Description
[0001] The invention relates to the field of transport engineering, namely to the reconstruction of drives of sliding and retractable doors with two leaves of passenger vehicles.
[0002] A drive for a sliding plug door is known (RU 2780555, published 09.27.2022), which includes: two leaves installed in the doorway of the body of a passenger vehicle; an electric screw drive consisting of an electric motor coaxially connected to a lead screw installed in the bearings of the central support, housing, and also in the bearing of the controlled clutch; a guide fixed at its ends in bearings located on the side walls of the drive base; carriages, each of which is a double-arm lever, one end of which is mounted on the guide with the possibility of rotation around its axis and linear movement along it; brackets, each of which is pivotally fixed to the second end of each of the carriages and rigidly connected to the corresponding leaf; lead nuts mounted on the lead screw with the possibility of movement along its axis; connections of the lead nuts with the carriages;Tracing mechanisms, which are cams mounted on the drive base, interact with rollers mounted on the carriages. When the door opens, rotation of the lead screw causes longitudinal movement of the lead nuts, which is transmitted to the carriages. As a result of the interaction of the carriage rollers with the tracing mechanisms, the carriages rotate relative to the guide axis, causing the brackets and doors to extend transversely out of the opening and then move longitudinally parallel to the side. At the end of the opening stroke, the brackets bend around the vehicle's vertical body pillar. This door drive has the following drawback:

[0007] As can be seen from the formula, bracket width "b" limits the longitudinal travel of the carriage, as it uses up some of the available width of the vehicle body opening for its placement. In turn, the light opening opened by the doors will always be smaller than the opening in the vehicle body by a value of "2a." This limits the throughput of the doorway.
[0008] When operating a door on transport routes with high passenger traffic, the throughput of the open door is critical, which, in turn, is ensured by the maximum width of the door's light opening. Maximizing the door's light opening width must be achieved without further widening the door body, as this reduces body rigidity and the number of seats inside the vehicle.
[0009] The technical problem solved by the invention is that the light opening opened by the flaps is equal to or greater than the width of the opening in the body of the vehicle.
[0010] The technical result is an increase in the opening stroke of the sash to a value equal to or greater than the width of the opening in the vehicle body.
[0011] The design of a drive for a sliding plug door with two leaves (1) installed in the doorway of a passenger vehicle body is aimed at solving the said technical problem and technical result, comprising a drive base (2); an electric motor (3) coaxially connected to a lead screw (4); a guide (5); carriages (6) mounted at one end on the guide (5) with the possibility of rotation around its axis and linear movement along it; two lead nuts (7) mounted on the lead screw (4) with the possibility of movement along its axis and connected to the carriages (6); a copy mechanism (8) mounted on the base of the drive (2) and configured to interact with a roller (9) mounted on one of the carriages (6); the ends of the guide (5) are fixed on double-arm levers (10), which, in turn, are pivotally fixed on the base of the drive (2);carriages (6) are rigidly connected at the other end to the flaps (1) and are made with cutouts (14) and (15): for one carriage (6), the cutout (15) is made under the guide (5), and for the other carriage (6), the cutout (14) is made above the guide (5), wherein the stroke of each flaps (1) is equal to or greater than half the width of the door opening in the body of the vehicle.
[0012] In a particular case of execution, the lead screw (4) is installed in the bearings of the central support (11), housing (12) and controlled clutch (13).

