Abstract
Description
[0001] The claimed invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods of non-drug healing of the body, and can be used for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes to cleanse and restore the body, improve performance and appearance.
[0002] STATE OF THE ART
[0003] One way to cleanse and heal the body is therapeutic fasting. For centuries, people have used various forms of fasting to cleanse the body. Fasting refers to the body's state when there is insufficient or inadequate nutrient intake, as well as significant disruptions in their composition or absorption.
[0004] Fasting can be complete ("wet"), absolute ("dry"), or partial ("undernourishment"). Only complete and absolute fasting have therapeutic value.
[0005] In fasting practice, drinking water plays a special role, and its specific features diversify treatment methods. During complete fasting, drinking water helps cleanse the fasting person's body of "ballast" metabolic waste products formed during tissue breakdown during autolysis, foreign antigenic material, xenobiotics, etc., thereby facilitating the removal of endotoxins ("wastes") from the body through the excretory organs (intestines, kidneys, skin, and lungs). The deficiency of "exogenous water" during "dry" fasting is compensated for by an increase in the amount of "endogenous water," 95% of which is formed in the body during fat oxidation.
[0006] Dry therapeutic fasting helps improve well-being and boost immunity. It promotes anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects, and overall rejuvenation of the body. It's also an excellent way to prevent disease.
[0007] Sources containing information on both wet fasting and dry fasting were identified in the publicly available literature.

[0021] Of the above sources, the most relevant to the proposed invention are the works of the present author (Sergei Filonov's books – sources one, two, and three), which provide the necessary information for independently undergoing a course of therapeutic fasting. These include the basic principles of healthy eating; preparation for fasting; a detailed program for: short-term daily fasting, three-day wet fasting, 10-day dry therapeutic fasting; exiting the fast; additional health improvement methods, etc.
[0022] The author of this invention has been researching fasting since 1990, and his books have been published since 2012 and are constantly being reprinted. The author continually refines the techniques revealed in his books, and has now developed an updated method for improving the body's health that eliminates previous shortcomings.
[0023] Various methods for cleansing and healing the body were also found in the patent literature, among which the following analogs of the proposed invention can be indicated.
[0024] Patent document RU2714179C1 (published February 12, 2020) describes a method for comprehensive health improvement: a 30-day wellness course is followed by fasting for the first 3-7 days. The day after the fast, a liver drainage procedure is performed with a decoction of choleretic herbs. After completing the liver drainage procedure, freshly squeezed grapefruit and orange juices are consumed for three days, taking 900 grams each and mixed with a glass of lemon juice and two liters of an alkaline aqueous solution of catholyte. For the next three days after taking the juices, watermelon is included in the diet, and warm salt baths are taken in the evening. On the seventh day after the fast, a raw plant-based diet is switched to for the remainder of the wellness course, with the addition, starting on the 22nd day, of no more than 30% cooked food.Additionally, enemas are administered on fasting days, beginning on the second day. During the fast, patients drink an alkaline aqueous solution (catholyte) and administer enemas with an acidic aqueous solution (anolyte), additionally acidified with lemon juice. This method ensures the restoration and strengthening of physiological health in modern life through a carefully selected combination of various body interventions in a specific sequence.
