FIELD: electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing polymer insulators by casting. The method includes curing the insulating material in at least two stages. An epoxy compound is used as an insulating material, the hot curing of which is carried out sequentially with the formation of one or two intermediate layers and one finishing layer. For the intermediate and final layers, different compounds with different compositions are used, but with the same binder – epoxy resin.