[0019] Fig. 1 shows the open position of the leaves (1) of a rotary-sliding door installed in the doorway of the body of a passenger vehicle with a drive comprising a drive base (2); an electric motor (3) coaxially connected to a lead screw (4); a guide (5); carriages (6) installed at one end on the guide (5) with the possibility of rotation around its axis and linear movement along it; two lead nuts (7) installed on the lead screw (4) with the possibility of movement along its axis and connected to the carriages (6); a copy mechanism (8) installed on the base of the drive (2) and configured to interact with a roller (9) installed on one of the carriages (6).The ends of the guide (5) are secured to double-arm levers (10), which in turn are pivotally secured to the base of the drive (2); the other end of the carriage (6) is rigidly connected to the flaps (1) and is provided with cutouts: one carriage (6) has a cutout (15) made under the guide (5), and the other carriage (6) has a cutout (14) made above the guide (5) (Fig. 3). In this case, the stroke "d" of each flaps (1) is equal to or greater than half the width of the door opening "L" in the vehicle body. The lead screw (4) is mounted in the bearings of the central support (11), the body (12) and the controlled clutch (13). The cutouts (14) and (15) of adjacent carriages (6) are located one above the other when the door opening of the passenger vehicle body is closed by the flaps (1). The flaps (1) are installed with the possibility of extension and linear movement in opposite directions.
[0020] When the door is opened, the rotation of the lead screw (4) causes the longitudinal movement of the lead nuts (7), which is transmitted to the carriages (6). As a result of the interaction of the roller (9) of one of the carriages (6) with the copying mechanism (8), the guide (5) rotates together with the double-arm levers (10) relative to the axis fixed on the base of the drive (2). In this case, the carriages (6), located on the guide (5), perform a transverse stroke "h" to extend the sashes (1) from the opening in the body, and then a longitudinal stroke "d", parallel to the vehicle body, in accordance with the trajectory determined by the copying mechanism (8). This leads to the opening of the door opening.
[0021] The design feature of the drive is the placement of the guide (5) on movable double-arm levers (10).
[0022] A special feature of the carriage design is the presence of cutouts (14) and (15) (see Fig. 3), in one carriage - above the guide, and in the other carriage - below it.
[0023] Thus, the parts of the carriages (6), which in the open position of the doors go around the vertical pillars of the body (16), in the closed position of the doors (Fig. 2), due to the above-mentioned cutouts (14) and (15), go beyond the central axis of the opening, thereby using the additional space freed by the cutout of the adjacent carriage (6), while simultaneously freeing the same space for another adjacent carriage (6) due to its own cutout.
[0024] As can be seen in Fig. 1, the parts of the adjacent carriages (6), having cutouts (14) and (15), are located one above the other, providing an overlap of width "c", and the element of the carriage (6) of width "b" does not limit its longitudinal travel, since it uses for its placement the additional space lying outside the half of the door opening "L". This makes it possible to obtain a longitudinal travel of each leaf (1) equal to or greater than half the width of the door opening in the vehicle body.
[0025] As a result, the light opening “e” opened by the flaps (1) can be equal to the width of the opening in the vehicle body and, if necessary, exceed it.
Claims
1. A drive for a sliding plug door with two leaves (1) installed in the doorway of the body of a passenger vehicle, comprising a drive base (2); an electric motor (3) coaxially connected to a lead screw (4); a guide (5); carriages (6) mounted at one end on the guide (5) with the possibility of rotation about its axis and linear movement along it; two lead nuts (7) mounted on the lead screw (4) with the possibility of movement along its axis and connected to the carriages (6); a copy mechanism (8) mounted on the base of the drive (2) and configured to interact with a roller (9) mounted on one of the carriages (6), characterized in that the ends of the guide (5) are fixed on double-arm levers (10), which, in turn, are pivotally fixed on the base of the drive (2);carriages (6) are rigidly connected at the other end to the flaps (1) and are made with cutouts (14) and (15): for one carriage (6), the cutout (15) is made under the guide (5), and for the other carriage (6), the cutout (14) is made above the guide (5), wherein the stroke of each flaps (1) is equal to or greater than half the width of the door opening in the body of the vehicle.
2. A drive for a sliding door according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the lead screw (4) is installed in the bearings of the central support (11), the housing (12) and the controlled clutch (13).
3. A drive for a sliding door according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutouts (14) and (15) of adjacent carriages (6) are located one above the other when the door opening of the passenger vehicle body is closed by the doors (1).
4. A drive for a sliding door according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the doors (1) are installed with the possibility of extension and linear movement in opposite directions.
