is that in the circulation and heating mode, the components are fed into the first and second component tanks (1 and 2), while in the two-component coating mode, they are fed into the spray head.
[0036] Under the action of compressed air coming from the compressor, a reciprocating movement of the piston rod 30 of the driving pneumatic cylinder 10, rod 31 with the piston of the first piston hydraulic pump 4 occurs and, as a consequence, rocker arm 11 swings on the fixed hinge support 12, causing a reciprocating movement of rod 35 with the piston of the second piston hydraulic pump 5. Since rod 35 with the piston of the second piston hydraulic pump 5 is driven by rod 31 with the piston of the first piston hydraulic pump 4 through the rocking rocker arm 11, then, when, for example, rod 31 moves downwards (according to the arrangement in the drawings), rod 35 moves upwards (according to the arrangement in the drawings).
[0037] In this case, the installation of the first piston hydraulic pump 4 on the frame 3 using the hinge 28, as well as the installation of the second piston hydraulic pump 5 on the frame 3 using the hinge 33 and the connection of the rod 35 of the second piston hydraulic pump 5 to the rocker arm 11 using the hinge 36 prevents distortions of these elements during the swinging of the rocker arm 11.
[0038] When the pistons of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 move, for example, upward (as shown in the drawings), under the action of the vacuum arising in their piston cavities, components enter them from the first and second component tanks 1 and 2 through the intake hoses 8 and 9 through the inlet pipes 6 and 7 with their check valves open (not shown in the drawings). During the subsequent movement of the pistons of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 downward (as shown in the drawings), the check valves of the inlet pipes 6 and 7 close, but the bypass valves (not shown in the drawings) of the pistons of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 open, and the components located in the piston cavities flow into the rod cavities of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5.
[0039] During the next movement of the pistons of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 upwards (according to the location in the drawings), the bypass valves of the pistons are closed and the components contained in their rod cavities through the outlet pipes 14 and 15 of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 along the pressure hoses 20, 21 through the filters 16, 17 and the flow heaters 18, 19, while being heated, enter the first and second switching valves 22 and 23, through which, in the circulation and heating mode, they return to the first and second containers 1 and 2 for components along the pressure hoses 26 and 27, and in the mode of applying a two-component composition, they enter the spray head along the pressure hoses 24 and 25, with the help of which the components are mixed and applied to the surface being treated. At the same time, in a similar manner, the piston cavities of the first and second piston hydraulic pumps 4 and 5 are filled again with components that enter them from the first and second containers 1 and 2 for components through the intake hoses 8 and 9 through the inlet pipes 6 and 7 with the check valves open.
[0040] Thus, the utility model ensures the achievement of a technical result, which consists in expanding the arsenal of technical means used for applying two-component compositions to surfaces, the components of which must be mixed directly during the process of applying the composition.