[0025] Patent document RU2692327C1 (published June 24, 2019) describes a method for improving the human body by Professor I.P. Neumyvakin. This involves a series of procedures and sessions, including therapeutic fasting. The duration of therapeutic fasting is two to three weeks. During the fast, at least 2 liters of the drink are consumed daily from a thermos. To prepare the drink, 5-6 dried apricots, 2-3 prunes, and one cut lemon are added daily, followed by two liters of water. The drink is taken according to a schedule: two days of drinking only the drink and one green apple or orange, and the other two days of drinking pure water. On the third, fourth, tenth, and eleventh days, the liver is treated with a liver infusion and antiparasitic agents. On the fifth, sixth, twelfth and thirteenth days, kidney health is improved with the help of a kidney collection and the use of antiparasitic agents. The gastrointestinal tract and colon are also improved, with treatments performed every other day for one week, then once a week. Morning and evening walks of at least two hours are taken daily. Microclysters are prescribed with the following composition: three to five milliliters of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 200 milliliters of saline solution, administered at a rate of 60-80 drops per minute, or 5-8 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 400 ml of saline solution. This method promotes healing through a developed system of physiological fasting, eliminating strain on the gastrointestinal tract. Patent document RU2101024C1 (published January 10, 1998) proposes a method for treating hypothalamic syndrome in women, including dosed therapeutic fasting, acupuncture, and herbal medicine that affects the body's functional systems. A distinctive component of the proposed therapy is that, starting on the first day of fasting, herbal medicine is administered, taking into account the biological clock of the body's major systems' functional activity, while influencing the organs with an aqueous extract of medicinal plants. The technical result: the proposed treatment method eliminates the use of psychotropic substances, reduces side effects, and enhances the therapeutic effect. Patent document RU2734092C1 (published October 12, 2020) discloses a method for rehabilitating the body, which involves fasting with phases of initiating and exiting it. The circadian rhythm of sleep-wakefulness is altered to nighttime wakefulness with physical activity and water and air treatments. Sleep is organized in the morning and evening hours, and conditions for daytime wakefulness are created. Speaking is limited. At the beginning of therapeutic fasting for two days and the end of therapeutic fasting for two to three days, the body is switched to consuming freshly prepared smoothies and single-ingredient juices or their blends until the body is satiated. Therapeutic fasting is carried out in two phases. The first phase begins after the beginning of therapeutic fasting, with the abstinence from food and liquid for two to four days. Then, the second phase of therapeutic fasting begins, with the body transitioning to drinking freshly prepared clarified single-ingredient juices or their blends in quantities of 150 ml every two hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 12-14 days. This method allows for increased effectiveness of body cleansing, significantly extending the period of performance during the second fasting period, improving overall health, and enabling targeted self-monitoring and self-management of the rehabilitation process.
[0028] The disadvantage of known methods is, first of all, the lack of a systemic, comprehensive approach to cleansing and healing the body, which leads to the launch of processes such as autophagy, apoptosis, activation of the production of new stem cells, and autolysis.
[0029] The closest analogue to the proposed invention, as noted above, is the book by the author of the present invention, "Dry Therapeutic Fasting. How to Fast Properly and Comfortably" (the first source). The author reveals the general principles and some specific features of therapeutic absolute fasting. However, this work was intended as a guide for independent therapeutic treatment at home and did not provide a comprehensive approach to treatment carried out under medical supervision. It also barely addresses aspects such as apitherapy, hirudotherapy, etc.
[0030] The conducted analysis of the state of the art showed that there is a need to develop a comprehensive approach to therapeutic fasting, which would increase the effectiveness of the dry fasting method in the process of body recovery, including for patients suffering from various diseases (for example, autoimmune diseases).
[0031] DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[0032] The technical results that the proposed invention is aimed at achieving are:
[0033] - ensuring cleansing and normalization of metabolic processes in the body,
[0034] - ensuring overall health of the body, increasing immunity and improving the quality of life.
[0035] The achievement of the specified technical results is ensured by a method of healing the body, characterized by the fact that it consists of four sequentially implemented stages:
[0036] - the first stage is preparatory, during which diagnostics are carried out, after which preparation for fasting is carried out, while a diet with a gradual reduction in calorie content is prescribed, preparation begins with cleansing the liver with castor oil and lemon juice, and the final phase of the first stage is fasting with water intake,
[0037] - the second stage is training, during which they carry out short-term dry fasting, adding 1 day of dry fasting to the diet, then take a break and repeat the stage with a gradual increase in the number of days of dry fasting to 5 days,
[0038] - the third main stage, which involves long-term dry fasting, combined with a daily set of therapeutic procedures, including manual therapy and apitherapy,
[0039] - the fourth stage is restorative, during which the fast is broken using Bolotov serum, fruit and vegetable decoctions, and hirudotherapy.
[0040] The first stage of the liver cleanse is performed using castor oil and lemon juice, taken in a ratio of 1:0.5, at a rate of 1 ml of castor oil per 1 kg of body weight. More than one liver cleanse may be recommended. During the first stage, sorbents and coffee enemas may be prescribed. The duration of the first stage is at least 1 month.
[0041] The break between dry fasting days in the second stage is 7 to 10 days. During the second stage, sorbent intake may be additionally prescribed during the breaks. The duration of the second stage is at least three months.
[0042] The first procedure in the third stage of manual therapy is the injection of saline solution into trigger points in the back. Muscle tension, functional limitations, somatic dysfunctions, and tensor changes in the back and abdomen are addressed manually. Bee stings are used as apitherapy techniques. Apitherapy is performed daily, starting with one sting per day and progressing to 6-7 stings. The duration of the third stage ranges from 6 to 11 days.
