Description

[0001] profile

[0002] The utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular, to supporting profiles for mounting ceilings with ventilation ducts for air exchange and can be used for the manufacture of suspended ceilings in rooms of various sizes and purposes.

[0003] The "Linear Air Distribution Unit of a Diffuser Type with a Deturbulent Hexagonal Mesh Splitter" RU 2797624 [1] is known, consisting of two identical orthogonal metal profiles, connected to each other by tension using force-fitted lamellas with a triangular cross-section and a deturbulent hexagonal mesh splitter. Moreover, the outlet edges of the orthogonal metal profiles are implemented in several design variants, representing a fastening unit for connecting the air distribution device to various standard ceiling covering solutions, including stretch ceilings.

[0004] The disadvantage of the known device is the low strength and reliability of the composite structure.

[0005] The closest to the claimed technical solution is “VENTILATION PROFILE” RU 226259 [2], containing two external vertical ribs and one external horizontal rib, as well as two internal vertical ribs and one internal horizontal rib, forming a U-shaped cross-section with an open downward cavity, which is an air duct, contains inclined shelves between the internal vertical shelves and the external vertical ribs.,.

[0006] The well-known profile is more durable and reliable compared to [1], the disadvantage of the device is the impossibility of installing a suspended ceiling.

[0007] Technical result: the possibility of producing a stretch ceiling while maintaining reliability, durability, and aerodynamic efficiency.

[0008] The technical result is achieved in that the ventilation profile, containing two external vertical ribs and one external horizontal rib, as well as two internal vertical ribs and one internal horizontal rib, wherein the internal ribs form a U-shaped cross-section with an open downward cavity (which is an air duct), and also contains inclined shelves between the internal vertical shelves and the external vertical ribs, is characterized by the fact that two pairs of inclined harpoon holders (for mounting a suspended ceiling) directed downwards are adjacent to the lower part.

[0009] Implementation:

[0010] The figures show a cross-section of the profile, where:

[0011] 1 - vertical outer ribs;

[0012] 2 - horizontal outer rib;

[0013] 3 - internal horizontal rib;

[0014] 4 - internal vertical shelves;

[0015] 5 - inclined shelves;

[0016] 6 - lower horizontal shelves

[0017] 7 - upper harpoon holder;

[0018] 8 - lower harpoon holder;

[0019] 9 - lower C-shaped connecting elements;

[0020] 10 - rectangular connecting elements (grooves);

[0021] 11 - round cylindrical limiters;

[0022] 12 - Upper C-shaped connecting elements.

[0023] The device operates as follows:

[0024] The profile is mirror-symmetrical. The vertical outer ribs 1 and the horizontal (outer upper) rib 2 form an external U-shaped profile. The internal horizontal rib 3 and internal vertical shelves 4 form a cavity, open at the bottom, which is used as an air duct. Sloping shelves 5 are located between the internal vertical shelves and the external vertical ribs. Lower horizontal shelves 6 are located between the lower ends of the vertical shelves (internal and external). The upper (with a stop) 7 and lower 8 harpoon fixators are adjacent to the lower horizontal shelf, between which the harpoons of the stretch ceiling are inserted.

[0025] On the outer side, the C-shaped connecting elements can be located at the corners 12, as well as on the lower harpoon holders 9. Rectangular connecting elements 10 can be made at the bottom of the side outer ribs.

[0026] Cylindrical limiters 11 may be located at the ends of the upper harpoon holders.

[0027] The mating grooves of the ventilation profile improve the following characteristics:

[0028] Profile connection reliability:

[0029] C-shaped connecting elements and rectangular connecting elements provide a rigid connection between profiles. This allows for the creation of a single system of any length without loss of strength, which is critical for the scalability of the structure.

[0030] Compatibility with other ceiling components:

[0031] The grooves on the outer vertical ribs and lower harpoon holders simplify the integration of the profile with flexible air ducts, lighting fixtures and other elements of the ceiling system.

[0032] Mounting versatility:

[0033] The connecting elements provide modularity. For example, rectangular grooves allow air ducts to be connected to the profile ends, while C-shaped elements can be used to mount lighting fixtures.

[0034] Minimizing deformation:

[0035] The connection through the docking grooves evenly distributes the load between the sections, preventing distortions and deformations, which is critical for maintaining the geometry of the tension web.

[0036] Result: The coupling grooves enhance the profile's functionality, providing design flexibility, system reliability, and compatibility with utility systems. This eliminates the need for additional fasteners, simplifying installation and reducing costs.

[0037] The presence of cylindrical elements at the ends of the harpoon holders will simplify the installation of a suspended ceiling.

[0038] Technical result: the possibility of producing and installing a suspended ceiling while maintaining reliability, strength and aerodynamic efficiency due to the presence of two pairs of downward-facing inclined harpoon holders.

[0039] Industrial applicability

[0040] This ventilation profile is designed for use in the construction industry when installing suspended ceilings with integrated ventilation systems. Its key applications include:

[0041] Residential and commercial premises

[0042] - Installation in offices, shopping centers, apartments, where it is necessary to combine the aesthetics of a stretch ceiling with functional ventilation.

[0043] - The modular design allows you to create systems of any configuration, adapting to the layout of the premises.

[0044] Building Engineering Systems

[0045] - Integration with flexible air ducts, lighting fixtures and other communications through universal connecting elements (C-shaped and rectangular grooves).

[0046] - The U-shaped cavity (air duct) provides effective air exchange without disturbing the geometry of the ceiling.

[0047] Improving the reliability of structures

[0048] Two pairs of inclined harpoon holders ensure a secure hold of the harpoons on the tension web, preventing deformation.

[0049] Rigid joints through grooves and cylindrical stops prevent distortion, maintaining the integrity of the system.

[0050] Economic efficiency

[0051] Eliminating the need for additional fasteners reduces installation time and costs.

[0052] Optimized geometry minimizes ventilation energy loss, reducing operating costs.

[0053] Advantages over analogues:

[0054] combination of the functions of an air duct and a supporting profile for a stretch ceiling in one design,

[0055] increased strength due to monolithic structure (unlike composite analogs).

[0056] Compatibility with standard ceiling system solutions thanks to universal connecting elements.

[0057] Results: The profile is industrially applicable in mass construction, renovation, and modernization of buildings requiring energy-efficient ventilation systems with an aesthetically pleasing design. Technical solutions (harpoon holders, connecting grooves, aerodynamic optimization) ensure the product's competitiveness in the construction materials market.
