Abstract

FIELD: dermatology; oncology.SUBSTANCE: used for the differential diagnosis of grade 3 cutaneous dysplasia and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin (SCC). The coefficient of relative expression of microRNA in blood plasma (K) is calculated as the ratio of the relative expression of hsa-miR-423-5p, hsa-miR-937-5p, hsa-miR-155-5p, hsa-miR-326 relative to hsa-miR-7-5p. At the K value of КmiR-155≥5.17⋅10-5, KmiR-326≥8.24⋅10-3, KmiR-423≥2.09⋅10-3 and KmiR-937≥7.95⋅10-3 grade 3 dysplasia is diagnosed. At the K value of КmiR-423≥2.09⋅10-3, KmiR-937≥7.95⋅10-3, KmiR-155≤3.52⋅10-5 and KmiR-326≤6.45⋅10-3 RCC is diagnosed. If the values of the coefficient K are between the specified intervals, the obtained result is considered uncertain.EFFECT: method provides minimally invasive differential diagnostics of skin dysplasias and SCC with high sensitivity and specificity by determining the level of microRNA in blood plasma using primers.6 cl, 2 tbl, 4 ex