[0043] The first day of the fourth stage begins with drinking boiled water for two hours, followed by Bolotov's serum, followed by a fruit decoction, and ending the day with a vegetable decoction. Bolotov's serum is taken in 1 liter of boiled water and 50 ml of Bolotov's serum. Bolotov's serum can be diluted with warm water in a 1:1 ratio, i.e., 50 ml of serum and 50 ml of warm water. For the next 3-5 days of the fourth stage, only heat-treated foods are consumed, excluding meat and meat products. The fourth stage concludes the manual therapy procedures of the third stage, with manual therapy supplemented by a full-body honey massage and cupping. Additional procedures may be prescribed for the fourth stage, based on the individual needs of each patient, including treatment of the diaphragms of the entire body and adhesions on the scalp. The duration of the fourth stage is at least 2 months.
[0044] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0045] The method of healing the body consists of four successive stages: the first stage is preparatory, the second stage is training, the third stage is the main stage, and the fourth stage is restorative.
[0046] The first stage is preparatory.
[0047] The first stage involves preparation for fasting, which promotes detoxification of the body.
[0048] The patient is initially diagnosed. This can be done by any known method, including a specialist consultation, a comprehensive examination by specialists, a questionnaire, parameter measurements, muscle and tissue testing, etc. The patient may be prescribed tests.
[0049] The purpose of the diagnosis is to identify the patient's illnesses and / or indications for therapeutic fasting. Among the illnesses and conditions for which therapeutic fasting is indicated are: autoimmune diseases, infertility, miscarriage, missed abortion, premature menopause, menstrual irregularities, thyroid problems, chronic pain, the effects of COVID-19 or vaccinations, chronic fatigue syndrome, stress and anxiety, sleep disorders, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, skin conditions including eczema or psoriasis, excess weight or obesity, allergies, bronchial and / or lung problems including asthma, a previous gallbladder, etc.
[0050] Furthermore, diagnostic tests may reveal contraindications for fasting. Fasting is not recommended for patients with malignant neoplasms and hemoblastoses, active tuberculosis of the lungs and other organs, persistent heart rhythm and conduction disturbances, inability to care for themselves, purulent-inflammatory diseases of the respiratory and abdominal organs, stage II and III circulatory failure, active acute and chronic hepatitis, as well as liver cirrhosis, thrombophlebitis and thrombosis, and pregnancy and lactation.
[0051] After the diagnosis, preparation for fasting is carried out. This includes a liver cleanse and a water-only fast followed by a transition to the prescribed diet.
[0052] During the first stage, the patient is prescribed a diet with a gradual reduction in calorie intake. The patient is advised to completely abstain from meat and meat products.
[0053] Preparation begins with a liver cleanse using castor oil and lemon juice. The ratio of castor oil to lemon juice is 1 to 0.5. Doses vary depending on a person's weight and are 1 ml of castor oil per 1 kg of body weight. The mixture is consumed all at once (in one gulp or in several sips over a short period of time).
[0054] The frequency and duration of the liver cleanse depend on each individual's characteristics, the degree of contamination, and the underlying illness. Typically, a single liver cleanse is performed. In cases of severe intoxication, more than one liver cleanse may be recommended. Specifically, if the patient experiences severe nausea, vomiting, and headaches as signs of severe intoxication, a second liver cleanse is recommended. In this case, the interval between liver cleanses is 7 days.
[0055] After the liver cleanse, the patient moves on to the final phase of the first stage—fasting with water—called a "wet" fast. In this case, a "wet" fast can be considered a continuation of the liver cleanse, as the liver will continue to cleanse until the next meal. The recommended duration of a water-only fast is 2 to 7 days. During a "wet" fast, patients consume at least 1.5-2 liters of water daily.
[0056] The liver plays a key role in metabolism, filtering toxins and waste. A liver cleanse helps remove accumulated harmful substances, which helps restore liver function. This, in turn, improves metabolism, as the liver is responsible for synthesizing proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. After removing toxins, the liver begins to function more efficiently, which helps optimize metabolism and normalize metabolic processes. Improved metabolism promotes better absorption of nutrients and energy from food, preventing fat accumulation and improving blood sugar levels. A liver cleanse also helps improve immune system function, while the composition of castor oil and lemon juice softens the liver channels (due to the castor oil) and stimulates the removal of stagnant bile (due to the lemon juice).
