Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to optimize animal nutrition rations for essential chemical elements.
[0002] A method is known for reducing endogenous losses of essential elements (Co, I, Zn) from the body of animals [1], where Wistar rats are administered per os once a day the drug "Laktobifadol" based on lactic acid substances Lactobacillus acidophilus LG1-DEP-VGNKI and bifidobacteria Bifidobacterium Teenis B-1-DEP-VGNKI at a dose of 0.3 g / kg of live substances and the constituent substances of the antiquorum extract Quercus cortex in the amount of 500 ml for 4 weeks of the experiment per head on an empty stomach.
[0003] The disadvantage of this method is that it must be administered to each animal per os per day for 4 weeks.
[0004] A method for correcting the level of heavy metals in the body of cows is known [2], which includes the introduction of a herbal preparation into the body of the animals, characterized in that flaxseed cake is used as an eliminator of heavy metals in the diet at the rate of 1 g per 1 kg of live weight.
[0005] The disadvantage of this method is that flaxseed meal contains phytates, which can additionally bind microelements, reducing their bioavailability and the absorption of other nutrients.
[0006] A method for removing lead and nickel from the body of cows is known [3], which includes the introduction into the body of animals of a biologically active preparation that has the property of forming chelate-type complex compounds, characterized in that a 3.0-3.5-% gel solution of high-molecular chitosan, prepared in a 1% solution of acetic acid, is used as a chelating agent at a dose of 2.5-3.5 ml / kg of body weight 2 times a day for 5 days, after 5 days the administration is repeated.
[0007] The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of preparation and storage of the drug; the chitosan gel solution must be prepared in a 1% acetic acid solution with pH and sterility control, which requires specialized equipment and enhanced sanitary measures.
[0008] The objective of the invention is to optimize the nutrition of farm animals in terms of essential chemical elements in order to increase the productivity of poultry.
[0009] The task was solved by feeding broiler chickens from 14 to 42 days of age feed, which additionally included the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum at a dosage of 1.26 ml / kg of feed.
[0010] To implement the method, an experiment was conducted on 7-day-old Arbor Acres broiler chickens at the Federal Scientific Center for Biological Systems and Agrotechnologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Orenburg). Three groups (n=35) were formed using the pair-analogue method. Control 1 broiler chickens (K1) received a semi-synthetic diet (SSD) balanced in essential minerals and vitamins, recommended by Osmanyan A.K. (1977) in our modification, at a dosage of 100 g per 1 head; control 2 (K2) received SSD deficient in Mn, Co and Mo, at a dosage of 100 g per 1 head per day, the experimental group (EG) received SSD and additionally, from 14 to 42 days of age, the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum at a dosage of 1.26 ml / kg of feed. Broiler chickens from 7 to 13 days – preparatory period.
[0011] Additional administration of the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum at a dose of 1.26 ml / kg of feed to the experimental group from 14 to 42 days of age resulted in a significant decrease in manganese in the bone tissue of broiler chickens by 26.9% (p≤0.05), compared to K1 (Table 1, see graphic section). The cobalt level in the experimental group exceeded K1 by 1.6 times (p≤0.05).
[0012] In group K2, a significant decrease in manganese by 1.6 times and cobalt by 2.69 times (p≤0.05) was observed in the bone tissue of broiler chickens, relative to K1. When comparing the experimental group with K2, it was revealed that the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum promoted a significant accumulation of manganese by 16.6% and cobalt by 4.3 times (p≤0.05).
[0013] The level of cobalt and molybdenum in the K2 group was reliably reduced by 5.2 times and 1.78 times (p≤0.05), in the experimental group the level of molybdenum exceeded K1 by 21.9% (p≤0.05) (Table 2, see graphic part).
[0014] Additional inclusion of the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum at a dosage of 1.26 ml / kg of feed from 14 to 42 days of age in the experimental group exceeded the level of manganese by 1.5 times, cobalt by 6.2 times and molybdenum by 2.28 times (p≤0.05), when compared with K2.
[0015] By analyzing the obtained data, we can draw the following conclusions: this method allows us to obtain safe, environmentally friendly poultry meat products.
