Abstract
Description
[0001] The utility model relates to the automotive industry, in particular to self-unloading vehicles, and can be used in hydraulic drives of chassis systems for forced lubrication of gears of an automatic transmission (hereinafter referred to as AT) and starting the engine by towing without removing the driveshaft of the tractor.
[0002] A pumping station described in invention patent RU 2221166 (class F04B23 / 00, 31.07.2001) is known from the prior art. The known pumping station consists of a pumping unit, implemented in the form of a pump mounted on a frame, connected via a coupling to a motor, a tank hydraulically connected to the pumping unit via a suction pipeline and a discharge pipeline connected to the consumer's hydraulic system, a check valve installed with the ability to shut off the discharge pipeline, and a safety valve.The pumping station is equipped with an automatic unloader and a drain pipeline attached to the tank, connecting the tank with the consumer's hydraulic system, a loading throttle installed between the discharge and drain pipelines, with the possibility of their communication, a coarse filter installed in the drain pipeline and a high-pressure fine filter installed in the discharge pipeline before the automatic unloader, a gear pump, hydraulically connected to the pump by an oil supply hydraulic line, a fine oil filter and a tubular refrigerator installed in the oil supply hydraulic line.
[0003] A mobile pump for pumping thick materials is disclosed in US Patent No. 11939967 B2 (class F04B15 / 02, March 19, 2020). The pump unit and drive motor are eccentrically positioned on the trailer chassis so that they are offset transversely relative to the longitudinal center plane of the trailer chassis.
[0004] Also known from the prior art is a portable pumping station with a gasoline engine, described in patent RU 2372522 C2 (F04B17 / 06, 18.12.2007). This portable pumping station consists of a frame and a tank, which is attached to the frame and can rotate about an axis mounted in the frame; a gasoline engine and pump, attached to the tank; and also contains hoses designed to connect the station to a hydraulic tool at a distance. The configuration of the outer surface of the tank is similar to the configuration of the outer surface of the hose reel.
[0005] The closest analogue (prototype) to the claimed technical solution is the portable pumping station described in utility model patent RU 117987 U1 (F04B17 / 00, published July 10, 2012). The known portable pumping station comprises a housing, a drive including an electric motor and an associated battery, a hydraulic pump, a tank for working fluid secured to the housing, delivery and drain hoses equipped with quick-release couplings, and a device for transporting the station.
[0006] The disadvantage of this technical solution is that the known design does not provide a forced supply of hydraulic fluid to the automatic transmission lubrication circuit, does not have a safety valve to protect the hydraulic system from overpressure, does not prevent backflow of hydraulic fluid through the emergency pump station when the main automatic transmission pump is operating, does not have a thermal relay to protect the electric motor rotor windings from overheating, does not have a pressure gauge indicating the pressure in the station system, does not have a high water protection class (IP6K9K), meaning it does not meet the requirements for waterway navigation and pressure washing, and does not have the ability to connect to the vehicle's 24 V onboard electrical system, which leads to damage to the vehicle's automatic transmission, thus preventing safe operation of the automatic transmission. This design also lacks the ability to regulate the flow of hydraulic fluid to the lubrication circuit.
[0007] The MPPT charge controller is a battery charge controller with solar panel maximum power point tracking. MPPT effectively converts excess voltage into additional current, charging batteries faster, especially on cloudy days.
[0008] The objective of the claimed utility model is to develop an emergency pumping station that ensures the reliable operation of self-unloading vehicles.
[0009] The technical result of the utility model is to ensure the safe operation of the automatic transmission when towing a vehicle without removing the driveshaft.