[0057] By detoxifying the body, the patient reduces the burden on immune cells, allowing them to fight infections and diseases more effectively, thereby boosting immunity. Procedures such as liver cleansing and wet fasting help reduce inflammation and improve organ function. This leads to reduced stress, increased energy, and improved overall well-being, thereby improving quality of life. Liver cleansing combined with wet fasting also helps reduce the burden on the kidneys and other organs involved in detoxification, promoting their normal function.
[0058] In a specific embodiment of the invention, the first stage may involve the use of sorbents and coffee enemas. Sorbents are recommended to improve the body's absorption of toxins, while coffee enemas are recommended for the removal of toxins from the body.
[0059] The first stage shall last at least one month. Depending on the specific implementation of the proposed invention, the first stage may last from 1 to 6 months.
[0060] Liver cleansing followed by fasting and drinking water in the usual preventative regimen is recommended 2 times a year.
[0061] As stated above, the procedures described (liver cleansing followed by wet fasting) allow you to initiate cleansing of the body, normalize metabolic processes in the body, which ensures overall health improvement of the body, increased immunity and improved quality of life.
[0062] After the fasting procedure with water intake, the patient switches to the prescribed diet and follows it for 7 to 14 days.
[0063] The second stage is training.
[0064] The second stage involves training the body through short-term dry fasting, i.e. introducing a diet of up to 5 days of dry fasting, which ensures continued cleansing of the body from toxins.
[0065] Initially, the patient's diet is introduced to a 1-day dry fast, followed by a break and then the phase is repeated, gradually increasing the number of dry fasting days to 5. The break between dry fasting days is 7 to 10 days.
[0066] The nutritional recommendations on break days are the same as in the first stage - a vegetarian diet, i.e. abstaining from meat and meat products.
[0067] In a specific embodiment of the invention, sorbents may be additionally prescribed during the second stage during breaks. For example, 2-4 weeks before the third stage, a morning soda intake may be prescribed: 1 teaspoon poured into 1 glass of boiling water and drunk on an empty stomach.
[0068] During dry fasting days, the patient does not have contact with water: the person does not drink water, does not take a shower, and does not brush their teeth.
[0069] The duration of the second stage is at least three months.
[0070] The specified features of the second stage (short-term dry fasting, gradually increasing the number of dry fasting days, vegetarian diet, etc.) prepare the body for the stress associated with dry fasting and adapt metabolism, improving its flexibility and self-regulation. This activates metabolism, improving nutrient absorption and restoring organ function. This ensures the body's efficient use of its resources during fasting.
[0071] Furthermore, the training phase contributes to improved overall health, increasing energy levels and improving psycho-emotional well-being. Training strengthens the immune system, which is especially important for patients with autoimmune diseases (by reducing inflammation and improving liver function, autoimmune processes can be reduced). Training also helps reduce symptoms of fatigue and discomfort, minimizing the risk of side effects, which in turn increases overall life satisfaction (improving quality of life).
[0072] The third stage is the main stage.
[0073] The third stage involves a prolonged dry fast. A dry fast lasting longer than 6 days is considered prolonged.
[0074] For the purposes of this invention, dry fasting is a voluntary and conscious abstinence from food and any liquid for a period of 6 to 11 days, depending on the patient's level of preparation and the severity of the illness. During dry fasting, contact with water must be avoided: the person does not shower or brush their teeth. Such prolonged dry fasting is performed only under the supervision of a physician, i.e., in a hospital setting. Some patients limit themselves to 6 days in cases of severe intoxication, while others may extend it to 11 days. On average, patients complete the third stage for 7 to 9 days.
[0075] Thus, the duration of the third stage is from 6 to 11 days.
[0076] At the third stage, dry fasting is combined with a daily set of therapeutic procedures, including manual therapy and apitherapy.
[0077] Manual therapy, for the purposes of this invention, includes a range of procedures that affect the muscles of various organs and body parts. For example, manual therapy addresses muscle tension, functional limitations, somatic dysfunctions, and tensor changes in the back and abdomen, as well as visceral massage (of the back, abdominal organs, arms, head, legs, feet, and neck).
[0078] The manual therapy treatment program is developed individually for each patient and can be adjusted. The program is designed to last 12 days, so manual therapy procedures are completed in the fourth stage.
[0079] The first procedure in the manual therapy complex in the third stage is the injection of saline into trigger points in the back. Syringes with limiters are inserted with saline solution into the trigger points to relieve tension. This allows for more effective back massage, relieving spasms and blockages. Trigger points are unique to each patient, and therapists manually locate them in various areas of the back. This procedure is performed once, preferably at the beginning of the third stage. Beginning the following day, back work continues, where muscle tension, functional limitations, somatic dysfunctions, and tensor changes (spasms, triggers, and blockages) are addressed manually (for example, through massage). Massage is performed daily throughout the third stage until pain is completely relieved. Old Slavic techniques may be used during the massage.
