Abstract
FIELD: mineral separation.SUBSTANCE: device and method for flotation with a circulating fluidized bed for the extraction of large particles. The circulating fluidized bed flotation device for extracting large particles comprises a first stage fluidized bed flotation column (100), a second stage fluidized bed flotation column (200) and a hydrocyclone (300). The first stage fluidized bed flotation column (100) and the second stage fluidized bed flotation column (200) communicate via a hydrocyclone (300). The first stage fluidized bed flotation column (100) comprises a first column body (101) and a first suspension distribution ring (102), the first suspension distribution ring (102) is placed on the upper part of the first column body (101) and communicates with the internal cavity of the first column body (101). The second stage fluidized bed flotation column (200) comprises a second column body (201) and a second suspension distribution ring (202), the second suspension distribution ring (202) is placed on the lower part of the second column body (201) and communicates with the internal cavity of the second column body (201). A hydrocyclone (300) connects the upper end of the first column body (101) and the second suspension distribution ring (202).EFFECT: increasing in the extraction of large particles during flotation.6 cl, 7 dwg