[0010] The said technical result is achieved in that the emergency pumping station, combined into a single unit, containing a housing, an electric motor and a pump, according to the utility model, contains devices for connection to the on-board electrical system of a vehicle under 24 V, the pump is configured to be driven by an electric motor equipped with a starting thermal relay configured to protect the rotor windings of the electric motor from overheating, the housing is made with hydraulic channels, wherein an adjustable throttle, a check valve and a safety valve are built into the housing and connected to each other by said hydraulic channels, wherein the pump outlet is connected by a hydraulic channel to the input of the adjustable throttle, configured to adjust the flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to the lubrication circuit, the output of the adjustable throttle is connected by a hydraulic channel to the input of the check valve,designed with the possibility of preventing the return of hydraulic fluid through the emergency pumping station when the main pump is operating, the outlet of the check valve is connected by a hydraulic channel to a measuring point communicated through an impulse tube with a pressure gauge designed with the possibility of indicating the pressure in the station system, and by a hydraulic channel to the lubrication circuit, and the inlet of the safety valve is connected by a hydraulic channel to the outlet of the pump, while the outlet of the safety valve is connected by a hydraulic channel to the drain in the gearbox housing.
[0011] The emergency pumping station additionally contains a battery with a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) charge controller with a solar charging function.
[0012] The utility model is illustrated by the following drawings:
[0013] Fig. 1 - hydraulic circuit of the ANS (the circuit is shown in the initial position);
[0014] Fig. 2 - ANS, general 3D view;
[0015] Fig. 3 - ANS, general 3D view, composition.
[0016] The following positions are indicated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3:
[0017] 1, 18 - electrical connections;
[0018] 2 - electric motor with starting thermal relay;
[0019] 3, 5, 7, 9, 13, 15, 17 - hydraulic channels;
[0020] 4 - pump;
[0021] 6 - adjustable throttle;
[0022] 8 - check valve;
[0023] 10 - measurement point;
[0024] 11 - pulse tube;
[0025] 12 - pressure gauge;
[0026] 14 - body;
[0027] 16 - safety valve;
[0028] 19 - battery;
[0029] 20 - controller (MPPT).
[0030] The ANS contains an electrical connection 1, an electric motor with a starting thermal relay 2, a hydraulic channel 3, a pump 4, a hydraulic channel 5, an adjustable throttle 6, a hydraulic channel 7, a check valve 8, a hydraulic channel 9, a measuring point 10, a pulse tube 11, a pressure gauge 12, a hydraulic channel 13, a housing 14, a hydraulic channel 15, a safety valve 16, a hydraulic channel 17, an electrical connection 18, an accumulator 19, a controller (MPPT) 20. The ANS components are combined into a single unit, the components are connected to each other by hydraulic channels and electrical channels. The housing 14 is made with axial and radial holes, and also contains hydraulic and electrical channels.
[0031] The emergency pump station operates as follows. When the supply voltage is applied through electrical connection 1, the electric motor with starting thermal relay 2 is switched on. The thermal relay inside the electric motor protects the rotor windings of the electric motor from overheating. Hydraulic fluid is supplied through hydraulic channel 3 via the switched-on pump 4 after the electric motor with starting thermal relay 2 is switched on. The hydraulic fluid is then supplied through hydraulic channel 5 to the adjustable throttle 6. The hydraulic fluid then enters check valve 8 through hydraulic channel 7, which prevents the return of hydraulic fluid through the emergency pump station when the main automatic transmission pump is operating. The hydraulic fluid is then supplied through hydraulic channel 9, measurement point 10, and pulse tube 11 to pressure gauge 12, which displays the pressure in the station system.At the same time, hydraulic fluid enters the automatic transmission lubrication circuit through hydraulic channel 13, thereby ensuring forced lubrication of the automatic transmission gears and engine starting by towing without removing the tractor's driveshaft. If the system pressure exceeds the specified value, hydraulic fluid drains through hydraulic channel 15, then through relief valve 16, which is set to a specific pressure, and finally through hydraulic channel 17 into the transmission housing.
[0032] The integrated adjustable throttle 6 allows the flow rate of hydraulic fluid supplied to the lubrication circuit to be adjusted. Additionally, the ANS can be connected to a battery 19 with an MPPT controller 20 with solar charging capability via electrical connection 18, allowing the ANS to be used as a standalone system when the tractor's battery is discharged.
[0033] The claimed technical solution ensures the safe operation of the automatic transmission when towing a vehicle without removing the driveshaft.