[0080] Manual therapy procedures are performed daily. Each day, one body part is worked on, including visceral back massage, arm massage, head massage, leg massage, foot massage, neck massage, and visceral massage of the abdominal organs, activating blood flow and relieving tension, blockages, and spasms. This relieves tension and congestion in the organs, promoting normal function.
[0081] Apitherapy for the purposes of this invention includes bee stings (not bee products, as a person on a dry fast does not consume anything internally). Bee venom is a therapeutic natural antibiotic that helps relieve tension and possible nausea, reduces inflammation, and stimulates regeneration.
[0082] On the first day of the third stage, a test bee sting procedure is carried out.
[0083] If the dry fasting test bite is successful and the patient does not show any allergy, it is recommended to start with 1 bee sting and increase the number of stings by 1 every day, reaching 6 to 7 stings on the affected organ or bothersome area of the body.
[0084] Apitherapy is performed exclusively during dry fasting, as the reaction to a bee sting is significantly lower during dry fasting than during normal fasting. Allergic reactions (swelling, itching, redness, etc.), which can occur when drinking water, are virtually nonexistent during dry fasting.
[0085] The third stage (long-term dry fasting combined with a range of therapeutic procedures, including manual therapy and apitherapy) provides for body cleansing (by accelerating the elimination of toxins and waste), normalization of metabolic processes (by restoring metabolic balance and improving nutrient absorption), overall health improvement and enhanced immunity (by activating cell regeneration and stimulating the body's defenses), and improved quality of life (by reducing physical and emotional stress). Furthermore, combining fasting with other therapies increases safety and effectiveness, i.e., increases the effectiveness of treatment.
[0086] The fourth stage is recovery.
[0087] The fourth stage involves breaking the fast using Bolotov serum, fruit and vegetable decoctions, and hirudotherapy. Proper fasting (recovery) is a continuation of the treatment process. The fourth stage lasts at least two months.
[0088] The patient's stay in hospital (at the third and fourth stages) is up to 14 days.
[0089] The first day of the fourth stage begins at 5 a.m. with 1 liter of boiled water consumed over the course of two hours. Bolotov's serum is then consumed to activate the digestive system. Bolotov's serum is taken in a dose of 50 ml. For the specific case of implementing the claimed invention, Bolotov's serum can be diluted with warm water in a 1:1 ratio, i.e., 50 ml of serum and 50 ml of warm water. It is advisable to take the serum simultaneously: in one gulp or in several sips. During the day, drink a fruit decoction and end the day with a vegetable decoction. Fruit and vegetable decoctions are taken according to the body's condition and as desired – the quantity is unlimited.
[0090] Next, for the next 3-5 days of the fourth stage, only heat-treated foods are consumed, preferably boiled or steamed, since raw food can cause a negative reaction in the pancreas.
[0091] During the entire fourth stage, just as in the first three stages, meat and meat products are excluded from the diet, since eating meat interrupts the body's healing cleansing mechanisms.
[0092] Throughout the fasting process, depending on the body's response and the specific issues each patient presents with, hirudotherapy is used. Leeches are applied to various organs to stimulate the healing process and thin the blood, which thickens during dry fasting. As with apitherapy, in hirudotherapy, leeches are applied to the affected organs and painful areas of the patient.
[0093] Leech therapy is applied at a rate of 1 leech per 10 kg of body weight. Treatments are performed every three days. During the fourth stage, 1 to 5 hirudotherapy treatments may be prescribed until the blood clots disappear after the leeches are removed. A treatment session (per organ) lasts 30 to 40 minutes.
[0094] The fourth stage (use of Bolotov serum, fruit and vegetable decoctions, and hirudotherapy) helps normalize metabolic processes in the body, reduce the risk of side effects, prolong the period of cleansing and overall healing of the body, enhance immunity, and improve quality of life, ensuring a smooth and safe transition to the patient's normal lifestyle.
[0095] The fourth stage concludes the manual therapy procedures. In addition to manual therapy, a full-body honey massage is performed to stimulate blood and lymph circulation, and cupping is used to more effectively treat connective tissues and organ projections. If tension still remains in the patient's body (particularly in the back, legs, arms, abdomen, neck, or head), the manual therapy procedures prescribed in the third stage can be repeated.
[0096] Also, at the fourth stage, in accordance with the individual needs of each patient, additional procedures can be prescribed: working with diaphragms of the whole body and with adhesions on the scalp.
[0097] Diaphragm muscle tension is a common cause of various ailments, including sudden rapid heartbeat, arrhythmia, blood pressure surges, panic attacks, pain, strong pulsations, dizziness, difficulty breathing, and other symptoms. The diaphragms are dense muscular partitions that separate cavities in the body, and other muscles are attached to them (in the arms, legs, pelvis, under the collarbones, etc. – there are 12 diaphragms in the body in total). When the diaphragm spasms, it twists and pulls other muscles along with it. This causes severe pain. By working with each diaphragm, the therapist (or the patient) manually relaxes and releases the spasm of the diaphragm itself, thereby releasing all the muscles associated with it.
[0098] To improve blood circulation, we work on adhesions on the scalp. When working on the patient's skull, sharp movements of the scalp separate the scalp, helping to break up adhesions and stimulate blood circulation. This ancient Slavic technique helps improve memory, relieve congestion, and increase blood circulation, which has an overall beneficial effect on overall well-being and helps eliminate inflammation.
[0099] When using this method, smoking, coffee, and alcohol are strictly prohibited at all stages. Patients generally maintain an active regimen (both at home and in the hospital)—walks in the fresh air, morning exercises, gentle sports, etc. Sleep at least 8-9 hours a night in a well-ventilated area.
[0100] All of the above features of the implementation of the claimed method implement a comprehensive approach and create a synergistic effect: manual therapy prepares the body for fasting, and fasting enhances the results of therapy, which allows patients to achieve better results in treatment, ensuring cleansing and normalization of metabolic processes in the body, overall health of the body, increased immunity and improved quality of life.
[0101] IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0102] The author conducted trials on several groups of women and men (a total of approximately 100 people). Patients ranged in age from 25 to 58 years. The groups recorded patient complaints regarding pregnancy and menstrual cycle issues, autoimmune diseases, digestive disorders, respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, genitourinary disorders, and other issues.
[0103] All patients underwent a course of cleansing and healing using the stated method.
[0104] The claimed method was carried out as follows.
[0105] The first stage of the method
[0106] Each patient underwent diagnostic testing to identify existing medical conditions and allergies. A liver cleanse was then performed using castor oil and lemon juice. A diet with a gradual reduction in calories was prescribed, and complete abstinence from meat and meat products was recommended. After 7-10 days of this diet, a water-only fast was initiated.
[0107] The second stage of the method
[0108] Each patient was prescribed to continue the diet as in the first stage with the addition of days of dry fasting.
[0109] The third stage of the method
[0110] For each patient, the duration of dry fasting in days was determined and a set of therapeutic procedures was prescribed, including manual therapy and apitherapy. Each patient was admitted to a medical facility under the supervision of doctors.
[0111] The fourth stage of the method
[0112] Each patient was prescribed a program for breaking the fast using Bolotov serum, fruit and vegetable decoctions, and hirudotherapy. On the first day of the program, all patients were instructed to drink 1 liter of boiled water over a period of 2 hours, starting at 5 a.m., and 50 ml of Bolotov serum after the specified 2 hours (10% of patients were prescribed a diluted Bolotov serum: 100 ml of the solution - 50 ml of Bolotov serum and 50 ml of warm water). For lunch, patients drank fruit compote (in different test groups, dried fruits, apples, cherries, etc. were used), and for dinner, vegetable soup (preferably, carrots, onions, etc. were chosen). For the next two weeks, patients were prescribed a diet of heat-treated foods (excluding meat and meat products).
[0113] The test conditions and their results randomly (for 4 patients from different groups) are shown in Table 1.

[0116] In addition to the results mentioned in Table 1, the trial results showed that the claimed method helped relieve muscle tension, improve mobility and blood circulation, which contributed to the restoration of bodily functions. This is especially important for pain relief and overall well-being. The method also promoted detoxification, activated immune processes, and normalized metabolism, which reduced inflammation and improved the patients' health.
[0117] Analysis of the results showed that all patients experienced normalized metabolic processes, detoxification, and overall health improvement. Furthermore, the studies found that patients achieved weight loss of 5 to 10 kg, which improved their quality of life and allowed them to lead an active lifestyle. A patient survey conducted six months after the treatment course revealed that 97% reported improved immunity, a reduction in colds, improved well-being, and a higher quality of life.
[0118] Thus, the claimed invention makes it possible to achieve all the claimed technical results.
